Super rude people have gone to this store 5 times at 8 am and like always it’s not open have had to literally bang on the door to be let in and by that time it’s already 8:10 not once have they apologized they just go back to their 4 cornered room the staff is so rude and not presentable at all I’ve gone in multiple times with associates, wearing sweatpants and slides while working even on the phone on video call like come on instead of stocking their shelves or organizing it, they decide to leave the boxes unopened on the floor for someone to trip and the only reason I go to that store is because it’s the closest to my house but I think I’m done I rather shop somewhere else, then have to be banging on a store let me in Having to wait in line on the one register, they have even going as far as to walk into their four cornered room while the lady decides to be on video call with her boyfriend so she can come out and help all the customers in line

Don't even bother asking for the bathroom key. It's "closed". Second dollar general I stopped at this week and had to make a whole other stop just for the bathroom.

The chubby lady cashier refuses to check anyone out because she thinks the self check out is the only way to pay now. So she stands and socializes with customers instead. The hwy 476 location cashiers will always offer to check you out if there is line forming. They’ll offer even if there is no line. Great store, had everything I needed!

rude employees, incompetent staff. Refrigerators are broken, drinks are always room temp. stock carts in the center of aisles you can’t get a cart down the aisle, floors are filthy and littered with debris. The manager of this store is a sweet woman but she can not get decent staff. I suggest going to family dollar or drive up the way to the Stacy road location for a better shopping experience.

Very friendly employees. Went in for brake fluid, and found it immediately ($2.50 for a small bottle, and made in the USA!). I was greeted with a smile, and I felt welcome while inside. I was thanked for shopping there, found EXACTLY what I needed, and left with a smile on my face. I'll be back for sure!

The entire morning staff is overly rude. I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. The women look at you and roll their eyes because you’re making them do their job. No one greets you, and if you’re in front of them they don’t bother to say excuse me like decent human beings they rather just stare at you like an animal til you move. If I could put negative stars I would.

The workers were busy restocking shelves, I see that they are expected to do many tasks at once. The store was clean and in order so these ladies are on top of keeping busy. One busy worker was kind to stop what she was doing and help me find pitted prunes. Will return

1st let's start with the outside. Being a disabled person There are no handicap parking spaces. The aisles are clutter and very hard to Maneuver through. Its not a store l will shop at again.

At 7:30 pm on Thanksgiving All shopping carts was outside in the parking lot. Store was nasty compared too other Dollar General stores. The lady working was rude acted like she didn't want to be there. Didn't catch her name because she didn't have a name tag

One of the more difficult Dollar General's I have ever had the displeasure of trying to maneuver thru. There is way too much inventory in this store, and it is just lying everywhere. One cannot push a cart successfully thru this store without hitting a display. My daughter in law ended up with scratches on her leg because of a broken box of inventory that was sitting in the middle of an aisle. This is not a result of the staff stocking and got busy, the shelves are full, the floors and aisles are full as well. There were so many racks and displays lying everywhere, that I spent so much time just trying to get around stuff that I forgot half of what I went to get. Ended up going to Lowe's in Poteet. It's inventory (out of ) control like this that makes me not want to shop DG anymore.

Linda Garcia is a great worker at the Poteet Tx store, she is always smiling and greeting everyone with kindness coming in and going out...Great to see that kind of Attitude in our world today.

The store was cluttered, they seem to be understaffed here as everything was not done from receiving - this causes a hectic environment and disorganized shopping experience, I had to actually move boxes to look for a pair of sunglasses right by the front counter

The police and Corp.'s are costing the general public alot of problemas' they are sell(undercover ofcourse) jalaeqrepino "on a stick" it running rapist there 'i mean it taking over the streets the city Maneger is baffold, the Mayor is stilldrunk from winning the elections lastyear he didgood he ran a hard Campano'well i thought he did' he wasthe only one runnig.
