Great customer service and knowledgeable of products! I have used their delivery service and it was excellent!! My Bulldog kept busting out of his harness. They recommended one and my dog loves it! It has lasted also. They also recommended dog food after the one I use was not available. My bulldog loves it!

The most friendly most helpful staff on the planet. This Hollywood Feed is so wonderful. And my Yorkie loves their food and treats. They have delivery too and it is wonderful in a pinch, but then you don’t get help to the car and help to the counter !

This is the only place nearby where I can find Farmina N&D cat food. This location carries all varieties including several in the giant bags.Not 5 stars since the cat stuff is always hidden away in the back.

Love the new location. They've always got my pets' Fromm diet in stock, and they have a fantastic selection of dog toys and treats. I've purchased everything from crates, to grooming products, to dog apparel from this location, and the quality is top notch. Also, love the cozy, inviting design and layout of the store.

Love the new location on Parker. So much more space, but the same excellent customer service. Lots of products to chose from: treats, chews, toys, blankets, beds, first aid and, of course, food. Hopefully, the store will be able to secure exclusive curb-side pickup spots.

I’ve been going to Hollywood Feed for years and their customer service, selection, and prices can’t be beat! I usually bring my dog and they are so nice to give him treats. The new location (just a couple stores down from prior) is so much bigger too! Highly recommend

I love Hollywood Feed more than any pet store i’ve ever been to. Every single time I’ve been to get my dog’s food I didn’t have to lift a finger. Kristen, or any other associate working, gets it off the shelf for me and even brings it to my car. Which means a lot considering I have to buy 45 lb bags and I’m a small person

I am a huge Hollywood Feed FAN! I know it is a pet supply store, but anytime I go in, I am greeted by friendly, and familiar, faces! The staff is super knowledgeable when I am looking to try new products out for my pups and are always very close by if I have any questions. I shop regularly in-store, but I also really love that I can order my pup's food and have it delivered the same day if I just can't make it to a store front. I recommend all of my friends to Hollywood Feed because of the exceptional customer service.

My visit with the staff of the Plano Hollywood Feed yesterday was excellent. I took two of my young show dogs into the store to get dog food and the girls were wonderful to help me socialize my Cavaliers. They are always friendly and helpful when I visit!

Absolutely love this place! We adopted a new dog a week ago and have already visited several times. Everyone is so incredibly helpful and nice. We’ve had to try a few different foods/flavors before finding one he liked and they are just so accommodating and kind about it. Excellent customer service and I feel confident that everything they offer is exceptional quality too. The store itself is also incredibly clean and well maintained. Beyond thankful for Hollywood Feed!

My first time buying in this pet business. I went to buy food for my dog. Inside the store my dog made pipi so the two gays of customers service was rude and angry with me when they knew my dog made pipi. He told me “take you dog outside to makes pipi”. I asked him (customer service representative) for towel paper to clean the pipi but he answered no. So I don’t understood him. If It is a pet store, it is not exempt from a dog peeing, accidentally. If you want the dogs do not make a pipi inside the store put a sign “pet not allowed because it can make pipi”. I won’t come back to this specific store because my dog could make pipi again.

This store is wonderful and provides fantastic customer service! My first visit was yesterday and I will definitely be back! 😄 I really appreciate their attention to detail and positivity! This place is not at all like PetSmart or Petco. It’s a smaller store, but in a league of its own. I initially had assumed it would be more expensive, but when you look at their promos, most items are actually very reasonably priced. Don’t overlook this place, give it a try. You won’t regret it!
