I recently took my Nala to this pet groomer, and I must say, Mia is absolutely amazing! She listened attentively to what I wanted for my dog’s grooming and executed it perfectly. My Maltipoo looked fantastic after the grooming session, and Mia’s attention to detail really showed. I highly recommend this pet groomer, especially if you want someone like Mia who truly cares about your pet’s well-being and delivers exceptional results.

They did a fantastic puppy cut on our 5 1/2 month old Shih Tzu! He seemed happy and not stressed when we picked him up too, we found his furever puppy spa!!Added a photo of his second grooming and if I could change my rating, I’d have to say a 10star all the way!

I really enjoyed this establishment, it was such a great experience. My dog left smelling so fresh, I had to give her all the love and treats. I also enjoyed my experience with one of the bathers Candice. She had such a great energy and was so great with my baby. However, when I went back she was not there. My only complaint is to get Candice back, because she really made the experience feel like a family establishment. She talked with me about everything and even watched all my babies playing. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place.

I don’t post reviews ever, but when it comes to my 3 girls they are my whole world!!! This grooming salon is the most professional and well serviced salon that is fairly priced! The inside facility was extremely nice, the staff were beyond friendly and make sure they know everything to make your babies comfortable! They can be hard to get a holdof on the phone but that’s understandable when everyone who works there is a groomer and could be all busy grooming a dog when the phone rings. But getting through with them is 1000000% worth it! For anyone with big dogs out there that don’t necessarily need “grooming” but a bath and de-shedding brush out, this is the place to go!

Definitely, still my “go-to” place for my pet’s grooming (100lb German Shepherd). Even taken my daughter’s dog for his “Happy Birthday” grooming. They work hard to schedule your pet ASAP and have a great reminder system so you don’t forget.

I love this groomer for my pups. They are always cheerful and have my dogs ready faster than any other place they have been. Plus they do a great job! My dogs seem to be happy and no never stressed when I pick them up.I do wish they had an online booking system so you can see availability but every since I started scheduling ahead every 2 months, I haven't had a problem getting an appointment ( they fill up fast).They love to roll around in their blankets after getting home so the hair is a bit mussed up in the pics.

My Goldendoodles were very matted and I figured they would need to be shaved for a “reset”. Jamie and Jess did have to shave them but I don’t see any nicks or marks on them. Looks like they were very careful and took great care of my two pups. All four of the staff I encountered today were so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

We took Keegan, our 6 month old Chinese Crested for his first full groom. They did a beautiful job with him, and he smelled so good! The bandanna was a nice touch! We will be back!

I can honestly say I trust Puppy Love Pet spa 100% With our five year old male Golden Doodle, They are very professional, also great explaining to you their grooming process, and not to brag but my dog comes out beautifully, calm, happy, and not really stressed out at all, we are very happy with Puppy Love Pet Spa, I have tried other places here and there but my experiences were not the greatest, I'm a five year customer with Puppy Love Pet Spa, I strongly recommend them, easy to make appointments, I have had no issues ever, I truly trust them with our Golden Doodle, I also like my dog shaved down but have had other doodle cuts.Thank you Puppy Love Pet Spa.

I can’t thank this place enough, I moved to McKinney last year and do not mind making the drive to Princeton to know my dogs are in good hands. My pups are high energy and not the easiest temperament when it comes to grooming and they handle them with care EVERYTIME. Granted they are good, trained pups but still. Thank you a million times over.

We love Puppy Love! Our dog always smells so nice and is soft and has nicely trimmed nails. He always comes trotting out in a cute bandana or bow tie! Staff is great! Highly recommend. We’ve tried several other groomers and they don’t do nearly as good a job.
