I’m in Revere Massachusetts on the out skirts of the Boston area. However I adopted a puppy last year from the area and this is the vet she went to. I called needing help activating her microchip, they were great! She explained it to me and it was completed, no complications. Wonderful staff!

These vets are very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a blood test done here for $200, where a different vet (pet savers of Carrollton) was charging me $600. I will definitely be visiting Ponder Veterinary again!

We love ponder vet. They have taken such good care of our Cavapoo puppy! From the nice receptionist to the veterinarians we’ve always been super pleased with our visit. They are very reasonably priced and can always get us an appointment within a few days! We know our fur baby Elsa is in good hands here.

Such a caring group of professionals. Have met with each of the vets and all are so knowledgeable and really care about our fur babies. Absolutely love the support staff and all of the techs. I grew up in Ponder and known Dr. Henderson for 30+ years now. I literally drive 5 hrs one way to bring my Service Dog to him. Everyone at this Vet are the most amazing people I have ever had the privilege to meet. Thank you Everyone for taking care of my dogs

I brought in my very sick pet in hopes to be seen. They very kindly got my pet and myself into a room when one was available. I understand how busy their days can be, especially with already scheduled appointments. However, if they couldn’t accept anymore at that time, I would’ve happily went somewhere else. I paid for an exam that did not even happen. I was in the exam room with my pet the entire time. He was never taken out of the room to be examined elsewhere. The vet did not listen to his lungs, did not check his temperature, did not look at the teeth/gums/mouth, did not look at the ears, did not ASSESS my sick pet. The vet just gave an ointment and basically implied my pet was fine. I asked for any kind of antibiotics, steroids, anything to help. Thankfully I trusted my gut instincts to get a second opinion and went to another vet. My sweet, poor baby, whom I see as FAMILY and not just a pet, had a temperature of 105!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!? He could’ve had a seizure. Brain damage. Or worse, could’ve been fatal. The other vet did a thorough exam and prescribed the meds necessary and I truly believe saved his life. Before the second opinion, my pet was brought home from ponder vet looking worse from when he went in, but yet received no help. Not even a temperature check.. I won’t be going back to that specific vet who saw us.

Recently moved to Krum and needed a local vet for my Belgian Malinois. Every single person in this clinic was amazing. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day - the receptionist was friendly and empathetic. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. The doctor and assistant were funny, warm, caring and put my usually anxious dog at ease. I work in healthcare and know how trying an environment like this can be. It is clear that everyone in the clinic is genuine and truly care for their furry patients and for their owners. These folks are worth more than their weight in gold. Thankful that I’ve found a new home for my Remi girl!

I needed a new veterinary clinic closer to my home and a friend recommended this one. I took my dog in today for her annual wellness exam and vaccines. The staff was amazing. They were so gentle and kind to my dog and I could tell they loved the animals and they loved their jobs. They even offered to give me a tour of their hospital! I was so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thank you Ponder Veterinary Hospital for going the extra mile and welcoming me and Oreo. We are excited to come back.

Highly recommend! I've been to many Veterinary places due to many moves and Ponder Veterinary Hospital took great care of my goldendoodle. Afterwards, I was offered to take a tour of the facility to show where everything takes place. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I'm thankful we found a place that takes great care of their customers.

Love it here!! Hands down the best Veterinarian carein the DFW area with my fur & feathered babies! The Veterinarians and office staff are some of the most caring people even when I've brought in a chicken. I live almost an hour away and they always find time in their schedule to fit me in even for a last minute appointment. Their prices aren't inflated and very reasonable. Every animal deserves this type of vet care!

Great Veternarian with kind doctors and staff. Reasonably priced, with a country atmosphere. I have brought several dogs here and a chicken and have always had a great experience. They are usually pretty busy, so expect a normal wait.

I will recommend them to everyone who has an animal. My first visit was not an easy one but every single person from the front desk to the doctor were compassionate and kind. I had to let my sweet pup of 15 years go and the people here were absolutely wonderful in helping me make it through the visit. They listened to me, allowed me to grieve, never rushed me, and gently talked me through each step. Absolutely amazing people, who really care. I will never go to this Vet again.I arrived to see Dr. Moriarty (assigned Vet for my dog) standing at the front desk casually talking to staff. I checked in with my dog and within 3 minutes we were assigned an exam room. My dog and I waited over 45 minutes before the tech arrived to assess my dog. She documented my concerns, left the room and we waited another 35 minutes before Dr Moriarty and the tech arrived. I requested several test, Dr. M refused. One test requested was for an ear infection which he has. They were not genuine in their demeanor. The hostility I was subjected to was undoubtedly racially motivated. What else could I expect from a small town in Ponder, TX.

Ponder Vet has been a God-send after our veterinarian got sick and has been unable to see patients. At the MANY recommendations from my community I decided to give them al call. They got me on the schedule VERY quickly and once we arrived we were taken to a room and seen without having a long wait. When I was there yesterday I was very flustered and worried about Willie, but the nurses and Dr were so kind and understanding. I have had to visit Ponder Vet twice for different things in the last few weeks and I felt like both Willie and I were well cared for. The front office staff, especially Chauntae is excellent! She is so caring and compassionate and they are lucky to have her!

If you would like to have a vet who takes the time with you, sits with your pets, answers all of your questions without making you feel rushed, does his best to ensure your pets feel comfortable before making a move, and vet techs who are kind, patient, great with the pets and the parents, this is the place for you. After moving, it was hard to find a vet we loved as much as our last, but we have finally settled! We highly recommend bringing your fur babies to Ponder Vet.

Following a recommendation from a friend, we brought our dog here and immediately loved it! They were so kind and patient with my dog, who normally has a lot of anxiety at the vet. Even better, they helped us finally resolve chronic skin problems he had been having! I now have brought both my dog and my cat here and have had great experiences so far! Well worth the slightly more expensive cost for quality care!
