Good little place to shop! It's pricey could most definitely find a lot of the items cheaper elsewhere, but it's a convenient store for a small town.There are only like 2 maybe 3 employees there that I like. 3 THREE managers looked at me & continued talking when clearly I needed help. One employee is very creepy & jas followed me around the store a couple of times, but over all its a nice little store!

would just be nice if instead of the constant gimmick pricing they would just actually gave you a good deal on something... But dont worry, once you've spent $500 in the store you can save $5.00 or $10.00 on gas, if your points dont expire before you remember to use them.

On January 28, 2024 I went to your gas station as I have for 3 years. I have also bought groceries many times. My gas purchase was $50.00 by a debit card. My total came to $130.00. I was appalled to see my debit card needed Pre Auth. Brookshires has lost a customer. And I will worn other customers.

Walgreens sucks! They can't get my information strait. It's not the folks that works their. Walgreens can't get my stuff correct , from the get go. The old pharmacy , was managed much better.

Great customer service from the back to the front cashier. Looking lost & bewildered, a young man was so patient, helpful and courteous assisting me until I was absolutely satisfied. I’m pretty sure I was a nuance and I apologized but he never lost his patience from the frozen juice section to checking on meat in the back where the packing is done. Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for two years choosing to use Brookshires over Albertsons, or the other grocery stores convenient and available to me .including Walmart. Always getting my lunch from the deli. I don’t know what’s going on but today the individual who served was like scrooge , as if it was his food , Every time for the past two years, the ladies are always generous, and of course, charging me accordingly compared to today ! Giving me the smallest pieces of chicken, the amount of macaroni and cheese, and the bare amount of potato wedges, I understand about cost. I also know with the bulk amount of food that is cooked and served at grocery stores. It cost the store pennies on the dollar to produce this food, including wages, electricity, and everything. I’ve actually run two restaurants in two historic hotels. Not that it’ll make a whistle Dixie darn but I think I’m gonna be spending my money up the street at Walmart, Albertson’s and the other grocery stores from now on 🙄😑

This is a great grocery store with 5star employees. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of smaller selections compared to other grocery stores. That being said, it is my first choice for grocery shopping and I pick up things they don't have at the bigger chain stores. What sets this store apart from others is the employees. Everyone I've met there is friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely love their jobs. It makes grocery shopping enjoyable and not just a chore.

This store's bakery dept is great!Fresh oven baked Rotesserie chickens. Fried chicken and even individually packaged meals. Pharmacy is now Walgreens.

I like the brookshires in pottsboro. The employees are generally friendly and like the points system for discounts on gas, and the store typically has really good fuel prices to begin with. I like that it is close and has a good variety of groceries and other items. However, the prices are typically higher than other chains. For example, pork loin chops were almost $5/lb last week (~ 5/10/23) and Sam's had them for $2.48/lb the next day when I was there. Often the store will be short on a variety of items, particularly produce, not sure if this is a supplier shortage situation or just poor ordering by management, but it can be frustrating when the products are not available. The store also recently put in a bunch of self checkouts, which I honestly don't mind, but when you're already paying a premium for groceries, you'd think the service should be top of the line. Overall, it's nice to have a nice grocery store nearby.

Great store and very nice people! One of the lot attendants/baggers helped load my mother's groceries into the car and then took her electric cart back into the store after we were finished. That's the kind of customer service that isn't offered at most stores.

The fuel station was easy to use.
