I feel sooo welcome when we visit with our babies! That’s big in my book, we don’t feel like numbers. We never wait, my animals were taken great care of, and even their pricing is extremely low. We make the drive from San Antonio, very much worth it.

Pipe Creek is the best animal clinic I have ever been to, from the customer service to the ambiance. They always treat my animals as their own. Even though the drive is 45 minutes away from home, I enjoy making the drive, and recommend all my family and friends to go.

I've never been to this vet before but my baby wasn't doing well and they took her in next day. I loved the location and the staff and doctor were the most kind. We ended up having to put down our little Gracie and they were so understanding and so caring through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back with my other pets for now on. Thank you all so much .

I trust the Vets and staff with this VERY SPECIAL PART OF MY HEART! Little Lucy is so well cared for. At 8 weeks old, Lucy was very ill. Dr. Jenny Sprague did various tests until she was able to determine the cause of this Precious little pup's sickness. Within 2 days, our Lucy was a Happy and Healthy Puppy. We feel so confident in knowing that Lucy is in the best of care. The Staff and Vet Techs are all so Professional and Caring at the same time, not to mention the Friendliness that is always shown. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone that is looking for Special Care for their Loving Pet!

These are some of the best vets I've ever had for my pets. Compassionate to the animals goes way above anyone else I've ever had. Whenever I have a concern about a behavior my dog might show because they are sick or in pain. They give my dogs a chance to cooperate but are prepared for the dogs if they don't. But always with compassion.

Absolutely amazing experience here, they do not disappoint. I am very deeply attached to my rabbits and had to get them spayed and neutered this year, and I was concerned about them getting proper care. This facility treated my babies perfectly and it was an easy peasy process. Well worth it to book with them and have them take care of your fuzzy babies

Our blue heeler was losing weight. Brought in stool sample and they did blood test and said nothing showed to be wrong. He is very active and doesn't act sick. Wonderful vet although Bear didn't think so, we had to muzzle him. Vet said bring him by anytime and weigh him and they will add it to his chart.

Easily the BEST experience at a vet I've ever had despite the reason we were there. I only wish I had known about them earlier in my furbaby's life so we could've gone there more. Everyone was very professional and very kind/understanding. Right off the bat it had such a positive and loving vibe about the place. Even though we were there for "End of life services" for my 17yr old baby, it couldn't have been a more peaceful and beautiful visit. I can't thank them enough and sing their praises for making the hardest day of my life one that I can look back on knowing my baby was handled with care even in his very last moments. Thank you again and though it will be a long time before I have another pet, when I do I will make them my furbaby's primary vet. Highly recommend!

I've been there three times and the service has always been outstanding. I drive over a half hour to use them. Today they handled my "difficult to say the least" American Bulldog very professionally and we really appreciate it. I highly recommend them. They are both very competent and practical. Updated 8.25.20 - Unfortunately my American Bulldog had a very serious gastric issue and required IV treatment and a two night stay. Fortunately Pipe Creek Animal Clinic delivered excellent care. We were quite concerned. Two days later and she is back to 100%. They know what they are doing.

I have been going to Pipe Creek Vet since I got my Shih Tsu puppy thirteen years ago. I can't say enough good things about them. I took Sassy there immediately after we got her to have her checked over.The doctors there treat their patients with such patience and gentle care. I have been to other vets that have manhandled my dogs and it was only that one visit.When we arrive at the vet she can't wait to get inside the building. She gets her annual shots, goes there when she gets sick, dental and any surgery. Each time she walks right in, does not need to be pulled inside.When we go on vacation we board her there too, they allow all her stuff to come with her in the kennel.She will be thirteen years old next month and is in great shape, I give them some credit too.

A friend that has fostered about 100 dogs recommended them, granted they were about 45 min drive away. However, you can tell the staff are animal loves and the Vet especially. i've been to other vet clinic where the staff just seems very cold and numb especiall when someone's loved one has to be put down. nice to see a change and I will doing my business with them going forward.

If I could give this place more than five stars I would! From beginning to end my experience here has been outstanding. My dog had lost a fight with a porcupine, and had porcupine quills to her snout. This it happened in the middle of the night. I considered taking her into San Antonio, to Becker Animal Hospital. Prior to doing that I called them. Was told that I would have a three hour wait at minimum and the cost would be approximately $750. I decided not to have my dog treated there at this time. I waited for Pipe Creek Animal Clinic to open in the morning, and was told my dog could be seen at 1:30. The staff was amazing when we arrived. They calmed both myself and my dog down. They broke down the services my dog would be receiving. She would have pre anesthesia blood work done, her booster shots, and then anesthesia and surgery to remove the porcupine quills. I was amazed when I received the phone call before 330 to tell me that my dog was out of surgery and doing wonderfully. I picked my dog up by 5 PM. At that point my total bill for everything, blood work, booster shots, anesthesia, surgery and cutting her toenails was $214. Over $500 difference in a lot less time.The girls in the office were absolutely wonderful. They were communicative, compassionate, organized, and very sympathetic. Like I said if I could give this place more than five stars I would!

Excellent yearly checkup for my Catahoula Clyde. He doesn't like car rides or going to the Vet. Everyone worked to make him comfortable and it went well. The Vet checked him all over for previous problem areas. Good visit.
