First question "Do you deliver" A-"yes for 25.00 fee"2nd Q "Will you take old MattA - Yes3rd Q "May I call you with delivery dateA - YesPurchased mattress 16AprilNext day call from delivery guy saying on street..I told them I wasn't ready for it that I was to call when ready for delivery.Called 21APRIL to say ready for delivery on Tuesday 23AprilMattress delivered on time but told will NOT haul off old mattress.Called Sutherland and they said there is another 20.00 fee to haul off. Never was told that. I paid it and they hauled it off.Was not a good buying experience based on this fiasco.

Lots of selection and good service. Here you can buy screws and bolts individually instead of in bulk in a bag or a box. Plus they rang me up right away. No self check in though but rarely needed.

Ask for service and you'll get it. Otherwise, self serve. I was helped to the car with my purchases and the employee refused my offered tip. Staff is friendly. Prices are good. Veterans get a discount on non-sale items. Yes, I will definitely go back.

Good luck trying to return stuff. The lady was questioning the fingerprints on the sheet of steel that I bought that was not going to work for what I needed it for. She asked the manager and manager said it was fine. Had to put all my personal information down just to get my money back and I still have not got it back in my account.

It's a really good store with good service , plenty of stock to choose from. Prices are considerably higher than most home improvement stores but the convenience of a local place kind of balances it out.

This is a great way to get hardware and lumber for local projects and saves you 45 minutes to drive to Harlingen or Brownsville. Prices are reasonable and staff is usually friendly

Customer service is out of this world. Very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need they are willing to find it for you. I always choose Sutherland's first.

Terrible went to get stainless bolts, bolt section was in a complete mess, different sizes mixed in with each other, finally after considerable time found and counted what I needed with washers, but when it came time to get nuts, there was none complete wast of time.Probably will not bother going back.

This is a pretty good building supply store. The prices are fairly good and they have a nice variety of items for a small town. I go there often.

They actually had plenty of 2x8x8 boards for our soon to be Square Foot Gardens. I gave up on cedar. No one stocks it and two Home Dept locations screwed up my special order.
