We love this store! This was the first store we visited when we got our puppy and we keep coming back here for a reason! The store is well-stocked and clean and has everything we need. We started training with Melody and have now completed two courses-puppy and intermediate classes. Melody is so knowledgeable and cares a lot about what she does. Our puppy loves coming in to see her! Thank you PetSmart!

A good PetSmart, and Melody was extremely helpful. We adopted a dog and did the exchange with the rescue group inside the PetSmart. We also had a PetSmart coupon book which gave us a good discount on dog food. Overall, a fantastic experience at this PetSmart. Thank You!

Place is nice and clean , lots of products to choose from. I had certain questions and an employee gladly answered, she was very nice about it and we engaged in a nice conversation regarding the pet topic. The cashier was nice and helpful. All in all it was a good experience, I will definitely be going back

Please double check expiration dates in your pets food! Second time going to this location to get my dog food and the brand we always get had been expired since Nov 2023. Funny because back in Nov 2023 I remember seeing those exact bags and bringing it to the staff attention… here we are today Jan 2024 and clearly I was ignored and the bags were put back on shelf.

The grooming clinic here is the best in town. The groomers are always so kind to my sweet little old man dog, and his nails come out so nice and trim. A trim and grind is well worth $19, but please make sure to bring some cash to tip the wonderful groomers for their caring and quality-minded service.

The staff is genuinely helpful. They are almost always well-stocked, and their points program is nice. Best of all, they are active in adoption services. You can often find adorable cats waiting for their forever homes - and wonderful dogs on the weekends!

Update:PetSmart grooming mgr contacted me and spoke about the bad service we received that day. I brought Luna in today to get groomed by Kimberly. She was awesome! Definitely made us happy. Thank you again for everything you did to fix our experience! Will continue to book with her!!I’m so upset at their grooming dept.. took our golden doodle to get groomed last week and when I picked her up both ears were completely shaved off, her sanitary areas are shaved horrible not even aligned. Her face is cut so uneven. This is the second time I bring her to this location and I’m so unhappy. We traditionally keep her hair longer than most doodles and I stressed that to the groomer when I dropped her off and I pick her up she is shaved. Never taking her to this location. The groomer definitely did what she wanted to my puppy and I’m so upset! She looks so different!

Had to think about this rating. The store was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I want to make sure I give a good rating because of this. However, it's PetSmart, the Wal-Mart of pet stores. You are not going to find anything of quality here. The prices are low but the food, the toys, all the merchandise is very low quality. I assume (perhaps incorrectly) everyone knows the merchandise here is of low quality. That said, the staff at this location is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The store appears to be well managed. The store is clean and organized. If PetSmart quality works for you then I would recommend this store. If you are looking for quality food and merchandise I would not recommend any PetSmart anywhere.

Beware of groomers adding on services for higher commission! I booked a bath and haircut for my dog. I end up having to cancel it because of reasons, so when I log into the website, I see that Yessica has added on teeth brushing and breath freshener making my total closer to $70. Their commission is 50% btw. I called corporate to complain and all they do is tell you “upper management” from the store will contact you. I was never contacted they told corporate they left me a voicemail never did. So employees and upper management of this store are serious liars.

I love this place. They have everything you need with knowledgeable and friendly staff.I'm surprised that they have rainbow fish with beautiful colors for a lot less expensive than fish stores. I bought several fish 🐟 and aquatic plants from them. Very impressive.

I normally take my dog to petco but they was full so petsmart had one available appointment available and I’m very picky about who’s grooming my dog especially when it’s his first time going there but I must say Braden did an amazing job on Bentleys haircut I told him Bentley has a new groomer we will definitely be back

I was just there, the new cat adoption is very disappointing. The cats look very sad. The litter boxes have weird litter in them. They are all overlooked in my opinion. Their was a cat Macho, who is obviously miserably sick. And suffering in his own filth. The staff was non attentive and very separate of feelings for him. His whole little space was horrible and very sad. The staff needs to get the vets attention inside the pets mart store to care for him. Not wait around for this adoption person to pick the poor baby up. If u have ur "Covid policy" it's very hypocritical if u don't have a procedure for ur sick animals in ur store!!! Humanity is overlooked when everyone has a " protocol " for money. Life is always overlooked from the bottom up!! Suffering anywhere is not Good! All ur animals at that store needs attention of welfare! Asap!!

Absolutely LOVE this store and the groomers are all wonderful! They had their grooming academy for students learning how to groom the dogs in today and their instructor was excellent! 10 across the board for customer service and care of the animals! Along with their regular staff always being great, the students were eager to learn and do the job well! Very professional! I wish nothing but the best for them all! Dani and I thank you! She looks great! And her bows were a precious touch !

I got 3 dogs groomed there and all of them looked great at first sight. After I got them home I realized they had plugs of hair all over. It was my first time using pets mart for the grooming service. Probably will only use in a desperate situation.

This is not our usual PetSmart but we were in neighborhood and stopped by for some dog treats. The nice thing about all the PetSmart stores is that they all have the same items with very little difference between the layout. This one was flipped from our usual store. Staff is always helpful and getting through checkout is quick and easy. No complaints.1/8/24, no major change, but I did notice a doggy play area which I think is new.

I had to board my cat for the first time and everyone that works in the hotel made me feel better about leaving him. They were very sweet when I called up to check on him even if one call was 1 am. Will most definitely be bringing Gust back again

Our baby is fully vaccinated and has everything she needs and it still wasn’t good enough for them. They made me feel like a terrible person, dog mom. Horrible service. Had a nice weekend planned that we had to change last minute. Thanks for nothing, Petsmart!!!

I’m really disappointed in the grooming service my dog received i dropped him off at 8:00am and picked him up at 11:30 am and he looks a mess... I don’t even know what to say Every time I look at him I’m shocked. They said he kept moving around etc but my thing is you should have stopped after an hour not keep cutting him all uneven now I have to wait until it grows out some I did a better job at home smh

My Pet convenience store!The staff is amazing here! I had to go yesterday get my GSD some boots for the incoming summer heat and an associate helped me getting the size tested. Very difficult to do it first hand by yourself!Always happy to give a smooch to the pups which helps tremendously with social interaction!!

My dog got groomed by Kaleigh this past weekend. The cut itself looked okay, but I noticed my dog had a swollen lip and muzzle when I picked her up. Didn't think much about it as I thought it was maybe an allergy to the shampoo used, but she wasn't acting like herself, so when we got home I decided to check her out closer. Around her muzzle/snout area she had a cut and she was missing a tooth!! What the heck?! I know accidents happen, but at least say something!! I am so upset. :(
