The manager Lori is so RUDE!!!! Every time we come to shop she makes us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. I have donated over $1,000 and also spend a lot of money there not to be treated poorly and rude. Today was the last straw, she yelled at me and in front of customers. Wow, how unprofessional and out of line on her part. This will be the last time we frequent the store. Enough is enough! We also will make sure our friends won’t be going there anymore either!!!

The prices are unbelievable(not in a good way). The items they sell are donated but sold as if the items were gold. Let me remind you that this place is from a church. I am just thrown back by this. A CHURCH!! Look at the pics I have included.

Really a great resale shop. Full of great bargains. Money from sales goes to Christian School next door. Employees very friendly and helpful. I have been a volunteer there for some time now. We always need more volunteers plus employees.

Not reasonable people, very unprofessional, and they dont follow State Law with Trailers that are donated to them causing me lots of issues. Oh by the way dont accidentally forget an item you paid for. We called them to let them know immediately, and went to pick them up three days later only to find the items were back out for sale and I was told I could buy them again for half price. I refused and never received the items I paid for.

I’ve been in this place for months since moving to the area and they have tons of different things. I have found some things in here but, in my opinion, they are way overpriced for a thrift store. I think it’s wonderful they support the school next door however I have noticed something that irritates me every time I drive by. THEY LEAVE STUFF OUTSIDE IN THE WEATHER! Good usable stuff.... Not covered. Not taken under the awning. Just left outside in the rain, snow, etc. I think that’s disrespectful to those who DONATED those things to the thrift store for FREE so they could sell it for a profit. I will still go here although I’m always cautious what I buy and inspect everything.

This place has plenty too look at its spacious and the deals are like music when you hear them usually everything outside is discounted and during the week they have special sale on different days .....there is an awesome book selection all genras ....they are dog friendly ...my service dog in training was accepted right away ....they have everything from antiques to clothing, car parts to dishware and a heavy supply of electronics all at law prices .....definantly worth a cruze to check it out

Profits support the adjacent private Christian school, so the high prices charged are not as offensive as they would be otherwise. It's apparently a good school, so we are happy to support it with our donations and purchases.Unfortunately, the high prices bring an unintended, negative consequence. Since a new manager was put in charge several years ago, this second-hand store no longer serves the large local population of people who live below the poverty level.Poor people can no longer afford to shop here. Sadly, this is the only viable second-hand store in the area, so this is an unfortunate development.Thankfully, "Bandera County Helping Hand" resale shop meets this need. But it's a long drive from Lakehills / Pipe Creek for people who can't afford to buy gas.

I've been helping mom move to Lakehills so we've been donating a lot of things my mom doesn't need anymore. We finally stopped by and went inside and we've been seeing some of her belongings already on the sale floor. They have a little bit of everything. We didn't see something that caught our eye that time.

I love the items I find in this shop always...but I have never liked the blonde women's attitude problem she thinks she's all that but she isn't she needs to grow up emotionally were adults not 4 year olds!!!
