Terrible experience first time don’t recommendMy 5 pound yorkie is not aggressive maybe feisty and she gets cuts every 6 weeks since she was 8 weeks old and you’re the first to do incomplete half job claiming she was aggressive! Anyway I won’t be returning on Wednesday as your helper recommended that she was not very experienced and that Crystal rose was better able so at this point not even sure who was the young lady grooming my pup either way we will not recommend you to anyone!! Especially since my fee was quoted at $60 and I paid for a wash and bad chop chop $32.48I have reasons to believe the young under age child who probably isn’t a licensed groomer AKA your daughter couldn’t do the job therefore came up with the aggressive story and charged me half the price for a bad cut on my poor dog this explains why you blocked my review on fB.

I recently had my fur baby in for grooming with Crystal Rose: I was impressed with how my Lulu was handled. Her cut was great and the products she uses are all natural and smell wonderful. I took my 5 month old pug mix to Crystal today for basic bath and to be groomed. When I went to pick up Ranger he had a cutest bandanna, his claws were trimmed & filed perfectly. Ranger smelled so good. I will definitely take Ranger back, Crystal was very nice & friendly.

We have a 10mo old puppy. We tried to cut her hair and nails at home but that didn't work, she is still a bit hyper. We took her to Dog Grooming By Crystal Rose. Omg, we are so pleased. If you haven’t experienced dog grooming with Crystal, your poor dog. There just isn’t another groomer with that much compassion for dogs and humans!!!!!She is so in tune with what your dog needs from her. And she gives it, in buckets. And if your having a bad day she can just tell and offers such sweet grace to everyone. Including your fur babies.My dog has NEVER been so calm and happy after a groom. Just do it, for you and your dog!!!! And bring extra cash!!!! Because her ad-ons services are just awesome and so well priced. You won’t recognize your dog!!!

Crystal is an excellent groomer! We are very picky about who cuts our Dixie. Dixie is a 5 yr old Standard Poodle. When we first called Crystal, Dixie had gotten into some sort of goo that we had to cut out of her top knot. Crystal spent the time and in talking with us and offering suggestions to work Dixie back into her natural elegance! Wow! When we picked DIxie up she was so calm and pranced all around. This told us immediately that Crystal handled her with love and care!In our humble opinion, Crystal has a heart to bring out the best “visible appearance” of each dog by connecting with their owners and making suggestions for the grooming that resonate with them and the dog! We have recently completed traveling from the east coast back to TX and encountered many groomers along the way.
