Called CVS yesterday for a prescription they said it would be ready at 4:00.I drive to Plainview today to pick up my prescription and they tell me they don't have it it's on back order. Well that's great no one called me no one texted me didn't hear anything till I got to CVS today. I didn't appreciate that they need help this place has really went down hill.l do not recommend this store.The employees are not friendly at all.

As a Plainview native I have enjoyed shopping in this store in the past for many years BUT, If I could give this store zero stars I would! What happened to CVS?? This store is a cluttered and disorganized mess!!! Not to mention the staff is unhelpful. Not sure what happened to taking pride in your work but this store obviously doesn’t know the meaning. The goodwill next door is in better shape then this cvs is, it’s just a shame that this is the best you can offer your community and customers. Does anyone know who is managing this store or if anyone is managing it??

Me and my friends walked into the store and the workers proceeded to follow us the whole time as if we are doing something wrong just lurking for no reason and proceeded to sell my friend expired food very unprofessional

Absolutely despise the fact that I can’t speak to anyone in the pharmacy in the phone this automated system SUCKS!!!!!!!! What happened to customer service

Came in the store around 1:30 & I seen 2 African American people making threats to an African American employee. The employee seemed confused and stayed behind the counter. There was no manager to help around her so I left quickly & will never come back. I had the worst experience & someone needs to be held accountable for the violence.

I was able to find CVS on Google no problem but when I called the pharmacist was very very rude to me and hung up on me. I know everyone works short handed and are stressed but the customer should be treated with respect and polite. I

On 5/25/23 my sister & I witnessed 2 people making threats & cursing at one of sweetest employees there. She’s an African American girl there and she did the right thing by staying behind the register & the manager there did nothing about the situation. We left the store and will drive to Lubbock before we return. The store manager should be a shamed for allowing them to treat her as such & running such a violent store !

So they close at 7 and I got there at 7:15. The pharmacist was still there closing up. She couldn’t fill it since the registers were closed, so I asked if she could send it to Walmart. She did that for us. Very kind since my wife really needed that medicine. I appreciate her willingness to help. Thank you CVS!

CVS cashiers in the front department need to be retrained in what their duties are! They also need to be made aware of the registers functions! So they can manage the cutomers needs!

I come to pick up prescription and never fails always wait in line for 45 mins to an hour sometimes longer. They have very slow service and thats because they have at least 2 or more people in the pharmacy area and always look like they just don't care for the customers.

waited three hours for tex then was missing a pill thank god for my pill separator i would of never knew. They made it right but she never did say sorry. :(
