This 5 star review is for Jacob, who deserves 20 stars.He helped me tonight print a few photos that I was needing for my son’s funeral. And Jacob, his kind beautiful soul sat and listened to my story while he helped walked me through the process of printing my photos.I want to thank him for being so kind.Walgreens you have an angel of an employee working for y’all.

Pharmacy is a train wreck. Pharmacist is tacky and rude. Call and check up on a prescription, and see for yourself how friendly these folks are. NO and I mean NO customer service. You're just in their way and know you need them kinda attitude.** They will refuse your prescriptions called in from your doctor if they don't have insurance on file. No call, no warning. ***

Ordered my medication for pickup (self pay: 500$) said I had 2 weeks to pick it up, got there four days later, and they explained that I took too long (not sure how when it said I had two weeks to pick it up) so I had to repay for it, even though they had already taken the money out for it, it had taken 3 months for the money to get refunded into my account. Every time I come to pick up my medication it takes almost 30 minutes of waiting before I can receive it (yes it always “ready”) This is the only location that carries my medication sadly

Apparentlyif they don't take your insurance and you use good rx they refuse to fill your medicines. They're allowing somebody that I Has a massive infection to go without pain medicine and gave every excuse as two why they don't have my medicines. They have have none of my meds. I have talked to other pharmacies and they said they do not know what that pharmacist is talking about he is not being truthful.. Walgreens should be exchanged of torturing their customers.I will be even sicker because I have none of my medicines. Time to get an attorney

I had an incredibly positive experience with Miss Dee at the photo department. I was in a rush to get passport photos before the post office closed, and Miss Dee went above and beyond to help me. Her willingness to go the extra mile, her positive attitude, and her attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Highly recommend the photo department at this location. Thanks Miss Dee!

It seems like this particular store doesn't carry a variety of brands or many of the stuff they do carry. Except for in the pharmacy. They carry a vast selection especially in the first aid section.

Walgreens is my go to place close to home. There store is modern, nice clean restroom, nice lighting through out the store. Has a great selection of many different items including drive through Pharmacy. So all your needs are just a few minutes away from your home. I highly recommend Walgreens and I give A 5 STAR RATING!! This pharmacy has to be the most unorganized I have ever been too. Constantly changing rules and then saying its always been that way. Thats not true. I will be leaving and transferring everything back to CVS. They also have some strange new system where almost all prescriptions are having to be ordered in only when you put in for a refill. So you could be waiting days for a prescription.

I waited on hold at the pharmacy between 2:30-4, for 1 HOUR, 1 MINUTE, 3 SECONDS when someone finally answered and hung up. I called the store directly and the "Manager" made all kinds of excuses about them being busy. I did my due diligence, waited MORE than I should have, only to be hung up on. They said I need to have my transferring pharmacy call them back. I am calling in the first place because the other pharmacy could not reach them! I will NEVER use Walgreens again! All of our prescriptions have been transferred. What a completely incompetent and disrespectful place of business. Do better!

If i could give no stars i would. I swear the store employees at front are WAY FRIENDLIER THAN THE DANG PHARMACY FOLKS. if i could screen shoot the 8 mins they had me on the phone waiting i would. Y'all just need better and friendlier people in pharmacy PERIOD. so i leave home after the Long unforgotten call i made and was put on hold and get there I mean 2 cars in line always when I go and I swear they take a hour. I pull up and the blonde big girl "always rude" Never says welcome and wants you to talk first. Hi welcome to Walgreens pharmacy May i help you. Like geeze what happened to smiling friendly faces and customer service skills these days? She rolls her eyes, like girl i will Ben u over my knee and tear you up. Yo mama taught u better i am sure. Speed up. Not to mention the other Lady there always in blue and looking rough. She needs an attitude adjuster also for sure.. where are y'all getting these people from. I'm switching Walgreens. I rather drive far for the best customer service and friendly faces than mess with this pharmacy

Rude brown guy, maybe middle eastern. Also the pharmacy at this location opens when it wants and they close it when it gets busy which makes no sense. I suggest if anyone reads this and has issues here to report it to corporate for us to better our community with a pharmacy that can provide us with service, as tax paying citizens we deserve it!

If I could give them less then 0 stars I would. Had appoints for COVID vaccines for my youngest and a booster for my oldest and we showed up and they said oh sorry we don’t have any. What kind of place doesn’t cancel the apt or let you know before you arrive (for apts scheduled a week ago)?!? Now we are on a bind with travel plans comings. They will never get anymore of our business.

I had the same feeling the minute I dealt with the pharmacy, the first person that offered to help me with prescriptions came back and said i had problems with my insurance company, so I thought here we go again. so I said no problem i will deal with this tomorrow, so I will get the other prescriptions and be gone. oh no then she said well them are not ready ok well I will Waite then she just walked off would have never got them if not for a lady named Ashley then i find out nothing wrong with my insurance the other person just had no idea what she was doing and really did not care. after this Ashley lady offered to help me in 20 mins. i was gone and with all my prescriptions and she even called me the next day to let me know the rest of my order was ready for pick up. SO bottom line is if you go there try and see this Ashley lady she will help you but stay away from that bigger lady she does not care if you get help or not to busy with her cell phone. (only reason for my rate is Mrs Ashley and her concern to help )

Pharmacy slowest, most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Husband needed heart med. filled. Original script. They confused this with another rx. and filled it incorrectly. When error was shown, staff was so indifferent, rude with see if care attitude. Lost a client of 15 years over this. But do you think they care for a second?

