Excellent Customer Service!Although I live in Houston, I purchase from this location simply because of the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff.The items I need are always in-stock and on shelves. Store is also very clean.Even when vendors are making deliveries, the staff members never hesitate to acknowledge each customer's presence.

Ive been to this location a few times and have always walked out without buying anything! Shelves are ridiculously bare, u- carts are always blocking the isles and shelves. How do they expect you to shop when you cant get to the isles you need, but the ones you can get to have nothing on them!

Customer service is good. But they are hardly ever in stock of sale items. Common sense says if we run out of sale items fast either order more or put a limit on what customers can purchase to ensure that there is enough for all customers.

this dollar general is literally never stocked. it’s never stocked correctly. it’s always one cashier. it’s just honestly a big mess. but we deal with it because we have to.

Employees are very friendly.My problem is that they need to get their shelves stocked quicker. I would volunteer if they let me.Each time that they get a shipment, the ailes are crowded with carts full of unopened boxes. It's a nightmare! I either manage to squeeze through, or try to push them out the way which should not be my job.At least one employee should remain at the register.I come in the mornings or early afternoon and don't see anyone up front. Their either trying to stock shelves or in the office.That's dangerous. This location has been robbed multiple times as well.

What a surprise! I drove by the mega grocery store on 290 and got discouraged. Too many people. And the heat! Drive on home and remembered this store. Clean, spacious, and stocked with the items I needed, at reasonable prices. Inflated prices in some things, like Blue Bell ice cream, but on staples, DG's prices were cheaper than HEB, where I usually shop. The added bonus is the PV A&M students working here. They give me hope for the future. Great register tape coupons, too.

Things here are sold at an affordable price which makes it just perfect for students. The place tends to be disorganized sometimes but its all good, so Long as you can find what you came to Look for. The staff's are nice and helpful.

I purchased a ginger ale Nd when I got home it was leaking and I didn’t know where it was coming from because the bottle has been opened yet. So I observed the bottle and it looking like someone poked it the a box cutter. Please properly train your employees on how to open things. I know they watch videos when they get hired. So whoever did that wasn’t paying attention. Now when I go in and buy something to drink I have to watch each bottle nd I shouldn’t have to..

Usually out of the items I want. They are finally keeping the outside of the store clean. Kinda gloomy inside. Gave them 3 stars since they have to deal with students while trying to keep the grounds clean. Otherwise, would be 2 stars.

Service is okay but this place dirty af, just mopping the floor would help this place out alot. This the only Dollar Tree I've ever seen that sells beer tho, very convenient.

Just purchased Christmas clearance at $0.25 per item!!! The employees are always nice ....they have a variety of items and there is always some kind of clearance there.
