Just wanted to extend a shout out to Rosie!! She was super helpful with finding an inverter for the car and went above and beyond the call of duty. She even helped us figure out if it would be enough to power the laptop! She was amazing!! Thank you for the help, Rosie!! You need a raise!

My husband, our grandson Eedan and I bought groceries at Walmart, today. The well-stocked store needed some minor cleaning and minor maintenance. Prices were fair. The employees were polite and professional. Other customers were friendly and helpful. The large, free, well-lit parking lot also needed some cleaning.

Walmart is great, and the selection is great. The store is clean and well organized. Friendly employees. When you go to check out this is where things go south for me. I can check out my things at self-check-out with no problem. Don't get me wrong, I don't like it. 😞It's not that easy for the elderly. There are employees to assist them but most don't have the patience to deal with the elderly and it shows. I pray the management at Porter Walmart will open a few more lines and train staff on customer service and the elderly.

Apparently Walmart feels pulling in carts for their customers is beneath everyone EXCEPT the ONE cart pusher who happened to be at lunch... at least that is what the woman at the door told me when I mentioned there were zero carts for their customers in the store.

I waited over 20 minutes at the electronics area waiting to get help. I work in retail and I get how someone might get tied up but they actually just ignored me and another customer. I’ve never felt so disgusted by how they treated me.

Recently went to buy some Spring plants. Highly disappointed.... no bedding plants, very, very few hanging baskets, which were small and over priced. Selection was horrible and the plants they did have were really high. Other Walmarts were cheaper and had tons more selection.

This pharmacy location has by far the absolute worse customer service. I called to check if my prescriptions were ready and I asked if they could take my insurance information over the phone. They transferred the call to a diff associate and she made a comment making me understand that I was “slow and dumb”. When I asked her why she made that comment she proceeded to laugh and said “oh not everyone understands that’s why”. I told her to give me her name because I would be reporting her to corporate and she transferred my call to a diff associate. That associate said “oh sorry the connection is really bad it’s best if you come in to the store” and then hung up on me. Worse customer service ever. If they don’t like their job and they are going to be treating customers like trash then they need to find a job that best suits them because this one ain’t it. I’ll be changing mine and my kids pharmacy to H-E-B where customer service never fails to disappoint.

Bad customer service is bearly was going to be 11 and u hear the manager upset shut down the registers now I had a hurt leg so couldn’t walk that fast but the line people saw me walking was polite enough to let me do my transaction well then door people not checking no one else’s receipts but there we go got upset bc I did receipt on phone I said my vehicle parked right here I said I can go get it or husband can n I wait here no he gets upset telling me I need to know how to show him my receipt on phone which I’m trying to tell him I know is just I left phone charging I totally forgot I had left it if not would of just printed it was not a good trip at all I never stop here usually I go to Cleveland which is closer to me haven’t been to this one like in 3 years now so I was so disappointed I don’t know if it was bc they was in rush to get out or what but at the other had the people on floor was nice so I just think is just some people but they made my trip there horrible not going there anymore…. Will stick to Cleveland location I just think they should appreciate customers more since that’s how the company keeps growing

There are no words to describe how much I HATE the people who deliver for Walmart. They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong house. I have very clear instructions to ring the doorbell and hand it to someone in English AND Spanish. I get a message it was delivered. I look at the delivery picture and it is NOT my house. They have items that aren’t sold in stores and can only be delivered. I have tried to get it delivered to THREE different addresses over the last year. Hoping one day I’ll find a delivery person who can read at a 3rd grade level and follow instructions.. but NOPE!! I’m done with you Walmart. Guess whose house that is in the picture. No idea, because it’s NOT MINE!!

Walmart is always number one. I offer services taking after walmarts morals and beliefs. Instead of goods it's- affordable service from a respectable person ( respectable store ) with absolute free if not satisfied. Only difference is I drive to your window for the returns. So far not one yet.