The pharmacy tech Stacey is extremely rude. I went there for a COVID test for my family and I. Per Walgreens protocol when you pull up you go through the drive-thru and leave your window up displaying your drivers license. I did as I was asked. Whenever I finally made it to the window the only thing she could say was “I can’t hear you” while rolling her eyes at me. I rolled down my window and went over my appointment with her. If Walgreens isn’t going to follow the protocols that was put in place by their company then you should probably change it on your website. Thankfully I do not live by this Walgreens and only went there and got tested, because her customer service is extremely lackluster; and personally I wouldn’t be picking my prescriptions up at a Walgreens with poor customer service. Do better Stacey.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service EVER. My kid's RX needed a Prior Authorization, and her doctor's office got it on the same day.I called and kept hearing from them that the medication wasn't approved by her insurance; which that was not the case. The doctor's office called to check the status, they were told that they didn't have the NDC number, so the doctor's office faxed it over with the Prior Authorization that same day it was requested. Fast forward to today 10 days later; my child's doctor's office got another request of authorization. So, the nurse at the clinic called to find out what was going on; the pharmacy informed the nurse that they didn't have the medication in stock and the pharmacy having known this didn't bother to call me or the clinic to let us know this important information. I took my kid to the doctor within plenty of time for her medication to be refilled; now she's out of medication thanks to their poor customer service and lack of communication. The pharmacists don't even give a damn what their techs do, the customers are needing medication yet they are failing on their part to follow through to give the service they were hired to provide. I have been using Walgreens my entire life, but not anymore. I'm definitely changing pharmacies, and taking my business elsewhere.

Dont waste your time coming here on time for your vaccines. Had an appointment, showed up 15 min early to still sit there and wait 30 min + after my scheduled appointment. The girl Stacey is rude and you can tell she hates her job. While I was waiting the phone kept ringing and ringing and they literally never picked it up.

Worst pharmacy service. Called an hour ahead of time to make sure my prescriptions were ready; they confirmed they were & arrived to find out they were put back. Was told to come back in an hour which is why I called in the first place. Very rude service & this isn’t the first time, however it is the last time I will use them.

They had a price tag wrong for the 12packs soda on the end of the aisle 2 for $4.99 and one free. And they told me if I didn't like the price they would issue me a refund and return the sodas or keep them. Was horrible customer service coming from someone in customer service.

April 25/2021 I went around 3:00 pm pickup some bodylotion, energy tablets. I couldn't find those item. Their is the two old ladies one is curly short hair fat lady. other one is skinny ladies. I asked this two ladies I need help find out this they said they not help customers. This is the first time I see in Walgreens pharmacies.. before I leave the store one young girl in register I inform to her. She said sorry about that she asked help for me thank you so much for that... This is amazing lol...

Have to say worst experience with the pharmacist guy. Let me just say he can care any less for people . The two techs helped me out a lot with getting my sons asthma medications straightened out but the pharmacist was so bothered the two times I came.

This place was incredibly unprofessional. I had schedule an appointment for a booster shot today, I cleared an entire day, and when I got to the pharmacy it was closed. when I asked an employee for help they just said it was an unexpected shut down. I can understand why it wasn’t updated on the website, but I can’t fathom why they wouldn’t call the people who had appointments to let them know not to waste their time and gas to come to the store that wasn’t able to provide a service. Not to mention the staff member I talked to was incredibly rude and unempathetic. they’re are no other stores nearby who have appointments available for today. So this store wasted my time and my day off from work

I prefer the other Walgreens in tomball. This one offers unreliable service at the pharmacy. The store itself is fine, the pharmacy isn't great. It's not the worst Walgreens I've been to, but if you're looking for one to use on a regular basis for prescriptions I would recommend the other one in town. What is it with Walgreens and unreliable pharmacies? I've moved around town and have noticed over half of them suck!

For months this location has been “under staffed” - calling in to the pharmacy is a waste of time. Hold times 10min plus if they ever answer at all. With Walgreens giving their buildings face lifts you’d think they’d address having enough staff to fill it with.

Go somewhere else.. I’ve never had a bad experience with a pharmacy except this one.. it’s a struggle every single time.. The pharmacy never answers the phone and takes HOURS, sometimes DAYS to fill a prescription… they gave me three tiny bottles for a 5 day antibiotic and there wasn’t even enough for the fifth dose..

I'm at the Walgreens in Pinehurst trying to pick up a prescription. I'm being waited on by Brittney. I noticed something is wrong with my prescription. I asked her to please call my doctor to verify the meds. I was told that she was too busy and I need to call myself. Seriously!!!?? WTH!!!??I think you have given me the wrong medication and your going to send me home with it anyways? This is just pure total laziness. Finally the Pharmacist rectified the situation after I reported what was going on. Never got an apology. Just a sneer as I was leaving.
