Really like the self service dog wash. Employees are very nice. Good selection of treats and food. Leashes, etc. definitely geared towards smaller dogs. Prices are on the higher side. If you go to use the dog wash make sure you call before you go just in case someone moving slower than molasses who doesn’t even have her dogs inside the store is planning on using both tubs sometime before Christmas.

My experience today was nothing but a perfect example of great customer service especially by the young man inside the store who looked like he was closing shop tonight. He gave my partner and I great recommendations for dog treats and even opinions on clothing items for our Yorkie. Very pleased and I would recommend for any pet owners looking for cool stuff for dogs!

We love this locally owned business! High-Quality items and specialty foods and treats.It's a shame some people can't follow the store's "wash tub close at 6pm" policy and blame the store when they can't tell time or read the sign on the front door that clearly states this fact. They close at 7pm and need time to clean it all up. I have seen more than one customer be very rude to the kids that work in the store when they explain the wash tubs are closed. Some people are so rude! Keep up the great job Woof!!!

I Truly wish I could give it 0 stars.I called around 5 pm asking what time they close, and if I had time to wash my dog before 7. The gentlemen on the phone said yes we just close at 7pm. I show up at 5:46, and I see one employee helping this couple. That took about 6:03 when he finally asked what we needed help with. As I prepare to buy conditioner and treats and ask to use the self wash he says they close the wash station at 6. I mentioned I needed literally 10 minutes to rinse the mud of my dogs paws, and he was so persistent on saying no. I mentioned that I called ahead that was the reason I came here. Thinking I had until 7 pm to wash due to the phone call. He was horrible customer service, and I walked out not buying anything I grabbed and no wash. Waste of time and drive.

I came here for my dog’s birthday presents! I got a dog birthday cake, a toy shaped like a birthday present, and a birthday hat! They also have dog ice cream, pancake mix, and cake mix! I’m obsessed and I highly recommend for bday stuff!

Amazing place, amazing people! They really care; they take the time to get to know you and your animal's! I highly recommend it! They helped me out so much with my first puppy. I got her at 8 weeks and was covered in fleas. 😔 they helped me not only by finding something we could use to help her flea situation but also explained all the different foods, toys, and treats. I came in in desperate need of help and left feeling confident and with a happy puppy. And as you can see from Cedars (puppy) picture she has no more fleas and loves her puppy teething ring we got here! ❤️

We took our 185 pound Great Dane for the DIY bath. The employee helped us get him I'm the tub. You can imagine how comical it was to watch. However the employee was incredible and made the experience positive for all of us.

What a wonderful place with wonderful customer service. Today I met MJ, who helped me with several things for my puppy.First off, she introduced me to freeze dried food, which smells so much better than the wet stuff, and my pup loves it. She explained to me how to use it for a topper , and also let my dog try a sample before I bought it. Also, I had very specific wants and requests for a small harness. She took a lot of time with me and got me exactly what I wanted. She tried a few on my pup , and explained why certain nice looking ones were probably not the best option for my small dog. I was even color specific, and she was able to accommodate that as well. She ended up ordering it into stock, and she will call me next week to pick it up.Such a better experience than the chain stores. Literally night and day. I can’t wait to come back. Also, in my experience, this has saved me a lot more money than just a Petco or Petsmart run. When I went to the other stores, I’ve gotten so many items that I didn’t end up using. Either because the harness that I bought didn’t fit well, or the food that I bought wasnt liked by my dog. I’m really happy to have found Woof!

Best experience. They give you everything you need and you walk out with a beautifully clean dog and YOU are dry as a creek bed in Texas! They loan you an apron. My dog was happy too.

I absolutely love this store so much! I was able to get a great recommendation from the owner regarding what my dog needs for his allergies. Not only that, their self service bathing area is very reasonably priced and they provide you everything you need and more! They have so many great merchandise for your pups and the staff is always sweet and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone with a fur baby!

Love this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the different items they carry. I really like hearing what food and treats they feed their own dogs. Gave an experience-based toy suggestion for a heavy-chewer toy-destroyer. The dog washing sinks are great- different heights and sizes to accommodate different dogs & owners. Water stays warm but not hot, shampoos & conditioners are high quality, and the aprons are professional-grade sturdy! Also purchased a brush that was recommended after I used the tester during the dog's bath. Great service, great products, fabulous staff!

