This Petco is well managed and has a great team! I always come in here to get cat food and the employees working are always friendly. They seem to really care for the animals too. I enjoy seeing all the creatures and each visit is special. I prefer this location over others and definitely recommend going to this one. Thanks Petco!

I came in to buy one farret and left with two! All of the employees were super helpful and answered all of my questions. Amanda went above and beyond telling me everything I needed to know about my two new fur babies. Even shopping with me, making sure I had everything I needed before taking them home and getting me signed up for rewards. This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I felt like a VIP customer.

I take my dog in to get her nails cut and they got her in and out in 10 minutes and she hates it believe me but she's so calm there. thank you for helping me with my baby! We usually go to the Allen location with the last three or four times I've been there they've not been there in the grooming Department so thank you for being there and taking care of her so quickly we will be back.

Found some good clearance sales at this store. I come to the cash register and the MANAGER says"This is the wrong markdown price for the collar we CAN NOT SELL IT!" and she will refuse to sell it at all costs. Will not honor the clearance price tag .... at all. She takes the item away from you and says "This is wrong! And I can not not sell it!"

This is a store that we shop at frequently. We bought a filter for our aquarium and ran it with the other filter as told to us by a sales associate. As soon as we took the old filter off, the new filter quit working. We brought it back to the store and they wouldn't honor a refund because we had thrown the box away. We will never shop at this store again!! I would give them no stars if I could. Bad customer service!! We have never had trouble at this store until now. I read the return policy, within 60 days, no questions asked. I am a manager at the Dollar Tree across the street. I would never treat a customer like that! The young lady with short dark hair and tattoos should not be in management!! Thank you Exotic Equatics gave us excellent service when we had problems with another filter stopped working. Petco needs to learn from this.

Ordered 2 very large $59.99 bags of crystal cat litter online for instore pick up, to take advantage of the offered additional savings on the website. Since only one of my two ordered items was available (although both showed in-stock online when I paid for it) when I got to the store, the entire order was canceled. Bounced me to 3 different employees till they figured it out. Then told me the computer cancelled it because it "will not let the store stock be depleted", OK... but it will be depleted when I buy it in person. But I did not go there. I went back and got the bag of litter myself. They said they would sell it to me with the online discount. When I got home, I checked, they sold it to me for $10 bucks more then I had paid online earlier.

Sherri (mgr) excellent customer service. We brought in our rescued baby who has never been outside. Sherri's expertise helped us with the perfect harness and other doggie supplies.Our baby is a happier camper.😀

I booked a vet visit for mandatory shots, WHICH I don't agree with totally, but you can't get grooming services otherwise. Fine, but they texted and emailed me every day several times a day for the past month, driving me crazy until I canceled the visit simply to stop the constant pestering. I am so done with automated text and email reminders.

Horrible at grooming your pup. They do not care about our fur babies. This groomer was pulling the dog and it was crying when she was trimming the nails. I took my baby for the first time & her groomer did a bad job! Her hair is uneven & for the price they charge is ridiculous! Please do not go here! They are unprofessional & hate their jobs.

If you're going here as the "happy return" location, might want to just go to the nearby fedex instead. There was no one else in line, but it took way too longThe lady moved at sloth speed and definitely did not seem happy about doing it.

Horrible experience. They rushed on my dog and basically told me they were going to. I scheduled her appointment for 4:15 online and they said since the close at 6 they had to rush. If that's the case you all need to update your website or call the customer to give them an option to reschedule. Since they were in a rush they decided to shave my dogs hair near bald and also cut her ear in the process. Her ear is bleeding. They did not tell me they cut her ear nor did they go over the pricing before proceeding to groom her and I ended up paying 85$ for this horrible service. My dog is not acting like herself and I will never return to this location.

The place is very short staffed, the quality of everything was great and the staff were amazing however since they were short staffed it took a while for someone to help me get what I need I’m not entirely complaining but it’s just if they hired more people the lady at the cash register wouldn’t have to leave her post just to help me because I feel bad from taking her away from what she was doing.

