The lady working the inside counter on 3/27/24 between 2-230 needs a lot of help with customer service. I did not receive a call that the medication needed was out of stock. Instead of offering to check inventory elsewhere, I had to ask her to check. When she checked, she said “the one in McKinney may have one”. So I then had to ask her to call to verify, to which they didn’t. Instead of giving me options, I had to ask for options. Every step of the way for any customer service, I had to ask for.

Absolutely the worst place for pharmacy pickup. It is ALWAYS something with these people. I’ve left here more times empty handed than I have with my prescription. Whether it’s them not following up with my policy, not responding to my doctor, or just straight up not having my insulin, which I need to stay alive. F this place.

Don’t bother calling because you cannot talk to anyone here at the pharmacy. They say they’ll call you back but they do not. Never received a call. I called customer support and this sweet gentleman called them and told them what I needed. I called every hour on the hour to get prescription status and they kept moving it out an hour at a time. Drive to the store and was told they needed 45 more minutes. When I got to the window they told me that my insurance won’t pay for a 30 day refill so I had to pay full price out of pocket.

I hate everything about CVS, but because they are the PBM for my insurance company, I'm forced to use them. They close for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00. My hometown pharmacy doesn't do that. They manage their staff so everyone gets lunch breaks without inconvenience to their customers. CVS is a horrible place .

Customer service is so unprofessional. They’re in there laughing and chatting with a line full of people, so I’m sitting there waiting for a little over 20 minutes. Pull up to the window, and rather than the immediate help, the girl closes the window to continue laughing about how she thought the window was stuck. She then proceeded to tell me that one of my orders would take 20 more minutes. Completely unprofessional, and sad that there’s been so many terrible reviews but this place won’t get shut down.

Tired of calling to get pharmacist on phone to get prescription transferred. Keeps on going to voice-mail. Eventually walmart pharmacy was a quick service and better access.

The pharmacy staff did not apply our insurance and charged my child (a student at Princeton) full price. They said they were too busy to apply her insurance information and that she could come back tomorrow. She went back again today and a rude lady told her that she didn't have time. Looking at all the negative reviews online, it appears to be time for a Pharmacy Board complaint if they do not correct their mistakes immediately

Lady loomed behind me entire time. Talked to me like I was a baby. I am a grown man who comes here often 🤦♂️I understand keeping an eye out. But when youre so close behind me that if I moved my elbow Id hit you in the gut, youre too close. If youre that worried anout theft check me out yourself instead of pacing about. She did this to every person who came in. Made shopping very uncomfortable. And checking out awful as shed reach over you and explain everything without anyone asking and acted irritated at doing so even though I didnt want her to in the first place. Very rude.

ZERO stars. Never answer the phone, they never call you back, they never inform you when a prescription is ready. They make you come to them to tell you they don’t have your medicine.I have walked into the location and been on the phone with them, saw an associate pick up the phone and hang up on me while I was standing in line.

What kind of Pharmacy gives you a prescription that’s not mixed at all just powder, no wonder the reviews are horrible. Glad my son wasn’t in dire need of the medication.

I have given this pharmacy chance after chance to make things right as I work in healthcare and know how hard it is to work when you are so understaffed, but this is beyond ridiculous. CVS needs to step up and get these people more help. If you plan on calling know you can only leave a voicemail and rarely get a call back. My son has a specific medication for his acid reflux (he is 6 months old) and every time i have needed a refill he goes days without it. This last time I requested a refill a week in advance. They canceled the order twice without telling me and now it says it is in progress again. I try to call to get an update as I work full time and have a child so going up there is very difficult for me. Every time I go there the drive thru is closed and when you go inside there are at least 10 people ahead of you. There is usually only one pharmacist and one tech in there. It is impossible for them to keep up with the workload, but my child should not have to suffer because of this. I cannot imagine anyone who is on medication to keep them alive could use this pharmacy. Please CVS for the love of God get them some help because this is beyond frustrating. DO NOT go here until these issues get fixed.

I am so over this location. I scheduled a vaccine DAYS ago for my son, for 4pm, after he gets out of school at 3. Anyone who lives here knows it’s not really worth it to drive home first because of the traffic. So we sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour. When we checked in at the pharmacy they told us they couldn’t do the vaccine bc it wasn’t in stock. I entered email & phone number in at scheduling so I know they had a way to contact me ahead of time. This location’s pharmacy is a JOKE! They’re rude, make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. Just a big incompetent mess. Judging from the other reviews, looks like poor management.

