This is about click list pickup and delivery.Absolutely abysmal quality. I've never had a delivery that didn't have a damaged item. I don't know who bags this stuff but they are terrible at their job. Who puts boxes and a pound of cashews in with the bread? My bread is smashed. The bags are always ripped because they're overfilled. It's never delivered at the time they say. The pickup can be just as bad. Items are bagged with zero thought behind it and half the time they stack heavy things on top of more sensitive items when they toss it in your trunk. My delivery today was also missing nearly 20 items. How does that even happen?Look, I'm not trying to be difficult. Truly. I get that nothing is perfect but consistent issues are unacceptable. This location really needs to take a look at who is bagging and HOW they are bagging.

Great market! Wonderful selection in pretty much everything, especially the deli/bakery side of the store. Lots of options to choose from with pre-made meals that have been freshly made. Even the floral and plant selection is better than most. The Starbucks is always helpful, too.

Kroger like all other supermarkets has adapted no employee checking you out. I do not participate in self-checkout. This is not reducing the price of our groceries and taking jobs away from real people. Cashiers go through training for a week if they are employed . The shopping experience is not good here, never any carts. I can't wait for HEB.

Terrible discriminatory experience was encountered by my parents yesterday at this location. Took over an hour to resolve a simple issue with the worst approach possible. The person at self checkout treated my parents like an inconvenience from the get go even when they were paying customers as well by telling them they were holding up the line for other customers after not even doing the bare minimum of her job to try to help them with a discrepancy on the price of the product. She for sure didn’t want to help them when she came over initially when they asked for it and instead she decided to walk away while helping everyone else except them. That person treated my parents like they were invisible for awhile until all said and done with attitude to tell them to pay for their items because they were holding up the line when she saw the self-check out line getting busy. Her solution was to tell them to go to customer service after being ever so unhelpful. The person they met at customer service gave a horribly rude attitude as well to my parents when she didn’t want to do her job. Her rude asinine attitude was too much to where my parents wanted to talk the manager and my parents are not the type to ever do this. She of course didn’t care and made them wait around without even making the call to the store manager, only pretending to, clearly thinking they’ll just let it go. The kicker to all this was the person behind my parents went to customer service with the same issue on the same item only to be treated much kinder by this person and had the issue resolved pretty quickly. This same person then proceeded to lie to my parents that the manager told her that she could overwrite the pricing after seeing that my parents had witness this whole interaction. The crazy thing was that the manager was never seen or heard from my parents pov while witnessing this overt display of discrimination. My parents actually did call the store manager after they got home to find out that he was never contacted at all or was even aware that this happened. Sufficient to say both workers were of European descent and the customer who was treated kindly was the same, my parents on the other hand are not. I have no idea how these people are employed because they are causing this store to clearly lose customers with their openly racist and discriminatory practices. This was really disheartening and frustrating to say the least on the terrible treatment my parents received at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went in to ask for some balloons to be filled up that I purchased elsewhere. Asked two employees that were standing around at the fruit coolers if they could help. Caught a lot of attitude, as if I interrupted their conversation when I asked for help. Was given a rude no, you didn't buy them here, and we have no way to charge you. That's fine, this is why I drive alllll the way to Frisco to shop at HEB. Kroger employees are rude, and could care less about the customer's In the store. I'm so thrilled that there is a HEB getting built down the street from this store. A kind welcome and a little bit more care towards the situation would have went a long way, even though the answer was no. No one wants to spend money at a place like this. Or at least I never will again.

This is our local and closet grocery store. It is usually pretty good about having the essential food items in stock in quantity. Lately, the bread selection has been uninspiring, and it takes some effort to track down something other than basic white bread. Sourdough bread is not common, but it is our preferred type of bread for sandwiches. The last couple of visits were slim pickings.

As a frequent shopper, I must say that implementing an all self-checkout system at Koger has been a disappointing move. It completely undermines the human element of customer service. It feels like they're prioritizing cost-cutting over providing a pleasant shopping experience. Plus, it's frustrating when you encounter technical glitches or have trouble scanning items. It's just not the same as having a friendly cashier to assist you with your purchases. Overall, this decision diminishes the overall shopping experience at Koger.

