They are pet friendly that's a plus. They do welcome you as u walk in. But wish there was more girly stuff. Overall I like TSC and I will be going back 😊

Good helpful staff but did not have in stock item I was looking for. Had to go elsewhere. Dog food prices seemed high in comparison to same brands also sold at other local large chain stores, like Walmart, etc.. Also seemed higher priced than the Tractor Supply in Midland I also visit upon occasion?!? Not sure if this is just prices due to economy constant flux?!?🤔

I was in search of a tool and upon entering , I was confronted by a cashier at the front counter. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me to a counter half way back in the store. I was told there would be someone there to help me. She got on a talkie and I headed back. I stood there for approx. 15 min. No one showed up so I ventured out on my own. I was unsuccessful , so I was leaving when cashier ask me if I found what I was looking for, I said no and walked out. As far as I could see, she was the only employee in the store.

Full of anything you need like the old time hardware stores. Service here is well above average and is very friendly. Prices are not the cheapest, but availability of unusual items which are difficult to find elsewhere is great. My go to store for all kinds of hardware including construction, plumbing, electrical.

Great customer service. The manager Kenneth Hahn even let us borrow his personal ball hitch to use because ours was to small. We bought a zero turn mower, applied for a credit card to purchase it and loaded up within thirty minutes. You dont get personal service like this larger retailers. Thanks for going above and beyond Kenneth.

Went in to get a wrought iron gate hinge for a wrought iron fence. Brought a picture for identification. Was told I don't think we have it but if we do it's over there. You can go take a look if you want. No customer service.

Went in during non busy hours, was never greeted nor asked if i needed help... not the tractor supply feel... store really disorganized with stuff thrown around everywhere. A lot of merchandise did not have price tags and there wasn't anyone around for a price check... needs to be worked on by upper management for it to be at par with other tractor supply locations
