I think this place needs to rethink their name because nothing is a dollar it's generally about a dollar or two but definitely not Dollar General it's probably a regular if something is a dollar however name brand stuff at a great price can't go wrong I loaded up my car and took a trip to the Rio Grande

Well, it is a typical Dollar General, but I think it is great because Post needs this variety of products and supplies. In this town, we have limited options besides making 40+ mile drive resulting in 2-3 hour round trip. Glad this store is here, way to go!!!

UPDATE*** This particular Dollar General has made incredible improvements to it's store. The isles are clean and orderly. Where there was once chaos there is now room to shop for your needs, even with a cart. We are able to quickly find what we need. Bravo DG!!2018 & 2 stars - This is easily hands down the very most disastrous DG I have EVER been in. It is pure chaos inside. There is no organization and there are items in complete disarray everywhere. Not solely accusing the staff because people (shoppers) can be utterly disrespectful but there is a clear management issue there. I have never received bad service or been treated wrong by any employee there. I am just grateful that this DG is only a place I need to go to for a quick item while in town since the town is extremely small and options are very limited.

The dollar general is a great place to shop people are good there they talk with you ask you if you need anything help you look for something . they tell you if something is on sale. If you cant find what your looking for then they will see if they have it in the back for you. It a great place to shop for what ever you need

Great customer service by Mike.As for the manager Casey D./ terrible,rude cashier by the name of Toby I will not be shopping at this store anymore.The only time I will shop there is when Mike is working.He has exceptionally great customer service skills,fast check out and courteous to all customers.I would have Mike to retrained the current manager and fire Toby.

Okay Dollar General, I don't know what you're up to but this cash only thing you got going in Post, Texas is getting out of hand. Dollar General coupons that I depend on to make ends meet are basically useless to me because I can never use them. Please fix you're store before I run out of money because without your coupons I might as well shop somewhere else.
