First of all this was lizzie's first visit. there was a sign that there is a 25 percent discount on first visit. they did not acknowledge the discount. they said it will go to her next visit. which is fine with me. i paid $62.00 on her first visit. groom plus whatever they did to lizzie. I called today and there was a lady that has a bad attitude. i told her about lizzie's nails. they were cut but they are very sharp. and she told me well, it was not included and i did not pay extra to grind her nails.I said, i paid $62 dollars something without no discount. they should have told me that at front. why would you cut dog's nails without grinding them. she answered. well, i wasn't here yesterday i don't know who helped you... what an attitude and what a customer serviceI am NOT HAPPY ON WHAT THEY DID TO MY POMERANIAN. I will include photos of before and after. My little pomeranian now is looks like chihuahua.and coming here is the worst and waste money and time.customer service is poor. service is poor ..I included photos here. This after the grooming and what she used to look like before.

The absolute WORST customer service experience of my life. Be careful a guy working there says returns are at his “discretion” despite company policy clearly posted on the website stating otherwise. Made what should have been an easy exchange a nightmare experience.

This isn't my usual store so I asked an associate for help finding my very specific type of cat food my fur baby needs.Amane helped me locate what I was looking for and was exceedingly helpful. Her mannerisms with me and the customer in front of me exceeded all my expectations. I wasn't just another sale, I was a person.I'll be making this location my normal spot for all my pet needs thanks to her outstanding customer service. A HORRIFIC JOB!!! My poor dog was disfigured by someone named Cici, when I asked what happened, they pointed it to me, apparently it was MY FAULT, this is what I asked for. Then they said it was his first time there, it is NOT, and what would that have anything to do with the mutilation he received? My dog did not even want me to look at him, he’s left feeling shamed. The hair does not grow back fast enough.

I took my dog to get groomed they made the process easy and they did a great job! My dogs fur is so soft and his nails look good too! I did the Halloween package and he got a nightmare before Christmas bandana. I love it!! My only issue is when I went to check out the cashier said the military discount is only on Tuesday's and I told her the website doesn't say that and she seemed unsure of what she was saying.

Best pet hotel. Macayla and pretty much every staff in the back love all the fur babies! They really watch closely to separate the dogs that may not get along.WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Very clean. The employees are so helpful. They have a vet, doggie day care, a groomer. It's a one stop shop for all your animal's needs. There are some animals for sale- snakes, lizards, fish, betta fish, birds, guinea pigs, mice, chinchilla, and cats to adopt.

This petsmart is so convenient!! Great groomers who are very sweet and patient with your pup as far as I could see. Store is always clean. They offer your pup treats at check out and have an app for easy pick up and grooming services. They also offer dog training which I'm very excited for once my pup is neutered. And Banfield animal hospital is attached so I can get my grooming, vet visit, food, toys etc all from one place.

This is a significantly larger PetSmart than I usually shop. The store was clean and well organized. The inventory was incredible, actually too much to go through as I ran in to get specific food and I was definitely side tracked with all the additional choices.I thought I was buying the same Hillside food for 7+ but it was a different flavor. My senior dogs still love it.The store was closing but I never felt rushed. I didn't overstay my welcome past closing and the staff were very kind.

I have brought my Schnorkie, Monkey to this Petsmart for grooming for the past several times since his regular groomer that was here at another Petsmart, became the grooming manager at this location. Kailee always takes great care of him!Today was the first time since I’ve been taking Monkey there, that Kailee wasn’t able to groom him, but Rachel stepped up and saved the day! I’m very picky about who I allow my dog to be groomed by, and so I was rather scared, but I came in and peeked in there, and Monkey was being so good and still for her. Now I have a backup in case he can’t get Kailee to groom him

We boarded our two small dogs at the East Plano PetsHotel while we attended our son's wedding out-of-state. Our dogs are ages 2 and 16 and I was very worried how our older dog would do. They were very reassuring and let me know when I called during our trip that both dogs were eating and doing well in our absence. It was a big relief to know that our sweet girls were doing well in our absense.

The store is generally well cleaned and organized. My cat enjoys a very popular treat so they don't always have it in stock. Most of the time there is only one register open, but they will call for help if 3 or more people are in line.Just be careful in the parking lot because it is a high traffic area.

I know pet smart isnt great with animals but coming here was just sad and depressing. The tanks for the reptiles were filthy and there was to many dead fish to count. Came in because its bigger then my local one and im trying to find more hides for my leo. Not coming back to this location ever.

Grooming team are nice people but I do not like their policy regarding "allergic reaction" to shampoo on pets. If they uses their own shampoo and pet develop an allergic reaction they must be responsible for it an cover expenses for treatments. Their policy say "they are not responsible" so you have to pay for them. Will not take my pet to any of those facilities again. It is not employees fault but they represent the company.

Online ordering for vet prescribed food was not a good experience. Loaded proof the dog eats that food for over a year and they still wanted to "verify" with the vet, taking as long as 7 business days to do so. The food is out of stock in an 80-mile radius of the dog in question. Tried to buy it somewhere with food in stock. Turns out you can get opioids easier than dog food online.Went to the store physically with paperwork, ID, and vet info in hand. Manager says not a problem. Sees and understands the document and that the dog needs to eat. Allows mw to make the purchase with no issue at all. In-person experience was great.Do not try to online order for pickup unless you have already jumped all the hoops in advance. Seven days? To make a phone call after being shown proof? For FOOD. Not drugs.
