Tractor supply is a good place to go for pretty much all your farming needs. My only complaint is that the rental trailer is usually non operational whenever I call. That's pretty much the main reasons I've come here besides a few good deals here and there.The service has always been friendly and helpful though. I would recommend tractor supply if it fits people's needs.

Purchased a carry on utility trailer June 2, 2023, store said they would mail me the title. I had to call to ask where title was 2 weeks after purchase, and apparently they were just holding it. Finally received it a week after that, took it to get it registered, to be told by Registrar that this trailer showed it had been registered under someone else's name in the past. Registrar called Tractor Supply, they gave no answers. Tractor Supply then told me they would order a new VIN tag and title and get it to me asap. Today, August 2, 2023, I called Tractor Supply again, only to be told they had the items and they were sitting in the managers office. They are supposed to be mailing them to me, but needless to say, I will not be using this store in Plainview, TX (Store number 1132) again! Not sure when I will actually get the documents, so I may be returning the trailer to them!

My father had purchased a heater from here and it stopped working, he lost the receipt but the wonderful manager and worker were very kind and helpful and was able to find the receipt!

I love Tractor Supply I always get my stuff there yes it's a little bit pricey but the customer service is amazing

1ST visit in a very long time. On this visit we needed a piece of hose, they had precut and hose by foot. No employees nearby to help, so I cut it myself. Walked remainder of store and saw many interesting items including clothing, small animal goods (hamster, rabbit, bird), dog/cat items, small farming tools/equipment to basic home yard equipment.

Found the perfect collar for my dog and the employees were friendly. Even got the dogs some treats they had on sale. My puppy is enjoying his treat now.

Everything was great til I used the rest room for the first time. The ceiling was very wet from the rain & the only trash can was a large one under the leak. The store was totally out of toilet paper for the lady's rest room. Other than this no problems.

So I called tractor supply to ask where I get a fishing license... And the nice girl(May)that answered had no clue but instead of saying she didnt know. She got out her phone just to google it for me. Yes I could have done this but, in my eyes she took her customer service to another level. Thank you May for your help today!

Good store generally has what I'm looking for. Gentleman on the floor was extremely nice and helpfull. The cashier was a young female that could use a lesson in frendlines and customer service. She wasn't horrible but could be better.

We went to a tractor supply for the first time ever, to get a gokart and were blown away with all of the different merchandise they offer! Even the toys were high quality and a good variety. They did not have a gokart available but they called multiple other locations to find one for us. Can't believe the wonderful customer service!

Absolutely my favorite we've gotten everything from wheel well brackets to wormer for livestock and house pets to Wrangler pearl snaps and printed tees my guy generally goes for useful stuff I only go to drop stuff on my toes and throw shirts and caps in the basket

Went in looking for a ramp one of the salesmen showed me right where they were he didnt hover over me , let me decide what I wanted, then he carried them to the counter then out to my truck! That's what I call customer service! Awesome!

Got a good pair of boots at a good price. Unfortunately they put security tags thru the sides of them making holes in the leather had to cualk them up to make them waterproof word to the wise put the tags in tounge instead
