Their head pharmacist, Curstann, I believe was her name, was amazing and very knowledgeable and honest with medications that I had questions about, she answered every question, did not seem like she wanted to end the conversation and was very honest with me about the side affects of these medications and what they would likely do to me, I’m now getting a second opinion on what I should take and have spoken to others that are professionally aware of these and they have FULLY agreed on what she said. I believe she saved me a lot of heartache and discomfort that I would’ve dealt with had I taken these and not asked her questions about them, I felt wary and she truly caused so much relief when she stood there and answered every question and gave me her professional opinion. Side note about the other pharmacists working there tho (just a small bit of advice for those certain customers) they are pretty young and energetic, nothing they said bothered me personally but after reading other reviews I understand how it could bother others. They are very giggly group that seem to get along and are comfortable but I feel they may need to learn to read others before speaking, some things they said didn’t bother me and I truly got a kick out of but I can see how it may bother others who are more uptight about how professional people should be while at work and that it’s all seriousness and no fun. I have no issues with these workers personally tho and that’s just a bit of advice from me that I have learned, reading people and how they may react to certain things is a huge thing in customer service.

Terrible pharmacy. They are rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent. They recently filled a script for my husband and put the same medication in two separate bottle with two separate labels. When I went back to the pharmacy to have them correctly identify the pill, the pharmacist laughed it off and said, " someone just printed an extra label. If you read the side of the label, there is a description of the pill and you can see if it's the right one."That would be great, if my husband wasn't taking this medication for vision loss.I could go on with more stories about the pharmacy, but overall, I would recommend you DO NOT use them. You're just a number.

At 4:35pm my husband and I came through the drive thru. The women tending to us had absolutely no good customer service skills. She was very rude for no appearant reason. We were simply picking up some medicine.

They are one of the slowest pharmacy's I have ever seen. Never fails that if you drop off a prescription at 9am they tell you it'll be ready in a couple hours. Go back at 5:30 pm and it's not ready, give them 30 more minutes?? What's up with that? Yeah I'm a little frustrated, I gave them over 8 hours to fill one prescription and now I have to wait longer? That makes no sense why they lie to you. Market basket pharmacy is the best by far. Great staff, honest and always have your medicine ready and explains how the medicine works if you are new to it.

Been a regular for 20 years, but something changed. Auto refills of important meds, I cannot afford to be without, were not only not ready on required date, the couldn't seem to get them (read, care enough to seek them) then they wouldn't transfer to a Walgreens that had them, much less check to see which Walgreens had them in stock. I moved to another Walgreens. They over ride your doctor's prescriptions, like shingles vaccine. They refuse to give them due to their policy. Who needs a pharmacy that thinks they know better than your personal doctor about your health?

Waited on hold 30minutes. Lady at the pharmacy picked up and placed me back on hold. Then hung on me at 1:30pm for their lunch break. I just needed a refill and the auto system kept pushing me through. Horrible way to treat patients. Childish and lazy.

The staff at this location is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have had staff tell me that them losing prescriptions “really isn’t their problem”. Both doctor offices that we use in town have suggested that we swap locations because they have endless issues with this particular pharmacy. This pharmacy has filled incorrect medications, lost medications, and lost auto refills multiple times. Medications sometimes have to be “called in” multiple times, even though it is an electronic filling system. Typically you are find an hour wait, but it’s usually closer to six hours at a minimum. I have waited over a week to have medications filled. I absolutely would not recommend this pharmacy.

I am so impressed with the merchandising and neatness of this Walgreens, I also shop at the Walgreens on Hwy 365 in Port Arthur, there is no comparison, it is always a mess, they should learn a few things about how to make their store look like Port Neches. Today I had an issue online to fill out the paper work to get Covid tested . I spoke to the manager Heather and she was so kind and stayed with me on the phone until it was handled. I am so grateful for her help. I needed this for an upcoming procedure and was running out of time. Again thank you to the Manager, and Staff at this store. I believe we will do our shopping there all the time.I ve shopped at many Walgreens all over . This store out shines them all. The times we are in now are very stressful. It is refreshing to know that Walgreens Port Neches really cares about their customers.

Every time we go here it seems to be an abnormal wait for our prescriptions that have been called in ahead of time and we are just trying to pick them, Today my wife went through the drive through to pick up an order that was completed over the weekend, I even received a call saying it was ready to pick up. My wife waited in the drive through for 30 mins and my youngest kid has hug bites all over her from there wait at walgreens, Walgreen from here on out has lost our business. Not happy with this.

Went for a Covid-19 rapid test on Monday morning @ 09:45 took the rapid test and it’s Thursday morning still no results. After looking what they billed it was a test from behind the counter in a box that you could buy yourself and do and have results in about 20 minutes. This is very very poor service. The girl working the window that morning was acting very putout that she had to do this. My suggestion is to go to any other location but this one.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. With COVID-19 preventing some of us from interacting in person, the drive through option has helped out so much and you can pick up both prescriptions and over the counter medicines through here. Kudos to this staff!!!

I called to know the status of a med because the automatic phone system said that there was nothing for me . After waiting on the phone for 10 minutes the person answered the phone on 09/16/2021 at 11:20 am approx didn’t even say her name and with a voice that sounded in a pretty bad mood and didn’t want to be there she mumbled the status of my med . I had to asked her to repeat what she said because I wasn’t able to understand her . I moved about 3 months ago and noticed that around here a lot of businesses have very bad customer service . This is very sad because this area is very beautiful.

Came here to fill my son's prescriptions after his urgent care visit only because I needed to grab photos I had printed as well. After an hour of waiting and never getting called, we finally checked out and went home to discover only one of the 2 prescriptions had been given to us. I called to see what the deal was and THEN was told they were out of stock of the antibiotic and they sent it to another location to be filled.... WHY WASN'T THIS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE???

They really need to work on the pharmacy area! The staff are rude & they act like you're stupid when you ask a question over the phone or in person. You can't even wait in line outside because they just ignore you.
