Thank you for the great greeting when I was walking to the counter. Was going to buy a bag of hay or straw! I was excited to get it in bag and not have to buy a bale. Well, the great customer service I got the two gentleman at the counter asked how many grandkids I have to make the magically reindeer food for! Told him and they offered me two bags of reindeer food. Asked how much the said free after explaining what it is!These guys gave me something free instead of making a bit of money.What a way of great to share the great spirit of Christmas.

UPDATE Mar 2021. Customers don't have to wear masks anymore. We have shopped here for years mainly to get wild bird food. They sell large (50lbs) sacks so one doesn't have to shop too often. Nice service pay inside then drive around back and stock guy loads into trunk for you.

Couldn't find any store in the DFW that had live chicks due to the season. Looked it up in Google and it brought me to this wonderful store. Will definitely come back soon.

Wells Brothers employee's know their products! They're friendly, knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. 'Bud' has helped me on numerous occasions providing vital information about lawn & garden techniques. I go to them for all my natural/organic lawn product needs.

Struggled to find a cat-safe mosquito repellant in the usual pet stores, so my vet referred me here.The guy at the register greeted me as soon as I got in, and answered my questions patiently, with the concern of a fellow cat-parent.Very nice first impression.

Tried to buy pre emergiant (dimension) on June 1st as per Neil Sperry and dimensions own instructions.Clerk said no and we don’t pay attention to Neil Sperry. He said I need only to fertilize. Wasn’t friendly - rolled eyes at mention of Sperry.Didn’t want fertilizer just dimension.
