Surprisingly friendly and helpful staff. Aisles are generally neat and clean, even the garden area is well organized. Ordering online for pickup is super easy; an associate brought my items out to my car and wished me a good day. It’s almost a half hour drive to come here but I will keep going out of my way just because it’s an enjoyable experience.

Usually very helpful. Last 2 visits, less than helpful. 1 visit I encountered 3 different sales associates. I had to ask if they had a certain item and was told, “if we do it would be up front”. 2nd associate I ask the same question. I was told “if we have it, it will be outside”. 3rd…Same question. Answer “ I THINK you can find it online”. Very different from what it use to be.

They don't tell you when you buy a trailer your basically stuck with it and can't return it. Nothing is wrong other then the fact I should of measured it for what I was hauling but that's not the point. It's in the same condition as when I bought it. So now I'm out 1200 dollars and have a trailer I can't use.

So random but their wet cat food brand is the ONLY brand of wet food my cat will will eat! I’ve tried sooooooo many different brands and their brand she loves!

I’m want to say that Payton is doing a great job, always busy and always helpful. I’ve been meaning to write this review after ever time I stop by because she’s consistently giving great service which is not very often. So let this serve as about 4-5 five star reviews for Payton and I would say y’all need to give her a raise before someone steals her away

Tried to rent trailer for more than 24 hrs (after getting ok to do that over phone) and Bert the manager tells me "we don't do that." and walks away. Done with TSC taking my feed business back to Primo's.

Staff is always very kind and helpful, selection is great, the store keeps improving; whether layout, new greenhouse, new products, etc. And it's a great option- especially for locals who work late or need to stop in on the weekend.

Your store is a joke !!Went in to get propane tanks filled and they say they aren't doing propane because of the weather. Its sunny and 92 degrees .People still need propane for grills and stoves in RVs.Maybe you should rethink your policy.

Extremely disappointed with this store. After spending tens of thousands of dollars over the past 12 months with this store, they did not stand behind a private label defective product (seed and fertilizer spreader) that fell apart after only 2 uses. Do not purchase any mechanical devices from them, because they do not stand behind their products.

We tried to check out and your system did not come back with a response that the transaction was approved. I received a text alert for the amount of the transaction but the man trying to help the cashier could not figure it out. He left for about 10 minutes and came back and said my card was declined and wanted another form of payment. I proceeded to call the credit card company and he disappeared ( I think he was the manager). I was able to get my credit card to verify to the cashier that the charge was successful. She was very helpful and overwhelmed. Many people stacked up behind us and the other line because a man on the other side was double charged and could also prove it but was also getting nowhere. After 30 minutes trying to resolve the matter I left the merchandise at the register and plan to file a dispute with my credit card. The lady who was cashiering really tried to help but got no support.

The store has great service and very kind people except one who refuses to help with ordering feed. We requested it consistently been over 4 months and didn't get it and kept being told by her that she was aware of it but still didn't do a thing about it..

I absolutely love this tractor supply. The cashiers and folks actually care and go out of their way to help folk. It’s the older generations that run the place so I hope they keep it that way.

Ive only had good experience with the staff. The inconsistency between the product on hand online and the actual on hand in store cost me money and time. Overall Im glad this store provides work for the community. If you cant solve the inventory issue online than provide better in store ordering.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup and it took them over 30 minutes later to tell me they don’t have it... after I expressed to them we had just gone grocery shopping and need to make it quick. This order was originally placed over 36 hours before pickup. Needless to say they refunded me instead of just ordering what I purchased.

Have been in this store several times now to kill time and to find particular things. The store is also in order and have plenty of staff to assist you with anything. With plenty of purchases I've had a few returns and they were handled with ease. One thing I did not find are calf panels. The restroom also was out of toilet paper in ALL stalls!

Place is always open. Might be a little pricey but sure beats the hell out of MG's crapy service. If TSC would stock lumber? I'd switch. F' MG's!!!

Great store. Short on supplies, but they have had what I needed at the time. They could us extra help. The register gets busy and when there is only one person handling the customers at the register, makes for a long wait. Over good store.

Very nice place for farm supplies. My brother comes here all the time. He has a ranch. I tag along with him on his needs of farm feed and other supplies. Definitely will return. Also recommend to everyone. Cheers!

I was in there today around 1:00. There was one cashier named Tanaya. I understand being nice and courteous, but she had to talk to everyone that she knew coming through the line. There was a long line waiting. I had groceries in the car and I did not have to hear about going through old pictures and them being posted on Facebook and other stuff. Then she couldn’t figure out how much change to give. Focus on the job.

Went to tractor supply in Pleasanton been there three times never once been asked if I needed assistance or help to find anything didn't think much of it till this last time anybody else got help even a good morning so went to the one in castroville totally different got a good morning and help instantly now that's my store

Well there are times that everyone that works there is very nice but there are other times they are rude.They dont always help find what im looking for. And since im 62 yrs of age sometimes i buy large bags of dog food and no one offer help in transporting them from the cart to the trunk of my car. So i struggle. I spend alot of money there someone should at least see a 50lbs bag is hard for me to not only put in my cart but also to take it out.

Good place to get a variety of feed for farm animals. Other than that the pricing seems a little crazy, much of their clothes are 2-3x what you would pay elsewhere, and all of the tools/equipment is cheaper at home depot or lowes or even ace hardware. If you are looking for chicken feed this is the place for you, otherwise go to home depot.

Just left the store. Only two items purchased but Elyssa at checkout was more concerned about getting her paperwork done than to put items in bag or offer to put items in bag. Not very customer concerned.

I would give no stars if i could. Zero knowledge of warente butbthey claim it covers everything. The mowers missing peices and good luck getting parts if its missing it qhen you buy it. Very kind people but very bad service. Bad quality mowers. Dont get cub cadet.
