This location in Porter at 1314 and highway 59 is the worst Dollar tree that I have ever been in. The people that work there are rude very unfriendly never smile and you never see anybody doing anything out on the floor other than being at a register or in the office or outside smoking cigarette. on top of that the store is filthy you can't find anything cuz everything is all messed up on the shelvess

It's messy here, and everything seems to be shopped through and disshelved. I purchased an item the other day only to discover that the product was missing once I got home and opened it. I guess somebody took the item(s) and left the charger. I would say that the products here are decent for the price. However, there is always a long line or (2) that extends into the aisles. Service is slow, so be ready to wait if you're dropping in for a few items and trying to be on your way. Expect to stand in line for at least 10 minutes or more.

place is messy unorganized and have no public restrooms ,such a shame since I mostly shop there with my kids to not be able to use restrooms .

The store was an absolute mess. Here it is Wednesday before Easter and they were moving all the Easter stuff. There was a young man who had glasses and brown hair who was screaming and speaking so loud that it was frightening. We all could hear him, his ride was going to be here at 6 pm. Talking bad about the store. Also the manager had hickies all over her neck and the cashier was falling asleep while checking us out. I think she may have not been in her right mind, it was just frightening to shop there. Think I will drive to the Kingwood location.

A lot of stocking was happening. One worker said they restock daily as items are delivered. This store did have some emptying shelves. The worker said disposable cooking pans were hard to keep stocked because they go so fast. I still managed to get a cart full of items that I couldn't live without.

The old lady Bety or whatever her name is, is very rude. There is certain ways to handle things and shouting very loud halfway across the store to a 1 yr old about throwing a plastic bottle that costs literally .99 cents that they better stop very rudely is unacceptable! I was already getting ahold of him to stop, but for her to say it the way she did I just left my basket there and told her she could have told me a different way and not tell anything to my baby. Learn how to speak to customers the right way

One person working the register and die to short staff, they were forced to close early. Aside of this issue, the store had a good variety of items and the ine cashier was extremely pleasant and professional and maintained her patience and courtesy. Overall, kudos to the one lady running the entire store. :)

The worst experience. The store was filthy. There were fast food cups on shelves that had obviously been there a while. It had mold on it...uggh. Food open on the shelves. The guy checked me out without saying anything or even looking at me. He had big earphones on his head but only over one ear. The phone rang and he called the manager over to answer the phone but she just yelled at him to answer it even though he was checking us out. There was just chaos. No organization or order. Things we're just shoved into empty spaces. I will drive farther for a better experience.

The cashier (Old lady )has a terrible attitude she trow the divider wile I was putting my items in. She keep staring at my mom when we walk in as if we were going to steal. We felt so uncomfortable she also trow us our receipt most cashier. Hand you the receipt

Walked in there and the whole store smelled like mildew, I dont even see how the employees are okay with smelling that all day. I was only in there 2 minutes and after I walked out without buying anything, I already started getting a headache. Other than that the store was empty and what they had was messy and just felt dirty in there. Do better DOLLAR TREE!

Honestly, I was quite surprised. I thought that the whole point of the dollar tree was that everything in the store was one dollar. Nope, not anymore. Now everything is $1.25 and they even had some 3 and 5 dollar stuff. This is not a bad review per se but if you haven't been there in a while, like myself, this is a heads up.

So I went to the Porter Texas Dollar Tree and was viciously attacked by the Street Urchins who always hang out in front of the store. I will not go into details. I went inside to tell the manager and she just laughed at me. I called the sheriff and they did nothing. Thank you Porter Dollar Tree. Not only did you put my life in danger but also the lives of my mother and my dog. TO HELL WITH YOU. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN. This is not over I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning, then an attorney.

1/15 at 2:00 pm: Manager was very rude and unprofessional to employees and customers. She was walking around with loud music playing on her phone. Also, she humiliated the employees working at the front.

does not have handicap parking spaces. the store was a mess could not get through with a wheelchair because of stuff on the floor and crowded aisle.

Sunday 7/30/2022, Checked website to see hours of operation. Website says it opens at 9:30 on Sundays. I drove to store and the store was closed. There was a sign on the door that said they open at 10am. Fix your website information. This is a common occurrence at this location!!

Pleasant. There's a young man. Employee. Putting up inventory and then role of cashier. He was very pleasant. Good inventory. I was only in the store 10 min. Crunch time. I like to search for unusual things. In a shopping center with other stores to venture. I do not live in this area. We have business in the area.

They have great deals but the service here is lacking. Went in for some last minute party supplies and this place was a mess. Stuff every where! There was an employee pushing a broom down the isles but she was nit very nice. She was a younger woman with dark hair and if my wife would not of said something she would of pushe her broom right into me. The tall cashier was nice and helpful. She is probably the only reason we will return to the store. The biggest complaint i have is this location has items pilled on shelves where othe Dollar Trees have said items separated on hooks.

Problem I had was in the parking lot a family in a huge truck flung there truck door in to my car and put a huge dint in it and acted like it was my fault, acted like they didn't speak English and took off out of the Parking lot before I could call anyone.

I went the dollar tree in Porter tx to look for the ty toys. I asked 3 of the employees about them and all 3 employees was rude and say in a rude voice that they are in the back with the toys and they don't know when they are going to put out. I'm an dollar tree employee and I'm not rude to customer's like they was to me.

This is a great store for some essentials. Party supplies for children's birthdays including bags, tissue paper and streamers and of course disposable serving bowls. This store has a lot that only costs $1 each.