Just waited in drive thru lane with roughly 5 cars head of me …. I’d say it was about. 20 min wait. By the time we got to the window the lady asked me to go loop around all the way to the back of the lane - by this time 6 cars were behind me, my child crying with the pain at the top of her lungs and she wanted me to go to the back of the line or go get down and go inside. I told her i can’t I’m alone with my baby whom is really sick and this is why I chose drive thru. She did not care a bit. I went home to care for my baby whom wouldn’t stop crying her head off. CVS needs to provide further training for these situations.

Don’t go pick up your prescription from here if you’re Black and Beautiful. Yes I said it! I’ve experienced multiple times of how the pharmacy workers are in the back. They are rude and mean spirited. The wait is long and they take their time to assist you. They are short staffed and you can tell their patience is short as well. Now normally the line is wrapped around the wall but today I literally stood there with no one at the counter or even at the drive thru which they have that closed from time to time. No one greeted me as I stood there waiting for over 4 minutes. Finally a lady said we will be with you in a minute. Another girl came to the counter and couldn’t look me in my face and couldn’t even say Hi how can I help you. She just said rudely what is your name and dob. After I paid for my medicine she handed me my receipt all balled up and didn’t even say Thank you. This is NOT THE 1st I’ve seen them do this before. This is how they are in that location. I’ll go to the CVS in McKinney a 20 minute drive before I even step foot in that country bunking jealous female worker environment. Please retrain or hire workers that at least are nice and represent this corporation.

I called two weeks ago asking for prescriptions to be refilled; some were too early. I tried again a week ago. Yesterday I called and went to the doctor. They sent over one for one refill and 2 new medicines. This morning around 11 the pharmacist (Shar, Sharla, Sharlene ?) said the new one would be out of pocket and they were working on filling it. One of the new ones they didn't have and she was annoyed when she had to spell it for me to call around for a different pharmacy to fill it. After work I called before going because I had not received a text. They don't want to speak to customers and you can only leave a voicemail now; they will call you back. When she called back she said it would not be ready because they are running a DAY behind filling orders. Now I had already explained at 11 and in the message I had none of this refill medication. I understand being behind. But then she would didn't even offer to give me one pill to last until the prescription was filled. She then began speaking over me while I was again in the middle of explaining I had NONE of my medication. She was annoyed to have to listen to me when I asked if I could finish speaking. She said "say what you need to say" in a very rude, abrupt tone. She has no manners. I asked if there was a pharmacist or someone in charge I could speak with and she said "I am the pharmacist". When I was finished then she asked me WHEN I needed the medicine and I asked her if she even bothered to listen to anything. She then said she would go ahead and fill it and to be there within 30 minutes. When I arrived the girl in the window said my name twice to the group behind her. The ladies behind her were all busy talking but stopped then one called for the pharmacist. They then instructed her to close the window. She did not the whole way. They were talking about me. Very professional CVS. She came over and punched something in their system and walked away. She never asked me if I had questions about the new medication. The girl in the window did apologize for the extended wait as I had to sit in the car and everyone else behind me while they had their HS gossip session about their customer.I'm not surprised with the number of complaints if the PHARMICIST behaves this badly it sets the tone for the whole group. Additionally, as customer we are trusting they are fulfilling our medications correctly. Honestly after the gossiping I was hesitant to take the medicine because who behaves like that and how focused are they if they are behaving like that? Since clearly they do not appreciate their customers I made the choice to switch to another CVS. Sadly they said they receive numerous complaints about the Princeton location for the same reasons I experienced today.

Terrible service my wife needed cough medicine for bronchitis. Going to the facility they stated they did not have it and would have to wait 4 days to get it. This was late in the day so we called the next day to transfer the script to Walmart. The Walmart tech stated that CVS usually takes up to 4 hours to transfer. They did not get it to Walmart until right before closing time. Done with CVS. I usually don't leave bad reviews however this is not the first time with problems.

This branch literally never answers their phones. It takes you to a voicemail and then you will spend the next few hours playing phone tag because they will never answer their phones.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. They lose prescriptions all the time, have 6 profiles because instead of updating address, they simply make a new profile. People are rude and they never answer phone.

