We love boarding our pup at The Paws! She loves visiting and always comes home clean and happy. The staff is so helpful and friendly and they always remember our dog by name.The doggy daycare is also such a nice addition. We love that we can drop her off during the work day and have her come back totally exhausted! So worth it. :)Photo is after a day of play at daycare!

Paw Resort 🐾 has to be the BEST place to bring your loved 4-legged family member in all of the Golden Triangle. The staff is so attentive to your pet from the time you call to make their appointment to the time of their pickup. It's a feeling of love from the moment you walk thru the doors. It's always so clean, and it smells so good. I can't get over how nice the staff has been each and every single time. I wouldn't dare think of taking my grandpup anywhere else. Your pet care and grooming always come first. Five Stars is not enough they deserve ten perfect stars plus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been to this grooming salon several times with my toy poodle asking for the same cut each time. There are always uncut hairs around the paws and face which I never complain. I cut them when I get home. However, on the last visit, the cut was not acceptable. I saw the hairs on the face and nails when I picked him up but once I got home I realized the under side of his body was not cut down and the inside of the legs were not cut. I called the salon to ask if I could bring him back in to complete the cut and they said no I would have to wait for another day. I could understand if I was asking to come in right before closing but they were still hours from closing. I paid $65 for this service. This is not acceptable.I gave 2 stars because the salon is nice, clean, and they are usually kind at the front desk.

We were staying in Bolivar Peninsula and needed a place nearby to board our dog. This was an hour away from where we were staying but I read the reviews and decided to leave my pup here for a few days. they were very professional and accommodating. My dog was well cared for and they gave me great updates on him during our stay. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend. I have to update: I accidently left my pups favorite squeaky toy at our last stay. The person I talked with knew exactly which toy i was talking about. I live 4 hours away so he offered to get it back to me in the mail. My pup is back running after his favorite toy. thank you so much for your awesomeness. I couldn't recommend enough.

I will start off by saying I started to bring my dog to a different place. I didn’t like the facility for various reasons. So I read online tons of decent reviews on Paws resort, and thought it sounded like the best option. I called to schedule and get prices. When talking about shot records the lady was informative about what shots I needed however not the specifics. I could have easily went back to the first spa with the shots my dog already received. However, I wanted to try out paws resort. I took my dog to have a shot I really didn’t even want to bring her to have considering it is a “lifestyle” decision shot. Once I took my dog to have this specific shot and everything was done and I thought I was in good order. Turns out I was not. They do not allow anyone other than a Veterinarian to administer bordeteila shot. Which I went to the feed store and administered myself along side ten in one shots. I thought that is why the feed store allows people to buy them and administer. Guess that’s a trust issue. Now I will not be able to bring my dog to the spa I want and she has a vaccine I never wanted. They need to be more thorough with everything they require and request from the animals owner.

The staff were great and very understanding, professional&welcoming. The shop is very cute inside and well cleaned and service was well organized. Early drop off is at 7am and late pick up by 2pm or u will be charged for another day. Check out is at 12pm. They also take your pup out about 5 times a day and they have more than enough play times and someone is there to be with them. Price was fair for such up scale. Will most definitely use again when my husband and I need to go out of town! My dogs had a great time I can tell and they were well taken care of.

My dogs LOVE Paws!! We try to drop them off on occasion for day care on our way to work. They literally drag me to the front door vocalizing the whole time, because they can't get in fast enough!The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable about dogs, and really take an interest. I have never heard anything negative. We are so thankful to have such a great place in our community.

Sam is a Labrador mix that is very rambunctious. He loves to play with other dogs and chase his tail for eternity.The ladies at Paws are best friends. The second we arrive he goes running to them to swap leashes.I pick him up and he is perfectly groomed and bathed with a pretty boy scarf around his neck.He is very happy with Paws so therefore so am we.

