My experience was horrid here a hefty woman with braids named Amancia checked me out and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me or acknowledge me at all and asked me to get another item because the one my child picked had “no tag”. Firstly I don’t understand why she couldn’t have scanned another item they are all the same price, secondly why should we have to do her job for her and get the item we don’t work there, and lastly she was extremely unprofessional about it. After that she was rushing me tapping at the counter while I looked for my form of payment and started scanning the next person before I gathered my things. She didn’t thank us or smile once she seemed to hate her job or hate the customers either way she seems she does not want to be there to help clients. No customer service skills what so ever and zero professionalism. And the store was one of the dirtiest I been to.

This Dollar tree has to be the best I've ever been in. It was extremely well stocked and everything was very neat and ordered. I've never ever been inside a dollar tree as nice and orderly as this one. Everything was in its place. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The cashier was nice and pleasant. Very large assortment.

I used to love dollar tree but now they have taken all of the $125 items out and replacing them with three and five dollar items will have to shop at Walmart.

OMG!!! The best server ever!!! Chris David treats you like family! Give this man a raise! The manager is very professional and sweet. You must come by the Brownsville the Alton Gloor area...day time. Laughter is good medicine.

It's the Dollar Tree. Met our expectations for a return policy. Sort of. Not Nordstroms, but we knew that going in. Many items missing because of supply chain issues. Blame lame politicians.

Store was clean and quiet. The card swipers are a bit old. Had a "Sundown Town" vibe and was eerie. Cashier with glasses had a zombie look to him and never said a word.

2 MAJOR ISSUES.1 - this store has so many bugs! Super unclean, and I got bit by mosquitoes. I really don’t want to save money on trivial things only to incur medical costs of hundreds or thousands of dollars.2 - the staff is really bad with children. I took my kids to pick out any five things they like as a reward for completing their super hard school year (cos of covid). It’s obvious they don’t want kids in the store. The staff is excessively passive-aggressive, when it comes to dealing with children or their parents. I looked at previous reviews that mention anything about children, and almost every single one is negative.

This place is economical, it has just about everything useful and about everything you almost don't need. If you looking. For supplies to a party or simple utilities for the house. I highly recommend just stopping by and checking it out. It's very reasonable pricing the Name says it all 😁. Parking is very efficient oh and if you looking to grab some gear for the pool or the island you can find yourself some useful things here.

This store seemed to have less inventory than other Dollar Tree stores. Good deals on greeting cards. The store had lots of religious items which is very unusual, compared to similar stores. My wife and I did not appreciate this emphasis.

Dollar tree is no longer a dollar store. The lowest items are now a dollar and a quarter. Although that is still a bargain, they also carry other items such as art and crafts stuff as well as some low end electronics.

Located to the left of Feldman’s. One of the most CLEANEST and well-organized Dollar Trees I’ve been to, and found what I needed (construction paper, bathroom products, snacks). I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30. Hoped to find a loaf of white bread, but there was only one smushed loaf. The rest was wheat bread.

Good in an out...mask is being required due to the on-going situation. Went for some arts and craft items and got a few snacks. Very friendly cashier...was greeting all incoming customers. I believe the name was Katherine.

It's al it's always what it says. Nothing's ever over a dollar and they really have some cute things in it. Need to take time to shop around when you go in. Always fun to look at all the new things.

They do not allow single parents with a child to enter their store (my child being 13). Although city ordinance states differently. I questioned staff and was advised it was store policy that NO child under 14 is allowed so we were forced to leave. I contacted corporate regarding policies and discrimination against all parents who are single parents!

This store along with several others in Port Isabel does NOT allow children under the age of 14. Has nothing to do with whether or not they are wearing a mask. NOT ALLOWED IN STORE PERIOD! If you have a kid, you'll rudely be told to leave.
