Great place with a friendly staff and great prices! Our dog Eevee loves the other dogs and staff when she goes! They have cameras to watch your dog all day and even have events to take pictures of your dog dressed up and everything.

Very attentive with our pet and seemed genuinely interested in her . Took pictures of her playing which made us feel comfortable leaving her there for first time . My daughter used another of these facilities and was very happy as well . Thank you to the staff . The picture is of our 1 year old Boxer who is full of energy. They went above and beyond to provide a pet report card for my cats. I originally booked it cause I thought there were cat cameras but I was instantly relieved on the last night when they had provided pictures and mention habits from my cats that they would know only if they were to witness it. They had gotten so comfortable that they were originally sad they had left. If I need to board my cats again I will definitely choose this location again and again

I took my chihuahua in for a groom, and since I work all day, I left her for doggie day camp, too. I was so anxious about it because I’ve never taken my pup to any sort of doggie daycare/boarding, etc. Before I even dropped her off, I rated the staff highly. I called after they had closed on Sunday and left a voicemail with some questions. They called me back that night and answered my million questions. Then, when I dropped her off, the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She was patient with me and my pup as I explained I was nervous. Throughout the day, I checked the cams off and on and was so happy to see how the staff were sitting with her and petting her since she was a bit anxious around the other dogs. I LOVE that they do report cards at the end of the day. And believe me, I nearly cried with relief when I saw she was good and there were no issues. They left the sweetest notes and said she was welcome back anytime. I cannot thank this team enough for how amazing they all are. I will definitely be bringing my pup back in the future!

This is the only location we trust with our dog. They offer hours of outdoor playtime and clean facilities. We also love watching the multiple cameras to check in on our dog.

Please be careful before leaving you dog here. Based on the online reviews we thought it would a good place for our dog. But it turned out to be really bad choice. We kept our dog for 4 days and on the 4th day when we went to pick him, he literally smelled like pee. he is a white dog but his fur became brownish yellow patched. My heart bleed when I saw him in that condition. My guess is that they abused and kept him in cage for 4 days. Most of all he started having stomach and food intolerance issues since then.

This should have been no stars at all. Our dogs stayed there for a week and when we picked them up one of our pups was very lethargic that night. Took him to the emergency and said it looked like he had a trauma. They found blood in his left eye. Asked for videos but we only saw a video of their last day. What’s weird is they couldn’t show us a video of the grooming. Never ever going back to this place again!!!

They never answer the phone. You leave a message with your phone number and issue, but never receive a call back, but my appointment request is made without me knowing. So I am unaware to take my dog for doggie daycare the next day.

After picking up my pup he looked so qell rested and taken care of, his cut was really good and smelled amazing!!! Definitely will be bringing him back. The staff is so helpful and sweet. Highly recommend place smells cleans and looks very clean!

I’ve been taking my dog here for quite some for boarding. They always do well. The cameras allow me to stay updated and the staff knows who my pup is which helps when leaving him. They are fair priced. I wish they had longer day care hours because I would utilize that service as well. I tried another place in the area and my dog ended up getting kennel cough. Not once has he contracted anything from Pet Paradise and he is always excited to go!

My 5 month old goldendoodle totally loves pet paradise! we have left her twice in the last month for day camp and she seems to have a lot of fun! She came back home happy and tired! The live camera feed makes it easy for us to see her during the day as well! The end of day report is a nice touch!

Pet paradise is one of the best dog boarding and grooming places.My dogs are always excited to go and always come home happy. The staff love what they do and take great care of the animals.During summer they've got a pool the dogs can play in even though mine don't.

This was the first time our dog had stayed in a pet boarding and the staff took excellent care of him. He was comfortable , well cared for and he had a pleasant stay. The staff were warm and understood our emergency situation. They went the extra miles to accommodate our dog at the last minute during a busy long weekend. Amazing place for your pet!! We made an appointment over a week ago and when we went to drop our pet off, the lady at the desk informed us that they could not take our pet because she was not up to date on one of the vaccines. I understand this policy, but waiting until we are on our way out of town with our pet to tell us is completely uncalled for as well as the attitude the front desk person had when handling the problem. If we’d simply gotten a phone call when we made the appointment it would have given us enough time to get the vaccine at the vet before our trip. As is we are stuck with no options and the front desk is being hostile and disagreeable with us. I will be going elsewhere from now on which is a shame because I do think they do a great job with pets. Their human interactions need some work though.

I vaccinated my dog myself, as such I don’t have a veterinary record. I wrote this in my online application, and was booked an appointment. I arrived to my scheduled appointment, only to be refused entry.If you aren’t going to accept my online application, then don’t book the appointment. You wasted my time.

It's hard to find a pace where you are 100% comfortable to allow your pet (kid) to stay when the circumstances will not allow you to take them with you..We basically have to look at the place, and step out on fate you made a good decision from a 15-20 tour or conversation and then leave your pet with strangers. Pet Paradise is the place we as pet owners look for. I knew my pet was taken care of I was able to see pics of my spoiled dog daily and check in as many times as I wanted to have the peace of mind she was taken care of and getting attention. I highly recommend Pet Paradise for the owners of their furry friend that want to best of care. Reasonable pricing for the piece of mind.

