Clean facility, Easy to check in, Has scales on sight, Truck holding parking after check in. Definitely take FM 3535 County Rd 54600 on S side of Pilgrim's and sets on W side of Hwy 271.

Be careful getting here a lot of construction going on and you could miss the road leading into the facility (it’s the first driveway in the right don’t go pass the construction cones) just follow it around. Arrived for my appointment 30 mins early checked in with the guards. I did had to move over a lane because there are no signs detailing which lane they want you to be in. I guess they still have some covid setup with plexiglass around it but we definitely didn’t use it. The guard told me to park in the staging area and wait until I was called to a dock door slide your tandems prior to getting in the door. They do use the green and red lights on the dock for loading so don’t pull off. The only restrooms I saw were portajohns (I’m not a fan). Shortly after I was put into a dock door. My load time was about 3 hrs. They have a scale (total weight) if you want axel by axel you just have to calculate it yourself. There a few trucks stops around but they are mom and pop but not bad. Overall okay experience just wish the loading time was quicker didn’t leave until after 9pm and I’m not an over night driver so I shut down after rolling a few miles to a rest area.

Good bad, tremendous bad experience, I arrived yesterday 02/10, 2021 and today is 02/11/2021 it is already 2:00 in the afternoon and they have not downloaded me, tremendous bad experience, don't even think about coming here and asking and they don't pay anything for retention and no attention as if one were an incredible dog this cannot be believed