I just experienced the worst treatment ever. Jane the person at the costumer service was so rude to me. I went to return two items that I purchased online today. She was giving me an attitude since the beginning and she was treating me very poorly. She was giving me a very hard time when returning my two items so I asked for the manager. The manager gave the okay to return the items and after that she continue to be rude and giving me a hard time. Then she said to insert my credit card to give me the money back but I didn’t have it on me so I told her to give me a gift card. She then started yelling at me saying she couldn’t give me a gift card and she didn’t have time for this to return another day. Then I asked for the manager one more time and she said she was not going to call him. I feel she was very racist to me since the moment she saw me. I toldThe manager how I felt and how she treated me and he apologized and returned my money on the gift card . I hope they do something about it.

Cindy is a life saver, I can't thank her enough. I don't work close and the only person that could reprint my receipt was already off by the time I could make it back. She tried to catch me on my way out because she has seen me several times . I saw her and wow! She saved it for me. Thank you Cindy for trying to catch me in the morning and even better thank you for saving it just incase!!!!

There were no carts available because they were all outside. I went to customer service to tell them and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and told me to stand in line if I wanted to talk to her. I found an employee at the self checkout and I told her there were no shopping carts and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I left and will never shop at this Kroger again!

Its hard to shop or interact with any of the cashiers or workers, they almost always have a manager breathing down their neck. The people on the front used to be so genuine, now they all seem like they have a gun to their back.

I buy bananas often for work here and sometimes I’m charged $30, and sometimes $8 for a box. The last time I was there a manager told me I couldn’t at all. They need to figure this out somehow

Now: always rotten produce. Expired items on every shelf! Only a few ones with cashiers open even on the weekends sitting big rush hours. I don’t work for Kroger so I don’t Expect to have to ring or bag my groceries. Period! Picture of 3 open lanes on a Saturday at 2pm in July.Edited: another Saturday morning 9am in July and ONE register is open. Just one!!4 years ago: Great store with really friendly staff who are happy to help every time! Well kept store Great check out experience every time!

Why do you NEVER have baskets? This Kroger is great and all, but hall never have baskets for grocery shopping. You only have carts and that drives me insane for some unknown reason.

Nothing like placing a pickup order over 24 hours in advance of the selected pickup time to get a voice mail 10 minutes before that selected pickup slot saying your order has been pushed back an hour… and this is the second occurrence of this issue in less than 2 weeks. I cannot wait for Target to open…Note that most of the 5 star reviews are from 5-7 years ago. The inside and service (or lack thereof) unfortunately resembles the same as these recent pickup experiences, poorly managed, moldy produce, one actual cashier/checkout (if you are lucky). It’s sad that this place has gone downhill.

This Kroger has just completely hit rock bottom. The checkout is always a mess. They usually have one checker without a bagger and everyone else is stuck checking their own groceries in lines that get backed up 15-20 people. Once you get to the front and finish checking your groceries out, the lovely “help is on the way” sign pops up. But you can rest assured that help is not on the way. There is usually one agent working about 12 self checkout lines. The most irritating part of the experience is the “customer service” lady who is always working the counter. She is always rude and always has an attitude. It makes no difference how kindly you approach her. You will be told to shut up and wait your turn. And then she will tell you how bad her day has been and how you shouldn’t be complaining. Not exactly the ideal customer service agent. We’ve been customers since the day they opened so I hate seeing this decline. But it’s time to switch to H-E-B.

Big, bright, clean SUPER market. A little overwhelming and I can never seem to find what I want without wandering around a lot. Probably my own fault. Staff is ok but not amazing. No complaints.

This was an ok store when it first opened in the "honeymoon phase" with the town... clean... plenty of checkouts and baggers. Today it's completely slumlorded in comparison. Dirty, almost all self checkout (I want a discount if I'm forced to work there!!!) Constant backed up lines. The parking lot is ALWAYS disgusting. This is NOT what we expect in Prosper.HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM ENOUGH TO STAY!!! Poor management, quit focusing on max profitability, you're sacrificing service which will lead to losing business.

This Kroger is notorious for mispriced items. Almost every time I shop here at least one item scans higher than the label. The self-checkout attendant was rude and skeptical when I asked about it, and required that I go back to the item and take a picture of the price tag. When is HEB coming?

Nice store! Everything well organized! Only downside is majority of the items are costly compared to other retailers. If they reduce the price , it would be great!

