We love Brenda. She does a great job with our Chin and one of them can be a real handful. Her prices are super competitive and her service is outstanding! DO NOT GO HERE. Rude on the phone and in-person. I dropped my dog off at 10 in the morning, was told to pick her up at 1 in the afternoon, and they even said "we have other things to do today." Well I made an appointment days in advance, at least make time for my appointment. They said they would text me when she was done, but 1 comes around and I get no text. I show up around 2, and when I pulled up I saw a worker smoking outside that rushed inside when she saw me, and when I walked in I saw her exiting a room holding a dog. I ask if my dog is ready, and I get told they got busy and behind schedule, and they'll text me when she's ready (in a very rude tone.) They finally text me around 3:30. When I got her back the haircut was really uneven, and looked rushed. Also, when I got home she went straight to her water bowl and completely emptied it. I understand not providing food, but I would at least think they would provide water, especially considering she was there ALL DAY. I can promise that they'll never see me or my dog again. After reading other reviews I'm just happy she came back physically unharmed.

Ms Brenda took such good care of our baby!!! It was his first time going to her and he was a bit nervous...Ms Brenda had him calmed down within just a few moments❤When I went to pick him up, he was so happy and excited about his new doo!!! She even gave him a little Christmas Bandana❤💚❤ He looked sooo cute!!! We will definitely be taking him back!!! Everyone was Very nice and professional but with that fam vibe and love for what they do!!❤❤❤**** Btw they have moved to a new address***1305 Brown Ave Pleasanton, TX

After being turned away from PetSmart because my not quite 1 year old puppy was “too hyper” I found Brenda in Pleasanton. If I knew any better to google groomers near me, I would have as I am normally one for supporting local businesses. Brenda took three dogs and a cat with no questions when I called to say we were in need of shelter for our pets when we evacuated for hurricane Harvey. I had planned to stay and ride it out while my wife took her mother and my mother and went to Pleasanton, but that changed as the storm strengthened.