My dog goes to this place weekly for day camp. He loves it!! I have also had him stay over night there as well. My dog actually runs to the door when I drop him off because he loves it so much! That there speaks volumes to me since he does that!The people who own and run this place, are awesome!! They listen to what your dog needs and their dislikes. The place is very clean!!! I never worry about my dog while he is there.I recently had my dog groomed there, and she done a terrific job! I will have her groom him from now on.I strongly recommend this place. My dog will not go anywhere else from now on.

They made me feel comfortable about my little mini schnauzer’s first grooming. They called and walked me through everything and I was able to talk to the groomer-who was so sweet. We have had 2-3 grooming since and Maggie looks so good everytime! She is happy and smells wonderful. They always make sure to cut her the way I want and make me feel very good that Maggie is well taken care of.

Let’s start off with saying they clean the kennels once every morning, and for the rest of the day they don’t clean the occupied kennels. When a dog leaves that’s when they clean them, but if your dog is staying over night, you can forget about your dog staying in a comfortable, clean kennel. Playing favorites is also a hobby they love to pick up, if you’re dog fit in their category you can forget the special treatment.

I've been taking my 4 year old beagle Elenore to the Paws Resort & Spa for over 1 year now. She has loved every minute there. I have used their day care and boarding facilities continually. The owners and their fantastic team take such great care of her. They ensure that she along with all other doggies and cats are healthy and up-to-date with vaccinations. They inquire about your pet's routine, food preferences and medications, if any. This business really cares about their clients.

We have boarded our dog at Paws Resort & Spa a number of times. When we leave town I don't stress or feel guilty because I know the staff takes extra good care of our dog. They are very welcoming and the facility is so clean and cute. I recommend anyone in the area to take their pets to Paws Resort & Spa. It's not fun to be away from your pets but if you have to be, you will be at ease if they're staying at Paws!

These folks treat our dogs so well, and they are so friendly and professional with us. We trust our dogs in their care completely, and have never had even the slightest issue with booking, picking up, or special instructions. It's so nice to not have to worry about our animals when we're out of town! Thank you, Paws!

As a former employee I try to leave a one star review on this establishment at least once a year as a review of wrongful termination. Very clean and always persistent with your animals however favorites and power make for a horrid workplace.

Nice place to kennel your dogs. A/C, Clean, and video to watch your pups. Check out is by 12pm, if you pick them up anytime after 12, you'll be charged for another full day.

I brought my mom's shih tzu in to get groomed. The groomer, Miranda listened to the description I gave that my mom gave me, without a picture to go by and she NAILED IT👏💯!!! "IT'S PERFECT!" my mom said. From the first step in the door to the last step taken to leave, was stress free! Above ALL, Tessa was treated like a princess 👸

This happened a while back, but I called and made an appointment to get my dog bathed and groomed. I was told that I needed to have the doggie flu vaccine. So I took off work so that I could bring my pup to my vet to get him the vaccine. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that I needed to get the Kennel Cough vaccine as well, and that someone was supposed to call and inform me before my appointment, which DID NOT happen. The guy I was talking to at the front desk responded with “you can get it tomorrow and bring him back” in a very sarcastic and unapologetic tone. So, because I wasn’t given the correct information, and I wasn’t called before my appointment, I took off work TWICE and still wasn’t able get services. I guess my time doesn’t matter to this pretentious business which is typical of Port Neches. If you value your time, find a different groomer.

I have had great sucess with The Paws Resort! We bring our dog Snoop often. Play dates and grooming. Snoop isn't the most social dog on the block but, when he sees we are at Paws he gets super excited! Runs to the door! We really trust him here.

My boys are always treated so well at The Paws Resort and Spa. Woody, a wirehaired daschund, is handstripped twice a year (an extrememly tedious process), and he comes back to me happy and handsome (not to mention, when I first picked him up, the owner was playing ball with him while waiting on me).They facilities are immaculate, they offer Keurig coffee for their clients, an array of doggie-centric items for sale, the groomer is AKC certified groomer... they offer so much in boarding/grooming/etc., that's it's impossible to list here.In short, I have always been thoroughly pleased at the way they've groomed/boarded/treated my boys, and will continue to give them my business.