I took my dog in for his first grooming session ever. His stylist, JD did an awesome job keeping my Rocky calm! I’m very pleased at how gentle he was and my dog looked so good afterwards! I plan on using them for all of his future sessions and I will ask for JD ☺️

This is my absolute favorite Petco store! I have shopped here for years. It is my first stop after I adopt a new dog. In January, when I adopted my current puppy, Lynn was so helpful. She helped me find the best puppy food, shampoo, everything for him.A few months later, when my puppy ended up being a much bigger dog than I expected, I knew I needed to take my puppy to Lynn for training. I have had dogs for the last 25 years and really did not think I needed to take my dog to Puppy Class 1. It was strongly encouraged that I take it before taking Puppy Class 2 and I am so glad I did. I learned so much! My puppy and I have both benefited from Puppy 1 and are currently in Puppy 2. I can not say enough good things about Lynn and the wonderful way she trains dogs!!! I strongly recommend her training classes as well as this Petco store. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and seems happy to work at Petco!

The only person who is helpful here is the manager. However the rest of the staff is rude. They seem like they most hate their jobs. I stared buying food and toys for my little dog but it was in another location. This location has given me a lot of bad experience. First the cashier didn’t explained good what are the products with discount for memberships. Second, one day I bring my dog for grooming appointment and they took forever more than the time specified in the reviews and website. Also, I really didn’t see too much effort between the before and after. Lastly, today I called them to make me sure that my appointment was today and on this address. They confirmed it and when I went to the store it was for next month coming. I don’t know what is wrong here but wherever you do make sure you do with heart.

Well a short and sweet review! Groomer… not friendly at all even looked bothered when she saw me and she talk to me like I’m stupid… said I wasn’t comprehending what she was explaining. Huh, I do understand, what didn’t make sense is to tell WHEN I’M HERE…I made an appointment a week ago, left wk early to get shots required and missed part of work today for a haircut and bath just to be told WHEN I GOT THERE that my dog was to young his first time shave off. I get why they couldn’t he can react, bite because of being scared. BUT why not tell me that when I made the appointment?????

Huge dead roach in store. The store manager is really unfriendly, she would stare at people when she's upset, but she's making up new return policy on her own and refuse to refund. I have been buying thing from Petco for years, I know what's required what is made up.

Brought my dog yesterday for a shower, nails and teeth cleaned, usually takes about 3 hours for the whole service, but yesterday were less than that and whenever my dog come out, the poor thing was half wet. That was very to disrespectful to the animal and to the owners who paid for that, hope you girls has more respect to the animals you guys work with. The animal already been through a lot in the past with past owners, so the animal deserves better. Not taking the dog there anymore.

This location always has what I need, the staff is very friendly and always willing to offer an opinion/share knowledge when I ask for it. We got my hubby's ferret here, and he's an adorable fluffy slinky that is super playful and drags his little toys around for us to squeak❤

Terrible experience here. Do not take your dogs here for grooming! The groomer was not friendly at all and completely shaved my dog even though we asked for a trim. The cut was uneven and messy as well. There was no reason for this, we take good care of our dog’s fur. It’s also annoying that they force you to pay before even looking at your dog to avoid people complaining. Not worth the money, please avoid at all cost!

Took our goldendoodle for cut & bath today to this PETCO and they cut my poor doodle's ears (BOTH). As it can be seen in the pics, it's a huge red wound that's still bleeding. I will not be back at this PETCO. Shame on them for what they did to our doodle.

I ordered curbside pickup because I have an infant son that I don’t like exposing to the heat if possible. I arrived and went to my app to let them know I was there. After awhile I received an email saying my purchase had beed picked up. I walked inside and saw a short white lady behind the register playing with a mobile device. I asked for her help, she never greeted me, then she walked the 5 feet over to a freezer and handed me my stuff. I mentioned to her that it was supposed to be curbside side pickup but got no response no apology and no explanation. I will not be shopping at this Petco ever again. If you don’t have curbside pickup, don’t offer it.
