Very knowledgeable. Service representative was great in taking her time explaining various calming products. We have a new 8 mo. old mutt who experience some trauma early on. We are working with an animal behaviorist to address issues and Hollywood Feed-Prosper will be our new go to store

I love Hollywood Feed. When I go in there with my pup Dolly, she gets so excited about all the smells and Treats. When Rusty is there she is always so accommodating and helpful. She’s helped me out on all of the food that I feed Dolly, her supplements and her treats. Makes me feel like I’m going to see my daughter. They’re delivery is amazing. Not only is it free it’s also fast.

Hollywood feed is SO much more than a pet store. Their employees are so knowledgeable and helpful- yesterday I went in searching for what seemed like an impossible dog food for my dog. We recently learned she was allergic to a lot of common dog food ingredients. Rusty and another associate took so much time and walked through almost every good looking for a solution. So grateful for the staff at this Hollywood feed location- you’ve got a customer for life!

I usually always have a great experience at Hollywood Feed. I say "usually" only because I have yet to have a negative visit at any of their stores. The team members are polite and friendly, and I love that I can take my dog with me when I'm able. Good quality products, good quality food & treats.

Just went in the store today. I was the only person in the store. Guy with gray hair and beard did not even greet me when I entered. Noticed the food we normally buy isn’t in stock and asked him how he was. He said I’m busy. Asked him about the food and said sarcastically it was on the truck. Just utterly pathetic customer service. Will never buy from that location again and literally live across the street. Sad.
