I had an order sent here on Monday. I called yesterday and the 2 different people was very nice. Even though my online chart said it was successfully sent they didn't see it. I had online teladoc send it again. I called today and the 2 different people were both extremely rude. First person yelled at me and slammed me on hold before I could say anything. I'll change CVSs next time.

Placed pickup order used my card, no order received in store. Manager didn't no how to help me on my order. She said call 1-800 if I didn't receive notification. I told her to cancel if it did come thru. They need lessons to trouble shoot. She wasn't a pleasant person either

Possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever used. A while back I had surgery and they didn't fill my pain killers for 4 days. My mother had to go up there and fight for them to fill it. They never answer the phone, and when they do they give bad info. I called last week to ask why my order was on hold, and they said "we're out of it, call the other cvs in the area." After calling the other 5, no one had it. I came to learn a few days later that they weren't out of it, but rather they refused to fill the script because it was from Teladoc. I ended up having to send the script to Walmart. Last summer they filled my epipen and gave me one that expired in 5 months, then tried to say they couldn't refill it when I needed another. When I went to pick up my script a few days ago, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then another 10 before I gave up and drove off, wishing luck to the 3 cars piled up behind me. Under-staffed, under-motivated, bad attitudes, and it's been this way for at least 2 years. Needs a serious change in management and employee training.

It's a shame that it is a company policy that if you don't fill your prescription at CVS that you cannot buy syringes there. When you have an active prescription. How inconvenient when you can show the prescription. Companies like this needs to change their policies or close their doors. People like myself are going to use a pharmacy that saves them money and what this particular company won't do another company will doI. I will not be filling in the future any prescription here. From the looks of it they don't pay attention to their current or prospective customers and that alone tells me alot.

I recently ordered 10 photos, when I walked in today there was literally no one to be found except in the pharmacy. I knocked on the managers door and a new girl came out to say the manager is some who in here. Thanks, you’re helpful. So I wandered around for another few minutes only to find said manager who was not only invested in what was happening on her cell phone but she let me know that she was looking at pictures in a group text. How unprofessional!!! But I guess u get what u pay for, my photos were free 🤷🏽♀️Do better cvs!!!

Given poisoned pills 2 months in a row from pharmacist at 4101 twin city hwy in Port Arthur Texas. Both months prescription bottle made me vomit with stabbing pains on upper body. This happened when a new pharmacist (Mr. Chichiso) was working both months. If you go to this pharmacy and he's working , run out of the pharmacy with your life. Very dangerous man but acts so nice.

Very serious management problem at this store. For example, I asked for cash back at the self checkout and it gave an error so I asked the cashier if he could open his register and give me my cash back and he said he didn't know how to do that and didn't want to call his manager and get chewed out by them. So I was out $20 because the manager didn't teach them how to open the register and the employee was scared to even interact with the manager. The people at the pharmacy were short and would interrupt you before you even finished saying why you were there. No instructions were given for prescriptions. Nobody wants to be there and the management does nothing to make the employee and customer experience better. I worked 9 years in retail throughout high school and college and this kind of stuff is mind boggling to me that it happens.

Scheduled an covid test, had an appointment, left work sat in the drive through for an hour almost, tried to call the pharmacy and store multiple times with no answer only to have to be told by another customer that the drive through was closed and now can’t even get my scheduled test. It’s one worker in the whole pharmacy two throughout the whole store like what is going on really. I understand being short staffed but why accept tests if you aren’t even going to have the decency to reschedule or cancel just to leave people sitting outside. There wasn’t even a sign stating that the drive through was closed and when my sister finally did get through to someone on the phone they had an attitude.

This location pharmacy sucks!!! Poor customer service... I would give it a 0 star if I could. Moving my prescriptions to Walgreens.. I spend wat too much money on prescriptions every month to receive this type of HORRIBLE SERVICE!

To many mistakes,delays,prescription,amounts given,was told it was on order with the manufacturer,,,then told I needed to have physician call in a new script,,then re texts that get sent are mostly incorrect..called in for Lancet needles on Sept.22,2022 and finally able to pick them up after calling the physicians office many times to pick them up on October 21st,2022...in the mean time my mother had to sit herself with the same needle!!!! Thank God my 96 year old mother isn't on life threating medications

After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, someone finally picked up the phone just to hang up on me. I went to pick up my prescription that was dropping off 30 hours ago and they told me it would be a few more hours until its ready. This is the worst cvs experience I've ever had.

The worst experience, They don't answer the phone put you on hold and forget about you, The only reason I deal with CVS is because my insurance provider prefers them but I will let my insurance know on they're poor choice of preference in the pharmacy they chose CVS, As am writing this I have been on hold for 26 minutes for the second time. Hope someone who cares can see this and do something about it.

CVS on Twin City HWY used to be a great pharmacy about five or six years ago. In the past two years, there’s been a high turnover rate, rude employees (mainly in the pharmacy area, not the rest of the store) and the pharmacy techs must’ve gotten their degrees from an office supply chain for $2.00. It doesn’t matter what time you call them, they are going to put you on hold for over 20 minutes. I just keep the phone on speaker and catch up on other things I have to do until they decide to pick up the 🤬 phone! They are incompetent, unprofessional and unbelievably stupid! If I could give them less than one star I would.

I'm so completely disappointed in the staff after trying to call up there for the past 3 hours after being on hold for over an hour from my wife's phone as well as my own. We finally decided to go up there and I witnessed myself 3 different staff working back there and listening to the phone ring constantly and none of them bothered to answer it. There was only one other person in front of me and two vehicles in the drive thru. Needless to say UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Nocera went way above and beyond in customer service. She took the time to make sure we know how to save money on prescriptions. Very pleased with service here. You have a great employee in her. Very sweet too. Cannot say enough good things.

They always put you on hold and leave you there never once do they ask what your calling for they just automatically say hold. They can never answer any questions regarding what's in certain medications. Staff is always rude. The staff acts like they hate their jobs ....well if that's the case leave go find another one. If you can not deal with the public stay home cause we don't want to deal with your attitude.

Terrible! Drive thru closed, never answer phone, waiting line always at pharmacy.And the manager is rude, and stupid.This pharmacy might as well close.I only use because Walgreens was closed during last hurricane.But will transfer my perceptions asap.Waiting line at pharmacy is at least half an hour and the techs never understand each other and have no patience when asked a question.Fire everyone!

Horrible customer service and incompetent clerks... apparently they don't have any competent employees check your paperwork until after you've already left, and then give you a call telling you as the customer that you have to sort out the paperwork that they've already received... so I have to play phone tag with my doctor to make sure the pharmacy understands the prescription... why does CVS pay the employees here?
