Absolutely lousy service! The staff are idle yet when asked a quick question they refused to answer stating that they need to “help contractors.” There were two contractors that were placing their order and three or more idle employees at the counter. Very ignorant and disrespectful place!

I honestly don’t know where to start! The customer service here is top notch! When I first came here, I was helped by Jordan. When I say the world needs more people like Jordan and his co-workers, I mean it. This company KNOWS what good customer service means. Jordan took me around the nursery, helped me find shrubs, and also printed out a price list of all the different shrubs and trees that I will need. I came back a few days later and I was greeted, and helped by AB & Casey. Both AB and Casey loaded the 20 shrubs that I needed. They were knowledgeable and very friendly! In a world that seems to lack good customer service, this siteone location is phenomenal. I can’t explain how blown away I am l, by y’alls professionalism. THANK YOU!!

The only thing better than the selection is the service. I'm just a private party, which means I spend way less than contractors, but you'd think I was their most valued customer. I've worked with Malcolm and David, both top notch in knowledge and efficiency. I'll happily make this my go to.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! This the most unethical company I have encountered. I was speaking to a representative at the counter who was politely answering all of my questions when his coworker interrupted him three times commenting that he could not give me the information I wanted (pricing) and told him that he needed to stop helping me and help the people in line who actually had an account even though I waited my turn in line. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that because I did not have an account that if a person walked in after me, they will stop helping me and help the contractors even though they sell to consumers as well. I said so if people continue to walk in after me, you will continue to stop helping me and I was told YES. They clearly do not want or value my business. I will never step foot in there again and I encourage others not to spend money at this business.

My husband and I are new to Texas and had a lot of questions about grass, turf, fertilizer, and plants. Every time we go into this location the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with any and all questions! They are top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The folks at SiteOne Prosper were very helpful. They have great prices and a very wide selection of flowers / plants. They have the best bulk soil price around (pickup only, no delivery). My two complaints: 1. The gravel road to access the place is pretty bad - I wouldn't drive a newer car back there (but they road isn't their responsibility). 2. You have to buy an entire tray of flowers (18) - nothing less. I highly recommend this place.

Had to get a couple of parts for my drainage system. They were the only place, that I found, that had what I was looking for. Neither of the Big Box DYI stores had what I needed.Although this is geared more for the professional landscaper, the associates were very helpful getting my the parts what I needed.If you have landscaping irrigation/ drainage needs- save the time and hassle and go check out SiteOne Landscape Supply out first.

My 'go-to' for professional fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides. You don't need to be a landscaper to shop here - just tell them you're a cash customer. Nice selection of annuals and perennials as well, and less expensive than other nurseries in the area. Check them out!

Purchased sprinkler system equipment here. Great prices and very knowledgeable staff. It is open to the public even though a lot of contractors use them. Highly recommend them!

This place used to be more organized there was about 4 guys just walking around and one of them was just sitting down on his phone the guy that helped me he was probably new and he tried really hard to give me good service but was struggling to get the order on the computer but his co-workers didn't come to help him out I think this store needs to do a little better like they used to
