Came into drive thru during times where hardly anyone was ordering food. Made to move from Drive Thru after ordering chicken fried steak platter. Received food after 10 minutes of ordering and we went home. We found out we were missing items. Called up and an older lady answered the call. You can tell she was ready to go home based on how she answered it rudely. This is not the only time they have messed up an order or have forgotten to put items in. Even though, it’s close and one of the few restaurants in Powderly, I will have to go else where. I shouldn’t have to ensure people are doing their jobs by getting orders correct or make sure simple tasks are being completed for peoples orders. This is just utterly ridiculous.

Hot secret tip - In Texas, almost all DQs have a special dish, unique to each, that's not on the menu. At this one, it's smoked brisket tacos! Certainly not sold for same price as the traditional DQ tacos on the menu, but worth every penny!Kid-friendliness: It's a DQ; it sells ice cream treats; what more needs to be said?!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room between tables for easy navigation.

This is and has been a consistently great place. I camp at Pat Mayse Lake every year and this Dairy Queen is great every time. They are friendly and provide a clean lobby. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and ice cream cake for any party you may want to celebrate. Wow! CLEAN restaurant! Super friendly staff! Fresh, hot food! Lots of parking for our RV w/ trailer. FAST!I am from FL so never knew DQ had a “Dude” (Chicken fried steak sandwich) or a Taco! Only ordered a sandwich and was too full for ice cream. The Dude was as big as a BK Whopper!Enjoyed something new in a great place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An of course some of the best ice cream on the planet...Parking: I was Pulling a 21 foot boat maybe room for about 4 more an not interfere with other customers parking

OTR trucker. Stopped for my 30 minute break. Glad I Stopped. Had the Hungerbuster combo. It was excellent. They way I ordered it. Was just the way I got it. Service was great, food great. Will stop again whenever I'm back in the area. DQ in texas is way better than the DQ's in other states. Usually eat whataburger in texas. But this DQ was great.

I'm being generous, went through drive thru and ordered a shake and blizzard, 2 cars in front of me, when I received them you could almost drink the blizzard, had them redo it and pretty sure they just blended it again. Very disappointing, we love dairy queen. What happened to doing a job correct, I would not serve something that I wouldn't eat myself!! Have pride in your work people!!

Pretty okay, overall. The facility is kept relatively clean and the service is decent. Do not come here if you are looking for anything healthy, because their food is either fat-filled or sugar-filled. Even though they have salad on their menu, it is just shredded taco lettuce and diced tomatoes. They didn't even say that my chicken salad came with bacon on it, unfortunately I don't eat pork, so this was VERY unpleasant. I hope to see in the future, a more clear menu, and less disposable plating used. I don't want to come back and use another bowl for a salad I won't even enjoy.