We love how much they care about our pups here! Our golden retriever Yeti, always has so much fun running around with the staff and other pups. They know him by name when we walk in and he is always so excited. My favorite part about sending him here for camp is the report cards & webcams! SO stinking cute.

I am giving a big fat 0 - We had booked in advance for our 1 year old Mutt during the Thanksgiving break 2021. When we went to drop him off at 7pm the day before we leave, he was skittish and the lady that was checking in clearly had no experience in dealing with shy pups. She forced the leash on him and he nipped her hand. She finally "rejected" our pup from staying there. We had a 3 am red eye flight the next day and had to scramble to find accommodation elsewhere for our baby. There was no concern for booking their facility or no apologies for turning us away. Please don't even book this place if you have shy dogs or pups that need love.The only good thing that came of this is we dropped our baby at a home dog care where he gelled immediately and felt at home.

It seemed great at first. The prices are fair and The staff seem super nice. But when I came to pick my dog up after 3 day stay there, She was crying very bad, She normally does cry, but she cried continuously the entire car ride back and So I'm not really sure whether it was anxiety that we were taking her somewhere else, or that she was really scared in there. Other than that. It's very convenient, and I may consider using this location again

Our dog Riley loves Pet Paradise! We have used both the location on Kathryn and the one in Plano for day camps and boarding. He has a great time and the team is very compassionate and loving to the dogs. Pet Paradise is our only choice for boarding and day care. Give it a shot - you will not regret it!!

From day one I felt very comfortable leaving my dog at Pet Paradise Plano. On those visits when we're apart from each other it's really nice to be able to check in on her via the cameras. The staff even goes the extra mile by emailing pictures! The staff is always kind and they excited to see her. We are expecially pleased with the groomers. My dog's cut is always precise and she smells great!Pleased poodle mom!

This is our very first time boarding our dog at Pet Paradise Plano Custer due to it’s closest and has availability for our travel dates. He stayed for 7 days (Monday to Sunday). We monitored all their cameras daily on the hour, only seen our dog twice outside this entire week. We called and left messages in the middle of the week, someone called us back told us that our dog was put on time out on Thursday, and we didn’t see him on Friday, Sat. and Sunday entire day on any cameras, I saw only two dogs (one large and one small) on their indoor large dog camera early afternoon on Sunday around 1:15pm, two people there chatting, then after an hour later, more large dogs were let out play at the indoor (I don’t understand why those two dogs have special treatment than other dogs, play outside extra hour), we still didn’t see our dog, we kept calling and finally someone picked up the phone around 2:20pm, when we asked why we haven’t seen our dog outside playing for several days and this entire day today while we were told the dog get outside playtime 3 hours a day. She just said they rotate dogs and they are about to rotate next round of dogs in about 10 mins, so our dog should be out soon. I have monitored their cameras ever since 2:20pm until after 3:30pm, they never rotate the dogs again until they start cleaning up. Ofcourse we didn’t see our dog, we had our friend picked up out dog early. We were extremely disappointed with their dog care. We pay extra $ to board our dog here just to put him in jail. I would not recommend anyone boarding their dogs here. We will never come here again.

I have a sweet 4 month old puppy who LOVES coming to doggie daycare at Pet Paradise. She is exhausted at night which tells me she gets plenty of play time while my husband and I are at work, kids are at school. The prices are reasonable too! The staff have been absolutely awesome, they are so sweet to our girl. Can't say enough!

I took my cat to get her nails trim for only $10. They were all so nice and helpful. They do really care about the pets they care for. Not to many places care for cats and care about cats. This place was amazing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I will not be taking my dog here anymore!!!So I go to schedule an appointment online for my dog to get groomed on Sunday, I get a call late Saturday back saying that they dont have a groomer available. Then we rescheduled and I made time during my break from work to drive my dog up there Monday for his grooming appointment. I get there and meanwhile my dog has severe anxiety and cant be in a car for very long. I bring him in and the first thing im told is he needs his shots up to date. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE HAND! so let me get this straight you have the audacity to call me to reschedule after I booked an appointment during your availability and when calling you cant even tell me that I needed to get his vaccine before hand. WASTE OF GAS & TIME! Also had to refund my deposit BTW! Oh and guess what since I had to go back home after that my dog threw up in the car and I had to clean it up while rushing back to work because of this! Also Hannah at the front desk, very very rude. Even before I called back about this situation, she already had an attitude when I got there at the front desk. I would not trust her like that with my dog or anyone else’s . If this happened to you, you'd be upset too! Trust me.Horrible, trashy customer service with people who just want to argue with you and not hear their customers out about any situation which is probably why I see soo many other comments on here mentioning the same exact thing. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