The good: front of store staff and front of store is cleanThe bad: the pharmacy hands down is the worst I have ever been to. We have tried for months hoping it was just an off day, but every experience is a nightmare. Horrible customer service, terrible bed side, not knowledgeable, and unorganized. We will not be back and I will never go to a pharmacy that Hamza Gadit working for.CVS deserves betterPrinceton deserves better

I took a prescription to CVS in Princeton tx. They told my son the medicine would be ready the next day. This medicine was a class 4 for my dog who has severe seizures who is 12 years old. They didn’t tell us that they were out of stock and it would take 5 days to get it in. My dog ran out of the previous prescription due to Vet upping dosage. The pharmacy would not refill for another 5 days. They refused to call VET to get approval. The vet called the pharmacy several times and they wouldn’t pick the calls. The front girl at pharmacy was very rude to me! I will NEVER use CVS ever again.Update: CVS lost the original prescription nor did they ordered like we we were told. My dog had a seizure last night due to this pharmacy negligence!

They just do not pickup the phone at the pharmacy.... Period.... Wonder if it ever reaches them. Home with high fever, trying to limit number of times I come out there to CVS... prescription is in progress. Sent 4 hours ago and need it today - feeling absolutely awful, need to start antibiotics. Last time I was told it was one hour + wait when I drove up there to ask for status and was told I could have called ahead. Is there another number that actually reaches pharmacy?? Would love to call instead of driving, going into store, spreading germs....etc... Just silly...

Stood at the drop off counter at the pharmacy for 10 or 15 minutes & not a single person came to help me. I watched so many people get helped in the mean time yet no one even looked at me. Even when they were done with the other line! Me dropping off my prescription no doubt should have taken no more than 2 minutes.

This location is absolutely the WORST!! Recently moved to Princeton from McKinneyI went here 3 days back to back to check on my prescription that was transfered here from Walgreens in McKinney. Everyday they told me the medication was not available. I had to go in person because I called and no matter how many calls I made there was no response.I left voice-mail messages with a call back number to no avail hence I went there in person. When I went in to the pharmacy amd spoke with the pharmacy tech. I requested that they transfer the medication back to Walgreens and was told they cannot and I would have to ask Walgreens initiate the transfer.Walgreens Pharmacist McKinney Eldorado Pkwy called CVS Princeton and was told they can't reverse the prescription claim.CVS ruined my day. The medication I am needing is unavailable in their pharmacy. They won't let Walgreens fill it due their rigid stupid rules.None of their other locations can fill this prescription because it's in processwith themI would be damned to use them in the future. They are the worst. I ran out of meds and no telling when I will get the refillA terrible negative patient experience and would not recommend. Use them at your own risk.

The pharmacy manager is loud and rude. She is unhelpful and acts like customers are bothering her. She was busy running her mouth instead of helping her techs. I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The store is great but the pharmacy is terrible. Hands down the most disorganized CVS pharmacy. Always a line of people with 1 register open and 7 employees behind the counter. They really need a new manager or pharmacist, whoever is allegedly in charge.

CVS has a bad rep for bad service and even for a CVS this one's one of the worst! I've had someone in the pharmacy actually be rude to me in this one! Then I've also had gross incompetence while just trying to get my medications! That said! I can't and won't paint everyone who works there with the same brush because I've had people who were very competent and friendly! When I called the manager (don't judge me, I'm not usually a Karen) about the rudeness, she was very sympathetic and understanding. And SOME PEOPLE in the pharmacy have been very helpful and friendly! We just moved to Princeton and trying to get my medications to this CVS have been a chore and I ALMOST gave up! But I've found that a few people in the store are worth the transfer. Maybe I'm just feeling positive because I just got my meds without NEARLY as much hassle. 😆Also, don't bother to call them! I DISPISE CVS"s answering system already but a lot of the time they don't seem to answer! If you go in you'll hear all the calls they don't answer.

If I could give 10 STARS, I would. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in expecting to get ONE product for skin care... After asking an employee WHERE it was located, she helped me find it. Then after talking to her for JUST a few minutes, she helped me build a WHOLE skin care routine based on WHAT I NEEDED! Will definitely shop here again. Much thanks and greatly appreciated.

I was on hold for 45 minutes, they answered and hung up. Called back the next morning was on hold for another 45 minutes. Never got an answer from the pharmacy. They never answered the phone. Call to speak to the main store they transferred me to pharmacy and the pharmacist was extremely rude. This is unacceptable for a place where I have been designated to get my prescriptions! Awful service, rude pharmacy staff
