Thank you Petco for being open during the ice storm! Your staff was so friendly and helpful. ☺️The animals looked happy and all the enclosures were clean and had proper housing, feeding, and toys. I was so impressed!

Came in today around 11:00am to purchase some eye ointment for my dog and was provided excellent customer services by the two young employees at the store. They were both really sweet to my pup who is very nervous around new people (rescue)- however I believe my dog reads energies really well and he was more relaxed than usual 😂 they gave my pup some treats and gave him a few tennis balls to take home with him. The whole interaction made my day and I appreciate the store associates kindness.

“THE PET BUTCHER”I took my 40 pound mini golden doodle here for grooming. Already bathed at home I Just wanted a light grooming around the face the feet and the private areas. When I came back 30 min later, she was bleeding profusely from the mouth and she was in the back room. I did not receive a call. As they brought her out with the choke collar on, she was choking, and they seemed to care less about the discomfort or the choking sounds coming from her. Chet The general manager was there, and the only one that showed any concern whatsoever for my baby. I took my girl and sat on the floor, trying to locate where the blood was coming from because they cut her with the shears to soak up the blood so I could try to isolate the injury but they had none on hand nor did they have gauze or first aid kit. They said they were going to take her to the emergency vet but I immediately got her home and sought proper medical treatment. I did receive a follow-up call from Chet the general manager and told him I appreciated his concern for my pet, but in the process he explained it was an accident. I proceeded to tell him in my business I’m in charge of overseeing large construction projects and that accident is not an excuse, but a result of carelessness and an uncaring attitude. If you would like to bring your pet here You will see why they make you sign that waiver and proceed at your own risk.

I love going here whenever I'm shopping for my little Schnoodle Gracie. They almost always have everything we need, whether it's a doggie bed, a new toy, or a new leash, I can find it here!

They skinned my dog!I took my Maltese poodle to get groomed and want to pick up and he Looks like he has been skinned! And his ears were so short and choppy he doesn’t even Look like the same dog. It’s like a Terrible joke of what I asked for vs what I got.They said they had to go lower because of his legs but that’s something that I should have gotten a call about before skinning my dog all over. My daughter won’t even play with him because she said that’s not her baby. It’s just terrible and a waste of money also because he still didn’t smell fresh on top of all of that!

I absolutely love Petco all of their employees are super dog friendly and they always love on my French bulldog his name is Winston. They have pretty much anything you need for your dog and toys and just anything imaginable for any type of pet I would highly recommend going into the store the customer experience is second to none and I will keep coming back, referring my friends and family.I do need to get his nails groomed but I keep emailing them and their times not working out compared to when I am able to take a man but besides that they are stellar.

Petco had the product we needed in stock locally at a great price, and, it was ready to pick up when I got to the store. In addition, the store associate was friendly, knew what they were doing and had a smile on their face.

I am connected with this store since longtime for my pet dog “Happy”. They always treat customers very respectfully . I wish to share a very recent incident , I bought a treat(food) which is very favorite of my dog . I went there to purchase the treat again , I was not getting it in the store very easily . Finally I told the front desk associate “Noelle” . She took my request in a very high priority as usual . Finally she called the manager “Ashley” of the store . She came and asked my number and tracked the name of the item from their server and helped to get the item asap . It was an amazing experience🍀🍀 . I always noticed that they have a very high level of patience and very respectful to the customers. Truly they had won my heart every time whenever I had any issue . I would request everyone to visit the store for the best service 🍀🍀

Hayley! Is the worst dog groomer there. She’s rude and cares only about the money. I have three dogs that got groomed by Hayley. I tip her very very well for all of my three dogs. She is impatient and curt. I was honestly very nervous about leaving my senior dog with her. One day I had to reschedule and she had the audacity to send a very long and disrespectful text stating why I am no longer allowed at Petco anymore because she needs to get paid and rescheduling is inconvenient. This year I have only rescheduled once. Send your dog here at your own risk!!

