I do NOT recommend!Woman grooming screamed at a dog.I brought in my pup for a 3 minute nail trim and was told rudely to wait outside. I should have just left-I heard pain screams from inside.I agree with previous review that someone said-I paid and left quickly as possible.

Tried to call several times and left messages to find out when I could get my pups nails trimmed but never got a return call from them. I also went to the establishment four times only to find it closed. There were no times as to when they would be open or closed on the door. Finally after 2 weeks of trying to get things done I finally took a chance to try again and was able to get her nails trimmed. I think they should at least put times that they are open and also it would be nice if they returned calls to the customer.

Do not recommend. It took 6 1/2 hours to have our two dogs bathed and nails/face/tails done. Upon checking on dogs at 4 1/2 hour mark we could hear cursing from inside (F bomb), and same upon picking up dogs when finished. At that point, one of the Groomers was literally chasing a dog around, trying to trim its nails all the while screaming at it and then finally tossing her cutters in the air. Paid and got the heck out of there as quickly as possible.

Absolutely horrible. Melissa chopped my Dog. He is super uneven, and when asked about it she first stated his coat was thin in certain spots. Not true. We've had him groomed before and he never looked like this. Then she stated she didn't know which guard to use.

What a cool shop- they have all kinds of pet stuff to buy! I took my fuzzy lab and golden retriever to get groomed and they did a great job! Highly recommend!!!
