Natasha is absolutely the best! One of the 3 that she grooms sees her pulling up and will run to the van. She cuts them exactly how we want them done. We have a Pom, Maltipoo and a “Josh dog” (mutt).

Great people to deal with making appointments, listening to the particular needs for your pet, keeping you informed of appointment reminders or delays and does a great job grooming….right at your front curb! Alana is especially nice, thorough and my pup is always excited to see her and is beautifully groomed.Always a great experience.

Really unhappy with our last APPOINTMENT. I called a week before n set up an appt for both my babies. The lady came from back n said both on same day no rush. I thought she meant don't hurry thru their appt. NO I FIND OUT WHEN I CALL AFTER 4 HOURS OF THEM BEING THERE N I'M TOLD THEY ARE NEXT?!? NEXT??? Same lady that said no rush tells me same day walkins n they don't have an appt so they were fitting them in? I told her NO NO NO! I called last week n made an APPOINTMENT!! I was So very angry I didn't even go pick them up I sent my husband. I will not be going back there. The time before this they sent me 4 pics of dogs. 1 was mine, and the others were not. I tried to tell the girl that's not my dogs. She assured me yes out of all the pics she sent, they had sent pics of both my dogs. I finally gave up. I should have learned my lesson then. But I do know better now. Really upsets me. I loved the way they looked and smelled after their visits. But I'm sure I can get the same or better service somewhere else that pays attention to details like if u have a scheduled appt or if they send u pics make sure it's actually the Right dogs? Really? SMH, color me very disappointed...5 hours n over $200 later I finally got my babies back.

I was so pleased with the grooming experience for my cocker spaniel today. We have just moved to the area and had her groomed with 2 other groomers but wasn’t impressed at all with the haircut nor their personality towards my sweet girl. I was impressed with how the groomer listened to detail I had expressed before the haircut. When our fur baby was done I could tell she was comfortable and happy with her grooming experience today. One detail I noticed was the groomer had used a new blade for the cut which should be done on every haircut for your fur baby. I could tell that wasn’t how she looked at the completion of her last 2 haircuts. In fact, I would consider the previous haircuts to be very sloppy in comparison to today’s haircut. It all comes down to “you get what you pay for”. I would highly recommend Pawsitively Platinum for your grooming needs. Since they come to us and are just outside of our house, I was comfortable that my fur baby wasn’t too far away if they needed us.

Been using positively Platinum for at least 3 yrs now. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else but that's because they come to the house so I wouldn't have to take them anyways. Danielle and her staff are amazing with the dogs.
