The click she sucked was rude. Looked like she didn't want to be working waiting almost 30 for 2 cup of ice. I should just brought the bag would have been cheaper instead of 220 for to cups thinking it was gonna be cheaper. Stay away going to the new quick trip from now on

Not sure if it's this princeton location or the other one but they send out expired fruit and boiled eggs when you order it for delivery. Weren't they trained to check dates? We pay for good food not expired stuff. It isn't cheap! Do better. This is the 2nd time. The first probably only 1 grape was good.this and last time boiled eggs were expired and not just same day either. This time I ordered them Oct 7th they expired sept 23. Last time they had expired previous month a well.

This is one of the dirtiest gas stations I’ve ever seen. The restrooms stink like urine and it’s obvious that they haven’t been cleaned in days or maybe weeks. The store itself has stuff all over the floor and the section with the sandwiches smells like dead animals. Its obvious staff and management could care less about cleaning. If I could do 0 stars I would the asian lady that works night shift is so rude at the 7 eleven across from walmart. She gives so much attitude and is always outside smoking her cigarettes instead of helping customers. She complains about your card when it’s her fault. I will never be going back to this store. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude to me and others that have came to the store with me. She ruins my whole mood.

I have been visiting this location for over a year. Over the last 2 weeks the experience at this location has been a horrible experience with a young lady that started at this location with in the last 2 weeks. I walk in the store and the girl refused to provide service to me. She will make me wait, walk away and get some one else to ring up my merchandise. I filed a complaint with one of the workers and no results. I understand it's hard to get good workers in this day and time. I have video and the store has video as well. My neighbor and my niece had the same issue with the same new girl, she is NASTY, RUDE, and VERY disrespectful and I advised both of them to file a complaint and post a review. One of the workers that have been working way before I started visiting this location stated the store doesn't attract good workers anymore. I have visited several stores and this is the worst by far. The only job she will get is a convenience store job. This is her first job, I can tell!! JUST NASTY!!!!!!

Malik is so rude. He’s mean to the neighbor kids and my own. He makes up his own prices and the place is dirty every time he works. He serves pizza that’s hard as rock. Buns that are hard. Never any hot food to buy. I personally witnessed him charging a woman a different price than he charged me prior to this visit I’m referring to. I’m sure you can find a better employee that actually wants a job.

Today I stop in New 7-11 by the high school as I was passing through Princeton a young man was the clerk , I was cashing in some lottery tickets and I wasn't paying attention but after I left on was on the highway back to Commerce Texas, I realized that he didn't scan or return one of my tickets that was 100 dollar pay out. it's my lost for not pay attention..so please pay attention at this location. I will never go back again because he could have at least been honest and tried to stop me .

Malik should not be working in customer service. He made me feel less than nothing the way he talked to me. This was the second incident where he was so nasty towards me and my son. One never knows what a person may be going through. Maybe Malik has some things going on in his personal life that has him so angry. I don't know, but whatever the situation is, it is no excuse to treat anyone the way you treated me or any of the other customers that posted their horrible experiences with you at this particular location. There is absolutely no excuse for the way you acted. It creates a very hostile environment and puts so many in danger. When I saw you in the store I should have just followed my first instinct and drove further down the road, but it was late and I had already been to walmart looking for the product. I didn't want to have to make another stop. The product was actually close to $5 more at 7-11. If I can help it I will not shop at this store when Malik is there. As nice and as courtous as all the other employees are at this location, I am strongly considering not even shopping at this store again. My stomach is still in knots. I sincerely hope Malik seeks the help he needs. I feel very sad for him; however he needs to be held accountable for his behavior. It is unacceptable.

Worst and nasty 7-11 I have ever been. Do not go there to get something to eat. Employee there maybe the manager a foreigner with a chip on his shoulder. This is the 2nd time I go there he talks back to me. 1st time I went the door gets stuck on cement so every customer has to go back and pull the door back. I suggested to him that he ought to lock the door on that side. He snapped back at me that he didn't need my input. Ok I blew it off and left. Today at 3:00 pm I went to get 1/4 big bite there were only 2 buns that were hard. Ask for fresh ones. He said i would have to wait. I said ok. Then the mustard dispenser would not work. He goes over there gets it to squirt out but black stuff is coming out mustard looked all nasty. I told him mustard is not black that the container needs to be clean out. He told me it works use it. Thats when he told me don't tell me how to do my job. I ask for packets of mustard he says he dont have any. I said then I don't want it. Then he tells me to go some where else and starts telling me god bless America and other patriotic stuff. I was born here I don't need a foreigner telling me god bless America. I got to tell you I ate lunch at 7-11 across from SMU FOR 24 years managed by a foreigner best mgr 7-11 could have. I will never go back to 7-11 in Princeton.

After 10 PM on 11-6-18 I went into the store. The customer before me was paying with quarters and had to spend time counting them. The worker Nasir was not happy and lectured the customer. I had 24 quarters to pay for $6 of regular gas on pump 8. Nasir was so unhappy that he took the quarters and said, "God bless you." I pumped the gas and it stopped at $5. I went into the store to tell Nasir that the pump stopped short $1. The foreigner, Nasir, was not happy and was mean to me. He was mad and gave me 4 quarters back. In an American Indian language I said, "How ridiculous. I wanted $6 of gas." He had to say something unkind to me, a disabled paying customer. He was abusive and I got angry and unashamedly cursed at him. He was saying something like "same to you." But it doesn't work that way. This is a very good reason to avoid spending your money at the Princeton, TX 7-11 so long as workers like mean-old-ugly foreigner Nasir is there.
