I had to drive 30 minutes to get here all for them to say my dog couldn’t get a service done. I scheduled & wasn’t informed on the services or that my dog needed a rabie shot. I was willing to try pet smart even with their lack of information but now I understand why they have bad reviews. Will not come here again.

Updating review because PetSmart had the cutest Santa set up!!Still not much change in the aquatic section, we don’t purchase, but we still stop by to see if it’s been cleaned up so we can purchaseWe used to enjoy bringing our dogs there while we bought fish. We had bought eight fish from there, also while taking advice from the woman in the aquatics section, and our tank ended up with ich from their fish, resulting in every other fish including the sick ones purchased from them dying. Our other tank crashed and we lost all of the fish in that one as well thanks to the advice from the woman.

I will start this off by admitting that I generally recommend smaller locally owned businesses when it comes to things like pet stores. That being said I will say that the employees here are great and very friendly. They are as helpful as can be and love on my dog when ever he is there and that is a win in his book and mine. The store brands they sell are of a great quality and while not the cheapest thing out there is it very reasonable for the quality. My family and I go here when we know exactly what we need or want to give our dog some great public social time. It is my opinion that if you are unsure of pet requirements or are looking for pet education then seek out a local shop as they tend to be more "specialized". So for general pet needs at reasonable prices or just for a great place to take your pet they are a smart choice.

I've tried out 3 petsmarts around me and really liked the port Arthur one for my dogs grooming. But really bummed at this times service. I paid a few bucks shy of $200 for my 2 labs to get the works. I also asked, as I have at each place i have tried, for my female's potty area shaved a bit because she doesn't quite get it all off and gets a bit of stiff hair. Now I'm not even sure if they got the luxury package or washed throughly. She was not shaved and still had stiff hair there. And both dogs breath still stunk so didn't seemed to have gotten the teeth brushing I paid for. I guess it's onto a different groomer. Bummed because they were very nice.

This location has the BEST grooming staff! We travel for my fiancés work & have been to many Petsmarts & this one was our best experience yet! I was there 3 different times & everytime the ladies were so sweet & caring and went above and beyond for our pups! Everyone was warm & welcoming & I cannot recommend this location enough!

Always have everything I need for my Amazon Parrot. Pet Co has a very small selection for birds compared to Pet Smart. They have a wide selection of food, treats, perches, and toys. Great place for a niche pet owner. Highly recommend.

Petsmart views animals as merchandise, and its disregard for their needs seemingly spills over to buyers who purchase the fish on a whim and neglect them afterward, as evidenced by these “product reviews” on the company’s website.Do better. Stop selling betta fish in a cup. They deserve better.75% of your fish are dead or dying. Lethargic and with diseases. Stop treating the fish as merchandise...

The staff is always so friendly and nice. The store is always clean. They always have what I need. And honestly if they ever do get busy I don’t mind waiting in line because I know the employee helping me out is always nice. I never understand why people complain about waiting. When it’s the same as waiting as when your in the grocery store. They won’t have you waiting in line for to long. There pretty fast at checking people out. 😊 Thats why I give the employees and store 5 stars.

My dog Kobe received the best service ever. I don’t know all the ladies name in the grooming area but they were all super friendly. Iliana C was Kobe’s groomer and she was the best. My husband and I felt very comfortable leaving our Kobe in their hands. Thank you for doing such an awesome job on Kobe.

We left our dogs there for 3 hours and paid over $80 for them to not even do half the services listed. I fully believe they didn’t even bathe my dog as he still had eye crust from that morning and that frito smell on his paws. They didn’t do the sanitary trim or trimming of the paw pads that came with the service. I will NEVER go back there. When we came back every single grooming worker was just sitting there talking yet my dogs looked like they hadn’t been touched.

I put 3 stars instead of four because the company won't hire enough people so you can get help in a timely manner. I had to wait in line for 10 full minutes because there were no other employees there! Clean place, great selection of products. They just need to employ more people because their somewhat busy.

I can't say enough great things about this location. We love bringing our dog, Mia in to visit, get groomed, and pick out toys.The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. They remember Mia by name and make sure to say hi and give her some pets.I have made lots of returns here, especially in the beginning of our dog-parent journey and never had any issues when needing different sizes of products.As for the grooming, the service there is just as awesome. I love that you can book online and they are always able to fit us in, even at the last minute. The groomers are all so sweet and do a wonderful job grooming and taking care of our girl.This Petsmart location is an all-around great place!

Brought my dog for a bath and brush and that usually comes with a nail trim with groomer named David on 10/31/21. My dog had a 1:00 appointment and three hours went by and I didn't hear from them. I called to check the status of the grooming they said it would be another half hour. 90 minutes went by and still didn't hear anything. I called and a woman answered she said they called which they never did. I didn't pick up my dog til after 5:00 for a 1:00 appointment. She is a short hair chihuahua, and her nails were not even cut!!!! And they had her for over 4 hours! Seems like they just hire people to meet a quota. I've been a customer for years and will not be returning.

Here's the deal.. I'm a 33 year old mother with her tubes tied. My shorkie is my baby and y'all never have clothes! How and I supposed to put of dealing with my mental health issues if I can't pretend my dog is people???? Staff is awesome though!

Me and my doggo love this store! 😊 We go a few times a week, especially on rainy days when walks outside are impossible. She loves the pigs ears and antlers best. Clean store, friendly staff.

Pet Smart has some really great employees very helpful ! I asked a young woman for a dog food the shelves were empty of, took down the info off shelve ran in back came right back with it, plus asked if there was anything else I needed, she was happy to help even though she had been busy stocking when I found her. That's putting the customer service first!!
