No one was offering to assist me lift 40 pounds of bird seed into cart or car but 1 particular Hispanic worker kept following me around asking to help when I didn't need it. He didn't do that to anyone else. He didn't even talk to anyone else except the mixed couple with the dog and the kid but he was nice to them. Real annoying. I was looking at clearance. I hadn't been in one of those stores for 20 yrs. I went for bird seed n spent 160.00. Atleast cashier and other workers seemed nice. They all asked if I needed help with something. I was looking but found good deals on Birdseed dog treats and a bunch of clearance stuff I didn't need.

Very dissatisfied with employee and management not knowing inventory They called my wife and told her that a protein tub was in and that they even had 80 in stock Showed up the following Sunday and it took over 30 min to convince the associate that the product was there but not on the computer inventory I was asked 3 separate times if I was confused about the correct store !Finally a manager who had been off for 4 days looked into the matter and called the manager from 3 days prior who was off and got the correct information and I was able to get the protein tub I would not leave a bad review if this did not seem like a common issue with tractor supply employees - lots of room for improvement

Tractor Supply is my go-to location for various things, but specifically for propane refill. Had gone to Enderby Propane a couple times. The service at Enderby was absolute garbage (refusing to fill my tanks when I arrived a few minutes before closing, even though I had called ahead and they had confirmed they would be ready for me if I arrived before closing). Tractor Supply saved my butt that day—with their propane technician waiting for me even though he was about to walk out the door when I called. Won my business from there on out.

This time was a way better experience than 3 months ago. Blonde female manager? Was great and Actually meant it when she asked if I needed help finding something and wheni came up with 50 pound bag of feed she offered to load it in car and loaded feed into car and told me she would have loaded it on cart too. I didn't expect help but it appreciated it. She apologized for last bad experience. Had I known it would go so well this time I would have bought more..

Was looking for snake repellent for my yard that was pet friendly. And this store representative was so sweet. She was wearing cute boots. 👢Definitely found everything I needed for the lawn here and the staff was so helpful. Thank you for the great service. 🏡💐

As soon as I walked in the door Sabrina greeted me and asked me what I was in for. I told I was looking for some twine/string and she directed towards the area I needed and radioed Tyler ( Tyler helps me find what I need literally every time I go into this store and it’s awesome ) Tyler showed me exactly what I need and before I grabbed the first thing off the shelf he made sure that I saw some other options too. I could really go on but the level of service, presentation, care, and helpfulness I received just coming in for a spool of twine and some soil is incredible. Promote Tyler and give Sabrina a fat raise. Thanks guys!!

What a great experience! I came in ready to purchase a CUB CADET zero turn mower and had a spot on perfect experience with this large purchase. I was greeted by Adam helping at the register and then Tyler helped me. We went out to look at the mowers and he explained to me the extended warranty. I had to call my husband during this to get his input and Tyler didn’t act bothered by this at all and was truly there to help us make a decision. I also needed straps to tie it down to my trailer and he walked me over to them and helped me pick out the product. That wasn’t all, he was so pleasant and helpful getting it into my trailer and showing me how to start the engine and use the machine. Being new to this machine and homesteading lifestyle, I’m learning a lot and he just made it that much enjoyable to this process. Thank you Tyler…A++

Went into the store today to get some dog treats and the work boots caught my eye. Didn't have my size in stock and then a young sales associate named Cody saw me and approached to help. He was so friendly, professional, respectful & helpful to me !!! Don't get that much these days and it's certainly a breath of fresh air. Cody represents TS well. I will look for him next time too. Thanks Cody.

Buy all our farm supplies here. My husband has had back surgery and the staff is always very friendly and helpful in helping get and load all our heavy items. It's like the old general stores where they know you by name and are always happy to help. Great people run this location. ❤❤❤😊😊😊👍👍👍

This is the best TS in the area, the service at this location is great. I live close to the McKinney location but will drive out to this location every time. I had two associates helping me find a hat that was listed online as available in store, they went through boxes that were above the racks and in the back store room looking for it.They did this for a $20 hat, that’s why when I buy equipment I come to this location. Always great service!

Picked up 15 chicks and some farm supplies for my daughter's on line order. It was my first time in a Tractor supply. Awesome folks, very helpful. There was no searching around. They just knew who what when where how why. They got things loaded bit at the pick up location and in the back for some hay and I was on my way. Kind of a wow experience for customer service.

Great service! I called the store to check stock on a product. Nolan went above and beyond to check all over the store for inventory. When he couldn't find the product he let me know an alternative product and told me how many he had in stock. Haley made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family. Two employees helped load my order of 10 50lb. Bags. This was my first time to the store.

I’ve tried 4 times to get propane In the past month. 2 of those times they had propane but no one was qualified to fill it. From my experience at previous jobs working retail the store managers and assistant store managers were qualified to do everyone else’s job in the store. However here they’re aren’t even qualified to fill propane if they don’t have any employees that can’t. That means you’re not qualified to do your job and your store is under performing. I’m sick of having to go to other towns to get propane because of this store being poorly managed.

I have never been in a tractor supply. I will definitely say that the staff is very knowledgeable. The only thing that I find slightly off is that it seems as though the majority of the staff assume that everybody who walks in there has come to that store before and know exactly what they need and what to do. I walked in and ordered several bags of concrete which I didn't even know they had. I bought a few other items up front and then waited for them to bring the concrete. After about 10 minutes the one cashier in the front asked me if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for the concrete and she said oh you're supposed to drive around back. Like I said I guess they just assume that everyone is a regular.If I had to give a critique I would just ask that the employees be a little more forward with information and have a little bit better of a attitude. I'm not saying they had a bad attitude, I just assumed that you could get a smile or two in the store.

Worst customer service ! Went to return chain saw chains did not have our receipt but we have a active reward number that we use to shop with well sometimes it keeps track of your purchases and then sometimes not.Oh and they can’t take returns from another local tractor supply so don’t even try that!Go to cashier , go to customer service than go back to cashier and wait again.They need to improve this return policy this is not 1999!We will shop some where else!

Store is nice & tidy, but the staff tonight (2 separate associates) were NOT helpful, which is not the norm for this store in my experience. Really disappointed. I'll give them another shot for convenience of location & hope for better which I usually receive at TSC-Princeton.
