Nice and clean plenty of food choices. The problem is the customer service I acknowledged the employee at the register no response but had no problem telling her co worker to grab her some cookies from subway.

I can't brag enough... my husband is the truck driver and I ride with him. We've been on the road for a few months and this Love's Travel Stop in Quanah, TX, by far has the BEST, Most Cleanest shower we've seen from Sulphur Springs, TX to Elkton, MD and back!! The hot water was Amazing and lasted over an hour for my husband, me and our new puppy to shower. The entire shower room from the door, sick, toilet and shower stall was so clean I didn't have to wear my shower shoes.😊 The room even smelled clean when you walked in! Oh, I almost forgot, both the top and bottom shower heads were clean like they were brand new. 😲If I could rate the shower room 100 out of 100 I Totally would!! 💯Also, the staff were very friendly and nice! 🤩I can't rate the rest of the store because we only stopped for the shower., but the part of the store I saw was very clean. The parking lot for trucks was not bad at all, no pot holes and plenty of parking spaces. We arrived there on Saturday 3/2/24 @ 11am and left at 3:24pm.This would be the Ultimate Perfect Love's if they had laundry services.Thank you Love's #662 for the Fabulous shower!!!! 😍

Review of the dog space at the Love's in Quanah, TX: Nice to have an attached dog run to the gas station. This isn't a full on dog park, and not meant to be. It does have room to romp and sniff, a couple picnic tables, trash receptacles, two gate entry, and (my favorite) a little bit of shade over one table. 4/5 stop with one star off for over full trash cans, but overall a decent quick gas station dog stop. Wasn't full of un-picked up dog waste or sticker burs and had the right basic amenities, so on the good side of average for what it is. 👍

I'm going 50/50. Pretty decent staff. Not much parking. I stayed here a few nights in a week going back and forth. I found out that all showers were down because the location ran out of clean towels. They say that headquarters is aware that they aren't able to dry towels and hasn't fixed this problem in months. They have to take the towels off site and then bring back fresh towels which will have people waiting on showers forever. I definitely would assume that loves is financially stable enough to replace a dryer to avoid this problem.

Restaurant area was full of flies. Bathroom was full of flies. Subway had no bread. Subway had no napkins. We have come to like Love's and find them normally clean and nice but not this one.

Attention to all travelers who stop off at this Loves and decide to drop in for some Chester’s, Subway, or Godfather’s pizza. Don’t waste your time. You will surely be disappointed.. When you have the rudest, most non-customer friendly people who operate these different fast food selection, this is definitely one I would never stop at again. So I decided I to stop in with my family on our way back to Fort Worth. We had a good visit with relatives in Pampa and my wife craved Godfathers pizza. We decided to pick some up on our way back home. I walk in observed a short chubby white woman with glasses retreat to the back as I walked up to place my order. I notice she was on the phone. No greeting at all. Not even a I’ll be right with you. As I was waiting more customers were lining up. About 5 minutes pass and the woman finally emerged from the back and my wife gave our order to her. She rudely stated “ I have 6 pizzas in front of you”, basically letting us know it would be better off to go somewhere else. She said it in the rudest possible manner. I was taken back because that is not the proper response to customers. Especially when you never greeted us in the first place. Just horrible customer services. I have been in management for the food industry and this is not acceptable. Her lame excuse was she was the only one working. Not our problem. Not any customers problem. When you are open for business you should have food prepared for customers. I told her never mind we’re leaving. I didn’t snap at her. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but I already planned on writing this review. I also noticed how old the chicken looked for the Chester’s chicken food. It looked really dried. The woman working by herself needs to find a new job. I’d fire her if I was her manager. The food part of the Loves needs to shut down. How can you allow those food venues to operate under such incompetent individuals. I think that having 3 food venues in one small space is a little overkill.. Loves needs to pick one and boot the other two out. As for the woman I saw today, she has no business helping customers.

8:30 am this morning, No coffee. Four coffee tanks marked Dark ...empty. Went to restroom, no toilet paper. 4 employees talking and laughing behind the counter. Must be a nice fun place to work. If you don't work there don't go. You can spend $800 in Diesel fuel and be treated (ignored) like you're invisible. Had better treatment in jail. At least I had toilet paper......FAIL!

This morning I was greated to someone banging on my truck like they lost their mind. I was parked on the side with many other trucks so I knew it meant it was time to leave/move. However, before I was able to get decent this person kept banging even though there was still a truck on the right of me possibly blocking traffic flow to the pumps. I decided not to interact with you because I didn't need the extra stress added to my day of driving. After I got dressed and went into the store for coffee this senior citizen with a Tucan Sam wig yells to me "were you the one who refused to move your truck?" Refusing to move/leave means I would have had to tell you I'm not moving instead (I ignored her). Like did you want to talk or argue? Ma'am with all do respect I will not argue or acknowledge an irate senior citizen. You were mad not because I didn't move but because I did not give you the satisfaction. So the next time you decide to continuously bang and yell on someones personal property, remember the Laws of Big Texas...

This is one of the worst Love's on 287. I can never get anything off their Grill and their pumps are always breaking down. If you can make it to Wichita Falls or Memphis. Then keep driving

Excellent Subway sandwich's and very friendly helpful staff. I typically will drive 32 miles round trip twice a week to eat here. Plus their Chester"s Chicken is great also. Highly recommend this eating stop 👍

Very friendly and nice staff. My husband stopped there to get something to eat and his card wasn’t working. He was going to leave and they ended up giving him the food. Much appreciated and can’t thank them enough.

Very nice store with lots to select from. Went to Marshall TX from California to see an old friend and these Love's stations have been our go-to, also Chester's chicken is by far the best chicken I've ever had! Highly recommended stopping at any Love's, it's never a disappointment.

8:37pm and was still greeted coming in. The Godfathers/Subway/Chester Chicken was ran by a lady and her service was fast, polite and on task on my personal pizza order... The hot water in the shower... was hot enough to hard boil testicles so no issue there either! Good place to stop for fuel and food! Nice job to staff working tonight!!!

This place is " Amazing ", I mean, they've got everything you need on your road trip. Such as foods, drinks, clothes, chicken chicken winner dinner, fresh Subway samitch, fresh fruits and bananas, etc, oh my!Top it off all, the staff's were awesome and friendly, amazing! I give 5 stars cuz y'all are awesome and very professionals. well done and great job. I rest my case, not quilty!

Good stop. Clean, friendly and well stocked. There is chicken and pizza here, as well as several restaurants nearby. Employees were nice, showers had hot but hard water and good pressure and lot was clean. The Wi-Fi leaves a bit to be desired but I have a 4G connection with Verizon. Their shower system could use some work, however, as they had apparently given someone else my same shower and They nearly walked in on me. Will definitely stop here again.

The kid working at the Subway (the associate manager working on Feb 13, 2022 - wish I got his name) made me the best sandwich! He was so careful pulling the ingredients and placing them on the roll. Never had a more perfect sandwich made with more care than this one. Thank you!!!!
