I had wrote a bad review on this place. But everyone deserves second chances. Like I said I do like their accessories so I do go get their accessories and apparel. I went in the workers helped me find what I needed. As I went to checkout and they went to get the owner as I was going to check out the owner came in and remember who I was and my fur baby. I honestly shocked me. She was really polite really nice to me and even upselled me some stuff for Apollo. Not sure about the the grooming part. But definitely will be going back! ☺️

This little gem is a blessing. Laura is the kind of pet mom you'd feel safe leaving your fur babies with! Kennel and grooming services are efficient, affordable, and convenient! My Boo Radley walks out of the place looking so fresh and so clean (clean!)!! It's best to book an appointment for grooming, not sure about walk-ins, and for kenneling purposes it's best to call at least a month in advance, earlier if you can if you need an extended stay. They also kennel for a few hours at time if they have an open spot. The environment is calm and relaxing, clean, and safe. Take your pup in and they'll be pampered with care!!!

Miss Laura is always good to Buddy. He's been going to her for about 2 years now. No complaints. Excellent service every time! Appointment is required. Now Buddy has a brother and I'm excited to start taking him too!

I love Laura! She is great with our dogs, we feel very confident in leaving them there with her. They are always happy to go get bathed and groomed, and they always come home happy and clean, even when they've stayed there the whole week! Thank Laura!!!

The ladies in there are awesome. A1 service and they are very knowledgeable. Very good with with your furry loved one. Great selection of supplies,snacks, and outfits for your pet. Highly recommend!

Appointment required, prices are reasonable for type of dog groomed. Has kennels for pets to stay while out of town and well supervised by owner and her staff. Does work for the local animal adoption and humane organization to help adopt animals to forever homes.

Our beautiful "old man" Schnauzer, Zeus, had been fired from several groomers (age, temperament, etc). We believe Laura and Pampered Pup was a blessing handed to us! We too live in DFW and could never get the kind of service there that we receive here! Get to know your groomer and allow them to get to know your pet -- it makes a world of difference. (I'd give more stars if I could! )

Do NOT take your dog here if you love your pet because they will send your fur baby to the vet. My brother's schnauzer had to go to the vet after getting a cut here. You can judge yourself by the pictures. The owner refused to pay the vet bill, even after the vet confirmed they were the cause. The dog had fever and hasn't been able to sleep because of the pain. This is abuse and this business should be shut down. Unfortunately Plainview doesn't have many options but this SHOULD NEVER be one!!! I implore anyone to please not put your dog through this pain. HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG!!!UPDATE: I can't post pictures for some reason but I'm happy to send them to anyone for proof.

I messaged them to get pricing and never answerd. They were very rude when I didn't have an appointment. My dog came back not fully trimmed and very scared, AND still charged full price.

Stopped by in person once and called by phone another time. Both times the woman was rude and callous. Will not ever take my pet there. Treated me as if I don't know what I'm talking about.

My puppy came out of there traumatized. The cut wasn't done the way I had asked and she had a few scissor cuts. The staff were rude. The prices are high.
