The store in general is good. The lady with all the heavy make up, on the other hand is rude as hell. She has no customer service. Asked for a manager, but the manager was out. She was in charge, the girl I asked to get her manager went and got her, when I specifically told her I did not want to speak to her. Then decided to talk and laugh about me before coming to speak to me. Definitely need to hire people with respect.

it'd be rad to have a 65k+ salary and fail every single day at the basics of your job, i could train a replacement for any coach in this store that wouldn't have to resort to cooking the books to get decent inventory numbers

I hate this store. Never stocked for simple things. Bad management in my opinion. They never have good selection of things that I would find at other locations. Produce is always moldy and the people who pick your food always give stale bread and old produce.

This branch is the worst for Pickup service. Parked at a numbered slot, alerted Walmart, got a barcode and the app said they’d be put shortly. 45 minutes later, I go to the ones delivering pickups and they say I wasn’t checked in yet. I asked, “Then how’d I get this bar code and message from you guys saying you’d be out shortly?” The look on her face.

The problem isn’t Walmart, but it’s our society!And disturbing enough no one care any longer.And unfortunately this Walmart is full of people who are just clocking in and clocking out!Let’s find people who actually cares!Let’s bring customer service back!Went inside Walmart in a longggg line!Just to buy a belt, well the tag doesn’t simply comes off, once we realized we asked to borrow a scissors!They said well you can buy one and proceeded to mention us to the aisle! The problem isn’t buying the scissors the problem is facing this huge line because yall decided to cut payroll!Help a sista get to church!!!!

First off, since you can't review the pharmacy separate from the store - the Pharmacy is AWESOME and have wonderful staff!! For sure get your meds here vs other options in Princeton.But the store? NEVER has enough self checks or cashiers. NEVER has complete stock. Front end Managers are generally rude (if you can find them). Lines are always way too long! I mean I've seen then reach the Dairy section a couple times and usually they are past the frozen food section!Thank god for self-scanning now. We'd just about given up on buying grocery there, but being able to totally bypass that whole front end fiasco helps. (but you still have to have stuff in stock, guys!)

Usually my go-to walmart because it's easily accessible and well organized. The staff can be kind of cold but I've worked at Walmart before and experienced the soul-sucking workplace so I get it. Overall, always an average experience.

Very rude customer service 22nd of February around 9:15 am I have gone to return toddler formula she was not ready to take it , she has given me the stupid reason it’s dangerous to store , what type of dump people is seating in customer service zero knowledge, same thing I have been to another Plano location lady was super nice and she accepted all the returns . Very bad customer service in return department, and the lady told me that she don’t want to take risk on her id what a stupid people. Princeton location please hire educated employees specially they have basic knowledge and etiquette to speak with customer

1.The ladies bathroom is disgusting. The metal stalls are filthy. Please clean and sanitize.2.Hardly any organic non gmo choices throughout the store and the tiny organic produce section all the lettuce was turning brown and beginning to rot.I am new to the area and it was my first time at this Walmart. If this is the usual I guess i will make the drive to McKinney for healthier options!

This location is trash. Their refrigerators go out often and expired food is sold constantly. It's not the employees really, everyone has been nice (always a few cranky ones everywhere) but maybe managed wrong? I don't know why they can't clean this store up. It's always busy because it's the only grocery store in Princeton.

I'm a new customer in Walmart And Bonha And I just buy a matrix 2 days ago and that was flat. I returned today 3 20 24 and whenever. I go to return it that tell me they can give me exchange. It's okay but II don't wantna get a air mattress because I buy another one somewhere else. I just one a A A cart. but I can buy something Else And the saint don't even wanna do that. The manager, the work and the nighttime and the customer service honestly. It's not good. They put too much complain about it.

Update: Scan and go had started to make my trips a little more bearable but now I have to go through self checkout to do that too so no point.*There is always a line at self checkout, sometimes down into the aisle and never enough cahiers. Very frustrating (especially when shopping with my infant). Delivery is good but I know not to trust produce I don't choose myself.

Extremely rude grocery manager, bad attitude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. I don't understand how he believes it's ok to talk to people the way he talks to customers. Needs to be demoted and possibly fired. Talks to customers the way he does and customers spend their hard earned money at this location. Can't wait for market street to come to Princeton, then I'll never have to ship at this location again. I'll tell everyone I know to stop shopping here as soon as market street gets here.

If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. Don't us their curbside pickup. I placed a curbside pickup order today checked in on the app at 3:55 no one came for 45 minutes. I had to call the store 3 times to even get to speak to someone and they tried to tell me I had only checked in 10 minutes ago. The employee's at this location are lazy and talk on their phone instead of working. Then a month ago they messed up my wife's pain meds after she had surgery, never notified us that there was a problem and made her go 48 hours without pain meds after surgery. I complained then and they did nothing but roll their eyes at me. I will never shop there again and I hope the store burns to the ground.

Cleanliness:This store varies but, but overall it's a lot cleaner than the Redbud location in McKinney. I was there this week and it was sooo clean I took the time to tell the manager on duty. Good job!Inventory:This location is normally very low on stock on weekends but that's not very surprising since it's the only Walmart east of McKinney until you get to Greenville. If you go Tuesday the shelves will probably be restocked.Customer service:The cashiers are friendly about 50% of the time. These days it may seem trivial, but it matters to me.This store is pretty good about opening more checkout lanes, but still needs work.Not enough attention to the self checkout lanes for problems. If I'm checking out my own groceries, I don't want to have to track down a manger to fix my mistakes. After all, WE aren't cashiers 😊.Why can't I get someone on the phone?This is for every busy Walmart store. I don't know how it works but, why is it that the only person I can get on the phone is the bakery, during the day, or grocery pickup?Grocery Pickup:The people who bring groceries to the car are stellar. I don't know how they do it because if it's crazy hot or cold in a high wind, they are fast and friendly while dodging scary traffic. Customer service is A+.

Diane in the vision center is absolutely amazing! I brought her my daughter’s glasses that had a missing screw. She was so kind and a real pleasure to speak with. She was able to fix them as I finished my shopping, and even though it was a challenging case, she didn’t give up! Thank you Diane!!

Moved to Princeton 2 years ago. Sadly this Walmart is the only grocery store chain available. if you come here you are guaranteed to wait 15-20 minutes on average at the self check out line. (that is if they even have what you need in stock. )I’ve seen self check out line backed all the way to the dairy section before. the regular check out lines are just as bad. i understand princeton's population has exploded but what has this location done to accommodate the increase in customers?? nothing as far as i can tell.

Best customer service ever provided by Aidan in the automotive center! He is professional, friendly and knowledgable. Keep up the good work Aidan, you deserve a raise! There were several grumpy customers on the early morning I was there getting service for my Jeep, and he handled all them with care and confidence, they all left happy!!!

Store is ok. Photo department isn’t. Get an email saying print is ready for p/u. Go to get next day. They say it’s still processing. No idea why. No idea when it will be ready. Virtually impossible to call to see if it’s ready. _____!!!

I grabbed a gift card(that was in the regular check out lane), and try adding money to it along with my other items, but get told I’ve got to go to customer service to load the card. My thinking is, then why have them in the regular checkout lane. Is this new policy, or did they just not know how too. So, I said cancel it all, there’s no need to make two transactions. The “manager” closed it and pulled me to customer service, and had someone else do it. Answers anyone??

Went through the self checkout. The guy tending to that area WATCHED me walk up with 3 items in hand. He WATCHED me ring the items up and pay for them. Then came over claiming he needed to check my bag to make sure I didn’t have other items in it.
