Great store, used to be better though. Now it is so cluttered you can't hardly get through the isles. These pics are from a little while after Christmas, but it's like this everytime I go in now.

Store is always a mess the workers never wanna do anything. No good service and they trying to over price stuff that suppose to be on clearance!

I go to this store pretty much every weekend and it’s a complete mess every single time. You can bearly get down the isles there are boxes everywhere. Nothing is stocked. Employees are nice but often seem overworked and understaffed. Management really need to step it up! I’m debating making the longer drive from now on and going to the Bridgeport store.

When the store first opened it was nice and the employees were attentive. Now, if you can get Kay away from the front door smoking and to the register, you're lucky. You have to wait on her all the time to get to the register. Customer service is the low point on the list of priorities. The store is nasty, things are a mess, unshelved merchandise haunts every aisle. It is embarrassing...looks like a bunch of low life's run the place. I hate going in there as I'm sure many people do but it's convenience that keeps it going!

I'm only giving it a 3 cause there is 2 cashier's that are doing the best they can. This is by far the most unorganized store I've been in. I have to wonder if they know it's looks like complete insanity in there. The wait time in lines is unacceptable. I stood at a register for dang near 5 min saying hello loudly and even loudly asked if everything is free. Finally a cashier came from only God knows where and I told her does she realize the theft that can occur there because no one is at the register. She didn't care. I guess.

If you don't absolutely have to go here, avoid it. About 80% of the time there's a super long line. Rarely more than one cashier and alot of stuff cluttering the aisles. Its not unusual to see the cashier chatting with friends that are hanging out in the store. My husband asked why there's always a line and that the other DG we use rarely has a line, at which point he was told he should just go to that one then. Talk about customer service lol.

Store is always a huge mess- price changes are not updated. The items I have gotten have a lower shelf price than what It rings up as. A definite weight and measures problem that can carry a hefty fine. I have found this problem in MANY dollar general stores.

This was one of the more cluttered, under stocked Dollar Generals I have been in recently. I think they also had lost there broom. Staff was friendly. Adequate parking. More expensive than the Bridgeport store on some things.

Very impressed! Best looking Dollar General I have been in around the surrounding areas!! Yeah the aisles are narrow, BUT no hindering issue for me... perfect size cart to manuever around. Very clean and eye appilling. Only negative I had was too much " are you finding everything you need" Felt like I was at Ace Hardware.... I did 25 years of Upper Mangt. When you have a customer who is enjoying browsing and have a good cart going...be observant and know they will ask you for assistance if they need it. I probably would have spent more than deciding to purchase what I had already in my cart.

The rate is actually 0000000, the new stocking room is gm section stocking carts and boxes everywhere a lawsuit waiting to happen, great customer service! Corporate pay attention to your stores! Shame!

This place has its ups n downs. Largely due to the mediocre staff and regardless who you ask to stock regular items you frequently buy, 99% of the time they won't. It's hit or miss on what kind of attitude you will get from the cashiers, ranging from very friendly to very rude.

every day this place will allow the line of customers to grow to 10 people befor they open a second register, the Convenience Is not there you could go in to grab one thing and literally stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes you could have already drove to Springtown and back

Clean store with friendly employees. Call service is bad inside the store, so make sure you know what you need before you enter since it is hard to call home for last min items.

Dollar General is great when you need something you forgot at the bigger stores. But its really great when the store brand is cheaper that the others.

It's alright. Cash register personal is always doing other stuff when you walk up to counter but I guess that's just how it is.