Kroger stopped caring all together. No matter the location, it’s always been bad but this location is the worst. I went shopping 09/07 for a few items. I approached the seafood counter and the meat clerk was extremely rude. I was nice to her and even wished her a good day. It seems like they have an issue hiring, whether that’s staffing and retaining. Clearly they just hire anyone. I asked for 12 oz of salmon and she couldn’t get to 12 oz, when I got home and checked she gave me 6 oz. She became upset when I asked her to skin it for me. I’m sorry you don’t want to do this but that doesn’t gives you the right to be rude. I also noticed that the toothpaste I bought had a large hole!! I will be retuning as that is potential dangerous. You can really tell how much they care by the quietly of the inventory and the customer service everyone receives. That and the fact that no one responds to the reviews. I cannot wait for HEB and target. Hopefully this place goes out of business.

Please do not sell Jay Robb Protein Powder to your customers. This product gums up into a hockey puck as soon as it comes into contact with liquids. The ONLY way to use this product is with a blender and then it still won’t completely dissolve. I love Krogers and I’ll remove this bad review once contacted by a manager telling me this product has been discontinued so nobody else gets burned by this expensive product that doesn’t work. I’d love to return the product for a refund if possible. I’ve attached photos so you can see what it does when added to liquid and stirred with a spoon.

Seeing more and more of this. Kroger continues to use the slogan “Always fresh”, yet “reduced” items looks like this…Good selection of other items, but the meat and produce is a huge hit or miss…check your food and your expiration dates.

I love Kroger but I have to give this one 1 Star because of Jane in customer service. She is in customer service and is by far the the most rude person in customer service I have ever met. I didn’t want to write a a review on one experience but I have had several encounters with her and she is always rude. She was also rude to the guy standing in line behind me and my husband went grocery shopping on a separate occasion and she was rude to him.I don’t expect people to be over the top nice but please do your job. This is the second time I have to return something she tells me it cannot be done. Strangely when I ask for help from someone else they are able to return what Jane told me was not returnable. My feed back is do not lie to me and tell me produce cannot be returned and that the manager is in the back and it’s going to take him over an hour to talk to. Or that I cannot return something that was purchased with Instacart. Don’t lash out on your customers because they say hello. Or sit there and talk bad about me to your other employees!! I’m tired of getting bullied at a grocery store. Let’s be kind to one another! Lying to customers and talking bad about them when they can clearly hear you is by far unacceptable. If you are Jane’s manager I hope you can converse with her about her behavior because it’s truly unacceptable.

I should have gone to HEB.I got off of work at 5pm. I work 2 jobs and keep sabbath (Friday at sundown to Saturday sundown) so I had one chance to buy groceries for tomorrow. I chose kroger because it was close and the sun goes down so early in the winter. I ran through the store getting a raw turkey breast and a few other items that were on the way out of the store only to find only 3 lanes with cashiers and people lined up to the middle of the first lane and many self check isles equally long. I picked the shortest lane watching the sun go down slowly, wondering Iif I was going to get to check out before sundown. When I was second in line I am approached by the worker and am told the lane I chose is malfunctioning. The other lanes are longer than before but I'd have to go to the back of another line. I had to abandon my cart with raw turkey breast in go home with no groceries. The sun went down when I was pulling out of the parking lot.Had I gone to heb I would have gotten checked out immediately and been home.I also would not have been recorded at the checkout or funneled through prison gates to get in. Your theft prevention and quick lane issues would be solved by hiring cashiers. But you will inevitably lose the good workers you have when HEB comes and cherry picks at a higher rate.I'm not saying oure going out of business but you're going o have to settle for being the Kmart of this generationYou can squeeze out a profit from bargain shoppers who don't mind the slum feeling of profit driven ghetto corporationsThe only 3 good things. 1)many employees are good people. You Dont deserve thYou2) generally good organic produce variety and 3) brisket burger patties. The only product I must get a kroger. Just seems not worth the degradation

Not a family-friendly shopping experience. Being in the heart of rapidly growing family communities, waiting in long self checkout lines to bag your own groceries is not customer-centric.Needing a Kroger card, an app, and digital coupons in order to get an advertised price is not customer-centric.Waiting in long lines at the deli with too few workers is not customer-centric.It is sad to hear employees have had access to only one female restroom for several weeks. The convenience of their location and friendly employees are bright spots in an otherwise dismal shopping experience.

I’ve been shopping here 5 years and a loyal customer. I love the people and products here but FIX THE SELF REGISTER SYSTEM!! It takes me 10-15 longer than it should just about every time I’m here with register computer malfunctions or difficulties that require the understaffed employees to come over and apologize for the equipment. May have to start shopping at Walmart where they’ve got excellent registers.