I will never be shopping at this store ever again. I placed an online order to pick up my groceries. These same people that work here stole my online order. I got a notification on my phone that said my order was picked up and I had never left my house. I had to call Walmart customer service and ask them to issue me a refund. But yet when I go shop myself for my groceries they be watching me so closely to see if I am trying to steal anything. When I am walking out the door, they check my receipt and all my items in my cart to see if I have stolen anything. BUT YALL CANNOT CHECK YALLS OWN EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!

Morons stand on the water aisle trying to decide which water to buy, large women read the ingredients of sugar cookies from their complimentary scooters, meth addicts tweak on a never-ending hunt for who knows what, and families of 12 with three full carts each block the only escape that remains after pallets of tomorrows garbage are parked right in the middle of everything...

Once again Walmart is falsely advertising one price and then trying to charge twice as much. They even had the nerve to try and talk me into buying it at the higher price by offering me 10% off even though they raised the price by over 100%. The guy in the bike department who pulled the bike down even confirmed the price before he pulled it down. These people can't be trusted, they will not hesitate to lie to you to make a quick buck!! Horrible customer service!!

No one picks up carts. Employees play hot potato to see who will come unlock a product for you. If there is a call-for-help button the wait times are 15-20 minutes, yet there are employees everywhere. Customer service department is confrontational.

The fact that you pay outrageous, obscene amounts of money for your groceries..& everything else AND on top of that..Have to ring up your own items..Really grinds my gears! Bunch of greedy scallywags if you ask me! Smdh!I miss when the gentlemen would come out, pump your gas for you, clean your windshield & check your oil..FOR FREE! You enjoyed giving them a tip.That was back when companies respected & valued their customers. Companies don't care about their customers anymore. Just Money! Like they don't have enough already! The absolutely ridiculous amounts of money ALLLLL these big stores made during Covid..& now charging these Biden Prices during this economy when they know how everyone is struggling..is absolutely disgusting to me. SCAM ALERT!!! On 8/17/19 I went to buy a Nintendo Switch only to realize that when I went home the actual Nintendo Switch and the controller weren't in the box! I went to Customer Service and while the staff was friendly, they directed me towards the Electronics Manager (his name is Usman). This person refused to take back the box claiming that all purchases are final and that it was my duty to check the contents of the box before leaving and promptly dispatched me in a couple of minute without offering any kind of consolation or understanding of how this can upset a consumer.The Nintendo Switch boxes don't come shrink wrapped and this allows ANYONE as long as they're not caught to open the box and swap anything in there at their will. This is brilliant for them! Now I'm left with a $299.99 bill that I have no way to dispute. Anyone purchasing anything at this store or anywhere else should check the contents of the box before leaving the store so it doesn't continue to happen. This is FRAUD!! I hope consumers and people from corporate take notice of this and DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

It was very busy. Milk was gone and bread was almost gone.Masks are required but half the customers don't abide. I wear a mask to protect others & myself. What if I am carrying a virus I don't know I have, I would feel horrible if I gave it to someone & they died.

5 guys standing around the shop with my car jackedt up for over an hour. One person in front of me. How long does it take for five guys to mount and balance a tire. All I heard was they're new...from the counter down. Not only will I never return to this shop but I will nevershop at this store ever again

Porter Walmart, especially electronics, is the most well organized store that exists. This young gentleman that works does the phones in electronics is very knowledgeable, charismatic, and charging. He is definitely good for business. I would give him a 10/5 review if I could.Sincerely, a happy customer.

I've been to this location more times than I can count and this is my 1st truly bad experience. The store was relatively clean and we were able to find everything we needed. The problem was that it was somewhat busy being that it was Memorial Day and they only had 2 registers open. We chose the lane we THOUGHT was shorter and ended up waiting 30 minutes before we moved to the other register. When we finally did move the cashier didn't speak to us or look at us and it made it me feel like we were just a huge inconvenience.
