Great experience getting my dog groomed here for the first time. Easy to make an appointment. Brought him in and was done in 1 hour. Came out great and definitely will be bringing him back.

We have taken both of our dogs to The Dog Stop in Plano twice for bathing and once for boarding. We are very impressed with the great customer service; the people there are very nice and we can tell they genuinely love the dogs. They even gave us a discount we did not know they were running. We couldn't be happier.

My big dog is shy and gets nervous easily, I was a bit reluctant to start him at daycare. When I picked him up, I picked up a calm and happy dog, the trainers worked with him, and you could tell he had a blast! For the first time ever he did not want to leave. Usually when I take them somewhere, he can’t wait to come back home, I will definitely be using them for daycare and overnight stays in the future!

We were well pleased with the grooming of our two dogs, Casper - Morkie and Sam - Poodle. Both dogs were happy at Dog Stop and the company was so easy to work with on scheduling. Our dogs looked great and they even give a discount for the first grooming. Thank you Dog Stop!

Took our 1 year old American Cocker Spaniel for grooming yesterday. Exceptional customer service, pricing and grooming. The lady did exactly what we asked for, looks like she came out of a high end grooming facility.Highly recommend Dog Stop for grooming. The place looks very nice and clean for pet care as well.

Stopped by for the grand opening. Was super excited to see what they have to offer. Was chilly outside, so I went inside to ask a few questions. 4 people behind the counter . All on their phones. No one person ask mr if I needed help. As I left, one finally made eye contact. Not sure I want them watching my dog. Might need to be on the phone.

It's where we board our pup and bring in for play dates when our pup has more energy than we do. Usually she is worn out and sleeps like a baby when she gets home that evening, lol!

Love this place!!!!!!! The manager Carrie was amazing. Really knew her stuff. I bring both my dogs for day care and grooming.
