SO GLAD that we now have a Pet Supplies Plus in Portland Texas. It is a one-stop shop for all things pertaining to your pets. 🐾 I went in there the other day to get a specific size of a hooded or covered cat box. Guess what?They had it! The staff are friendly & helpful. The store has plenty to choose from. If you're a pet-parent, you have to check it out!

Such an extreme pleasure to have this fantastic establishment settle in our area. I spent some very pleasant conversations with three young ladies working there. Polte, helpful and willing to do the research to find the info I needed. Store is clean, well laid out and the self service pet washing area is amazing. At my age, bathing my audience is very difficult due to my mobility issues. He is docile and cooperative and LOVES a bath but all groomers in the area either don't want to bathe him because of size or they want utterly disgraceful prices. Their facility is clean, using excellent products and willing to help should the pet require special products. This business is greatly needed north of the ridge. Specialty foods for my rescue exotics such as reptiles, and hedgehogs and flying squirrels. Very convenient location also.

Nothing but nice things to say about this store!! We have purchased over 25 fish from them and have only lost 1… and the refund was no problem at all. We love not having to travel to corpus for pet supplies. The male manager was so helpful during our refund and we especially love the woman working in the fish department. Very kind people and very awesome store!!

Friendly staff. They have a guarantee that they will have crickets according to the website and they were out yesterday. I asked if they carried Authority dog and cat food and they said I need to special order online. That was also false. Was excited to get a closer pet store but turns out I'll still have to take my trips to petsmart. And they are pretty pricey.

The employees are so great. Definitely love coming here. The dog wash station is convenient and so easy to work. Definitely recommend coming here if you need anything pet related

Very disrespectful managers and shift leads. There is a shift lead there who draws her eyebrows on and can’t blend her makeup into her neck that talks disrespectful to employees and customers I think her name was Brandie. Then the manager Melvin is his name I think gives Dan Schneider vibes the way he looks at younger kids when I brought my daughter there he kept looking at her the whole time and smiling. Will never return due to the way these employees and managers act. I believe an employee named Erik who was very polite I was told got fired due to “being disrespectful” to employees. I would rather take the drive to the location in corpus than ever come back here.

The negative reviews harassing and attacking the managers are from fake accounts, so please ignore those. Everytime I have gone in the store, the managers and all employees are SUPER nice, super happy and friendly, and the vibe is over the top customer service. This is an amazing store and I'm so glad it's close to home!

Very dissatisfied with this store. Every pricey, I came in to get a refund on 12/11/23 and was denied because of my attitude and was asked to leave or cops would have been called. If you want good and better service and not disrespected and denied service please go somewhere else, do not spend your money here

Manager Melvin was a total creep! Touched my arm multiple times and was very flirty. I came in for just a dog wash and was treated like that. Never again will I spend a dime in this store