Buyers make sure you pay attention to the amount you are being charged. It seems their advertised price does not reflect at the register. Yesterday, I bought some dog treats for which there was sign for $2 off but price at the register did not reflect the discount price. When I ask the girl at the register she first said it's buy one and second is 50% off. I mentioned that sign clearly said $2 off then she said oh you had to buy two. I requested if she can check (there was no one in the line) but she was not interested. She asked me if I can take a photo. I had to go back to take the picture. Did not expect this type of customer service. She was more interested in reading her text on her apple watch than trying to help me. I went and took the picture and she finally gave me the discount.

I can't believe I have made more than 3 appointments at Petco and it's always an excuse not to do their job. I want to give my dog a haircut, and his excuse is that they can't because he's 5 minutes late or the haircut is too low. And honestly, my dog is less than a year old, his first cuts were at Petco, so I don't understand.

Found all I needed and got my fur babies groomed. The groomer was friendly, answered all questions and did a great job on both dogs. She did not push or try to oversell extra services which was also very much appreciated.

I went looking for a fish. The guy that I dealt with knew a ton about fish, I was surprised. He helped me pick out the perfect fish and everything that needed for the tank... I got me a beautiful little Beta and named him Porkchop. 😀

I placed my order for Purina Pro Plan for large breed dogs for.under two years old online for pick up and received and email almost immediately that it was ready! Upon arrival a store associate appeared at my car with the large bag of dog food and placed it in my trunk before I was able to read my email instructions! I appreciate the friendly and quick customer service as the purchase was for my “grand dog” and I am not a dog owner. The transaction was smooth both online and in person. This store is not the closest to me but I will use in the future as customer service is always appreciated.

Went in for a new filter for my fish tank and had the most wonderful experience! I started a fish tank about a month and a half ago and have been nervous about adding/changing the water in fear of losing my new fish friends. I would like to thank Gene for taking the time to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness! He worked with me for maybe half an hour and even gave me a demonstration on how to use the pump I was purchasing! It was very helpful and greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend!

I asked the one of the workers about a Bark collar where are they located he said we don’t carried them i was so surprised i went online and it say’s order it and pick it up in 20 minutes!!!! Come on management the tall blond guy need some extra training

Wow! I have never received customer service like this before. Danny was just outstanding! He was professional , knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very attentative in helping us with selecting the dog crate and other dog products we needed. Wake up corporate you truly have an asset at this store. I will tell all my friends and family about my experience today. We will be back to see Danny.

Overall, the experience was great. My dog was treated well and with the upmost respect. Some services were not performed due to store policies and regulations. I believe that some of those policies should be revisited for change.

Took my dog to get groomed and I will be back! They took the time to listen to my wants and gave me excellent feedback and advice. Easy to schedule, drop off and pick up. Was able to sign up and use discounts as well as get some free treats for my dog. The staff was helpful, personable and knowledgeable and really enjoy their work. New to the area and had a hard time finding an available groomers if I didn't want to wait 4-6 weeks. Price was great too. Watched them groom a Schnauzer while dropping off my pet. Did a great job!

The experience was insane. The drinks and food are awesome. I was blown away with the ambience and the crowd. They do music bingo every Wednesday. Overall 5/5. Must GO place.

June 2022 visit: Came in with a new puppy. I used to work here long time ago so I knew what I need at least. The customer service here is non existent. No one said hello welcome in. Several associates saw me and didn’t speak a word till check out time. I got a “did you find everything ok line” and that was it after that. 🙄 I was able to find the items I knew I needed at least from previous experience.Edit from 2020/2021 visit : I used to actually work at this location from 2010-to 2016. Man this place has changed a lot, I don't even recognize it anymore. Our old groomers, when I was here, were always the best. Now that I'm on the customer side and there is a new staff it's not the same. Late estimations wait times, late to open the store.

My bad and it won't happen again. I purchased an undergravel filter system for which I had two options to choose, one smaller and one larger, I decided to go with a smaller one. After making the purchase and not even getting all the way to my car I realized I needed the larger one so I turned around to purchase the larger one however I was not able to exchange the smaller one for the larger one because I had denied my receipt at checkout. I'm not one that keeps up with receipts that well but I certainly didn't expect to not be able to exchange it and pay the difference making the purchase just minutes prior. I was told I could not return it due to not having a receipt.