We have a large dog and they quickly cleaned a wash area for him and supplied all the things we needed! There was a combo shampoo + conditioner, a single shampoo and separate conditioner, a zoom groom brush to get hair out while washing and a face only wash and a squeegee type towel to get a lot of moisture out (so you can spend less time air drying the dog). This is nice bc my dog hates hair dryer noise worse than he hates baths. They have everything you need and we’re very friendly to our young son, I spoke with the owner also who was very nice and had her own dogs in the store. It was a great price to not have the mess at your own house, we will be returning!

I like this store. They seem very knowledgeable about their products especially the different feeds. My main issue is that the pricing online doesn’t reflect what you actually pay in store. I came here to get raw food which was priced at 66.99 for 13.5 pounds. In store I just paid 81.99 for the same product. No price adjustment was issued I was told that online prices are a couple years old and they are working to get this fixed.

I LOVE WOOF! I can’t say anything but nice things about this place. I am a new fur baby mom. So I was new to EVERYTHING! My sister & I love going here. The nice ladies there do care about our fur babies!I always get nothing but the best service. My teacup chihuahua didn’t want to eat anything other than boiled chicken :( and they took the time to test feed him different foods to see what he liked, he had a mini food testing, sniffing & nibbling session. When I have questions they always help! I always go in for one thing & leave with a thousand. I recommend Woof to everyone. Seriously love this store! Thank you so much!

Will NEVER go back to any other place for my dogs... WOOF Store was an answer to our prayers!! Cheryl spent time educating us on why our Corgi has gained so much weight this year and walked us through the ingredients in the dog foods until we found the perfect selection for our fur baby. THESE FOLKS CARE ABOUT FUR BABIES! They won our hearts and our confidence for future services. Great durable famtastic dog toys offered...even going to cancel my Bark box subscription so we can frequent this treasure trove for our dogs!! BLESS YOU EACH ONE!!

I really like this place. Great price for dog wash. Under $20 for my 80lb GSD. The staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful. They also have some cool oh items that you can't always find in just any pet store. They carry quite a few natural product brands and great healthy treats and decent prices.

Really helpful person from the counter came and found me to help locate items (I was the only customer). Proceeded to offer tips and referrals when I talked about some of the challenges the dog was presenting. Had a corporate freebie of something I was looking for which the store didn't carry, so threw it in with my purchases. Helped get the training treats started with a handful of samples thrown in - they were a roaring success with the dog, so very smart call for future sales!

They really do have cool stuff. Stuff you won't see at a regular pet store. I got a bed you can stuff on your own with a waterproof cover and canvas that zips over.

This was my 2nd time in here and I really like all they have but was very disappointed with the worker there she was very quiet, stand offish and not helpful at all. Not friendly. Maybe it was an off day for her. I Don't know... they need way more variety when it comes to Bone Broths for Dogs and Goats milk. They only carry 1 brand! I probably won't go here again as it is out of the way but wanted to pop in as I was in the area. Customer Service is Key and I really hope the store owner takes a look at it!

Loved the dog wash, its so easy to wash your dog there and they already provide towels blow drying and fun scented spreays. The only thing was the customer service wasn't that good. I don't wanna sound like a Karen but the lady I payed wasn't nice, even though I thanked her and still remained chill. Other than that awesome place to wash ur dog!

I recently moved back to Plano and was looking for a place to bathe my dog. Woof was convenient and the staff was really nice. The only thing I did not like was that I still paid over $20 to bathe my dog myself with my own supplies. I did not use any of their towels, soaps, or brushes (the only had the flee removing brushes or the ones that will scratch your dogs skin.) I will probably just wash my dog at home and save the $20 since I use all of my own products.

Family owned and operated, Woof is a first class establishment. They sell a wide variety of victuals, including raw diet feed. Fromm is my preferred brand of which they sell wet and dry food. Collars, leashes, treats, harnesses, wellness products (dental health, vitamins, supplements, etc...) are all available here. My dogs love the dehydrated duck heads.Woof also has a self service dog wash. There are four bays (I think) and a grooming table available. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, ear and eye cleaner, and blow dryers are included in the cost. Other tools and accoutrements are also available. I have bathed my dogs here many times. Though it is self service, the staff will provide assistance if needed.Woof is a staple of the Custer Park community. They hold and participate in community events ranging from a summertime doggy ice cream social to the recent Small Business Saturday and Custer Park tree lighting event. Their service is stellar, their products top tier, and they are a superb example of entrepreneurship.
