Employees are over worked and under paid. Corp ties manager's hands to allow hiring of more people or offer competitive wages. The people that do work here have to do multiple jobs for pennies when they could goto Target and make almost double standing at a register. So I don't blame the employees for the store being in disarray, I blame corporate.

Great prices and a large variety of snack, drink, and other household items, although at times stocking carts can get in the way.

Horrible treatment by the lady at the counter today and its not the first time. I came in and was nice as usual and said i worked my day off and would be working a 6 day week and before i could ask how her week was going she said in exact words " oh boo hoo about your 6 days i dont care about your 6 days using profanity. I told her i was going to report her behavior toward a customer and she said she is her boss like i couldnt file a complaint against her with a snotty tone i would like to speak with corporate or the owner of this business please as this is the 3rd time she has been rude and disrespectful. The time is 5:15 on sunday April 9th 2023. I will not return for business here until this is resolved

The stores refrigerated and frozen section is super bare, but I'm sure that's due to Winter Storm Uri. Otherwise, I particularly enjoyed the selection of home and party decor. They have items that have a chic, country farm feel. Asked an employee where i could find a plastic pitcher and she knew right away and practically walked me to that aisle. The cashier was also very friendly. I enjoyed my visit to this location and would definitely recommend.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; offers help as requested, however, their hard to find, as they're almost always working on other things in the store. This is good for the store, but leaves customers feeling not so important.

Well I said I wouldn't go back, but did last night. This is one if the worst places in this area for not wearing mask. Even the staff doesn't wear them. These people have no respect for their fellow man.I won't be going back. Tonight there 7 or 8 people in the store without face covering. I left without getting anything

It was busy but clerk was friendly. Isles were alittle cluttered with carts full of product. But managed to fund everything i needed. But must say a handicaped person with a wheel chair or even a walker would have had a hard time getting thru the isles.

2 days in a row its 930 PM and its closed, the door says 10pm is closing time. I guess the employee's just think they can close when they want.

Employees are friendly and helpful. They sell beer and that's a plus! They stock a larger variety of items than other Dollar General stores in this area.

Hard to find anything. So cluttered. Try to find my wife some adult coloring books to help her with he mind since the stroke that she had, they have more adult coloring books than any store around, if a person was on a handicap e electric chair I dont know if they can get around, they should build their building a little larger for people with disabilities can get around in there easier didnt check out the restrooms, it is suppose to be handicap accessible. But I wonder.

The staff at this store is AMAZING!!! They got me checked out quickly and when I told them a pricing error they fixed it quickly! Would highly recommend going to this location again

Shelves are empty. Store in disarray. Not because people buying up everything, but because half the store is on carts from the truck and no one putting merchandise out. Go to the other DG in the town of Pottsboro.
