By far the worst experience at any store I have ever had in life. The lack of communication, the constant delays, and the unprofessionalism. This location already has 2 stars, so it seems your company does not take the time to read reviews or improve the process.March 1st, 2024 at 6pm my partner and I dropped off our prescription for our dog through the drive-thru window. The pharmacist technician told us at the window after handing our prescription that she needs my driver licenses to update my address, I gave her my driver licenses and watched her write down my information. She even asked for my cell phone. Afterwards she stated that our prescription will be ready in one hour. Before pulling off I had to remind the pharmacist technician to hand me back my driver's license. My partner and I leave CVS for an hour. We return at 7pm, the Pharmacist states "We could not do your prescription because we did not have name and number." I stated "Your pharmacist technician at the window took my entire driver's license and wrote down my information on the back of my prescription. Why didn't you guys call me, if you needed my name?" The Pharmacist stated "We were probably really busy, I will have it done in one hour." I said "We will sit outside in the car and wait." We returned again at 8pm. The Pharmacist stated "I thought you said you would come in the morning." My partner and I at the same exact time stated " No we did not!" After calling out the Pharmacist, she then proceeded to put a rush on our prescription stating another 15 minutes, at this point we waited in the store in front of the counter and it took an additional 30 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been to. Takes their time about opening when it’s time to open, staff always confused and not very professional, there’s always excuses about out of medication, fill dates, or being short staffed (for whatever reasons). Gave it one start in order to leave a review, zero stars is what I wanted to give.

Pharmacy only wants you leaving a VM but they don’t return calls. We literally have to drive there several times just to check if prescription has been received or ready because the automated service cannot recognize the patient.

This princeton location is very slow at filling prescriptions. This location is understaffed and does not have good customer service. They cut their phones off, and you're unable to check status by phone. They close at 6 pm, and the business hours online show 10pm. I received a message informing that prescriptions were ready, and when I arrived, it wasn't ready.

This pharmacy never answers their phones no matter what time you call. They also will not fill a prescription my doctor sent in, it's been 4 months. They "claim" they have asked for it but their distributor will not send it to them.....they also open at 9am... all the ones in Plano open between 7&8. This store is a joke.

Every time we go to pick up medicine that they called and said we had ready it takes a half hour to get done. We have sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only two cars ahead. We are told to use this service to avoid covid and they are not efficient at providing service. We have seen the pharmacy fully staffed and still cannot provide timely service.

Trying to save time to check prescription online - says to call. Trying to call - no one is picking up for 20 min. Hung up and called again. After another 10 min on hold, still no human picked up even to say hey we are busy could you call back. Drove here in person to be told to come back in an hour... Exactly why I tried calling instead of driving in person....They are moving ppl thru relatively quick not sure why there is no getting thru to them via phone.

Just went there to visit minute clinic today because I wasn't feeling well. Anyways, one of the store employees saw that I was sick and proceeded to harass me regarding wearing a face mask, even though I said, "It's okay, I'm not contagious, there's really no reason to do that." Despite me not giving my consent, she continued to harass me about it and eventually grabbed one and put it on my face without my consent which was incredibly rudeAfter this experience, I will never come back to this location.

Donna gave us a hard time trying to buy our ice cream tonight. It was on special 2/$7 with a CVS card, without out it was $11.98, we tried to get a card, she said she couldn't figure out the sign up procedure and gave us a card, told us to bring it in next time to activate. We left the ice cream there and picked it up at Brookshires for 2/$6. Upset that she acted as we were an imposition. Sorry Donna but i wanted my ice cream.

I would leave no stars. I felt like a criminal walking around the store while the male associate following my young son and I like if we were going to steal something..... news flash just because I look the way I look it doesn't mean I am going to steal anything.

Good basic local small town pharmacy even though it's a chain. Hardly ever find anything I'm looking for here. I'm starting to think I prefer Walgreens. Good for standard every day items at a convenient location.

Pharmacy staff are always rude.. they refused to fill a prescription for my 13 yr old daughter who just had major dental work done.. I'm furious.. never again!
