Wouldn’t take my dog without rabies paperwork. Explained I had the tag with the rabies shot number from 2024 and got the shot from Texas Coalition so no vet, still refused to take dog for grooming. They promised to call to discuss and get information, but never did. Going back to my usual grooming spot since they refuse to work with me on this. Over priced service and bad customer service. Never going back.

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Petco grooming. After a grooming session, my dog developed a severe ear infection, accompanied by a visible gash in its ear. This unfortunate incident raises serious concerns about the salon’s hygiene practices, particularly whether the grooming tools are properly disinfected. As a pet owner, my priority is the health and safety of my pet, and this experience has severely undermined my trust.

My dog’s name is Bentley. We went for grooming on February 5th. After the grooming, we found his ear hurting and now developed a severe ear infection. It’s really bad.

Took our goldendoodle for cut & bath today to this PETCO and they cut my poor doodle's ears (BOTH of them). As it can be seen in the pics, it's a huge red wound that's still bleeding. I will not be back at this PETCO.Shame on them for what they did to our doodle!

Jake was beautiful and clean when we picked him up. He had been de-shedded and we were happy with that however we had also asked for a flea bath and it seems he did not get that. He was still scratching a lot after we brought him home. We were not charged for it but we did ask for that. Maybe it was a time thing??

I'm satisfied with their service. Thanks. My dog had bad memory from previous nail trimming but when I explained to the staff about that, they treated my little puppy very gently. I really appreciate since my dog returned to me with smile and cheerful ♥

I appreciate the timeliness that you attend to our needs. I am able to see how kind you are with our “baby”. We always need to have the nails trimmed as short as possible. When we tell the groomer, you always try to please us! It is a good experience for all of these reasons!!

I have a senior Dog and he is very shy. I’ve taken him to the other place some what like this salon and he shakes and shakes. But here he is relaxed and happy and he comes home dry and smelling so fresh Liz is wonderful. Otis will be back regularly.

Brought my dog in for a bath and haircut. My groomer Liz just basically saved my dog. Didn’t give her the haircut we discussed. Just moved to the area from West Plano. Will be going back to that location from now on.
